I know who you guys are and I know how you got started and where you came from and where you have ended up and I believe due to good customer skills, and but once you decided to switch over to protection, all that go out the window! I was working with the salesman in order to get a new panel and then all of a sudden everything went silent. I heard anything for a long time so I decided to call my salesman and when I spoke with him, he informed me that he no longer worked for the that you guys placed on disability, and the right thing to do would've been for your to notify me and let me know and get me a new salesman or something, but I never heard from you never heard from my salesman. I never heard anything so you tell me what is wrong with that picture so of course I was pretty shocked and surprised to hear that reached out and called you guys got things I straightened out got things rolling again. Got you in my corporate office together and it took forever day to me. It seemed like you were putting more energy into making sure we signed your contract and you were to actually give us customer because our contract was finally signed back in March and the project was finally finished the last week of August and the issue originally started in October 2025, the first two months you guys are not accounted for but the next eight months you're definitely gonna be held accountable for and there's no way in hell regardless of or whatever it was not acceptable and it was very unprofessional and considering you guys were out to look at the many times in order to get all the information you needed in order to order and do whatever needed to be but then we're short on Parts we're missing and then all of a sudden are on backorder and then they're having to because there was no more left in stock back at the factory Lottie doll Lada It was just lip after lip service. ! With all that being said, I do give credit credit is due, and I would like to give the credit to Mr. Danny Garcia and his crew for taking over the project and getting it pushed through and of with all of the nonsense and unprofessionalism that had taken place and was still place by our inspector/Marshall, but Mr. Garcia and his crew were very diligent on helping me get this across the finish line and they were very professional about it and they wanted it across the finish line as badly as I did he knew and understood what customer service was all about because Mr. Garcia showed up whenever I needed wanted him to talk to answer questions to go over things there was times that he had worked all night, but still showed up the next morning because he wanted to help me get this project finished. I'm going to be honest I feel that Mr. Garcia and his crew were kind of thrown under the bus by your management to put out fires that they did not create so Mr. Garcia definitely stepped up to the plate. He took all criticism sarcasm or whatever because he knew that I had considering how long the project was and all of the hiccups bumps excuses, or whatever was thrown at me, so I definitely wanna give Mr. Garcia and his crew a thumbs up and a thank you with a lot of gratitude for their professional professionalism and due diligence on making sure that they help me and get this project finished and across the finish line because they had to deal with a lot of nonsense and BS from the inspector, and they did nothing but show the upmost professionalism and courtesy to a very, very unprofessional and rude inspector. He explained it was a good idea to upgrade our alarm equipment given its age. He prepared a detailed proposal, which we agreed to. Then Sting went to work. They organized a team of people to get the job done. Isaac, our installer was terrific. He did a great job installing the new equipment. It was completely installed by mid- afternoon. Chance and his tech came to our rescue! Not only did they squeeze us in the same day and come to our home after hours, they even rewired the poor installation job which had been done by the first crew in the control box, all of which we needed to have so that our smart home would run reliably and smoothly. He rather you go complain to vendors, BB and contracting division than to resolve. I don't even want him back on my property.
