I called them on monday morning. A technician was out within the half hour. Determined it is the water flow switch, which needs replacement. Was waiting to hear back for Scheduling. I didn't hear anything. So I called someone, this morning, to get it done ASAP. Because, guess what, the fire alarm went off last night, again, 8 pm, when noone was there. But our hangar neighbors were there, and informed me. It is very loud. I spoke to Everon, explained the situation and placed it on a 24 test mode. Yes, the technician got here at the time scheduled today. And I am so glad he is here doing the Repair. I am African American, and they are white male owned and the spouse Simone was a former customer. They attempted insurance Fraud by telling State Farm that my carpet upstairs had been replaced and it HAD NOT. I caught the mistake, and they tried to lie and claim that it was an ERROR by the office manager... I had to miss work to meet with their workers on several occasions, only to have them not show up and even call to cancel. On top of that they did horrible work and my floor upstairs feels uneven when walking upstairs. They did not caulk and seal around the toilets, baseboards, or entry points. They left the gas running one day, and I had to turn away one of their workers because I smelled gas. The technician with Southwest Gas confirmed that they did indeed leave the gas running. A HUGE SAFETY RISK!! Elite Bros brushed it off as if it was NOTHING... When I tried to rectify the situation with them, they tried to CONTROL me by scheduling appoints on their own without considering I have a ton of other things I am working on. They need to be shut down because who else are they doing this to?
