They didn't try to upsell me on anything, and in fact told me that the least expensive option was probably my best option. Their quote was the best I found, and they did a great job on my glass. They let me know when they'd show up with the finished product and they arrived and installed it exactly as expected! Overall, it was well done from start to finish. We originally contacted him in July because our sliding door had come off the track. He came out, fixed it, and charged us $135. He also told us that his repair came with a 3-month warranty. Unfortunately, the door came off the track again, so we reached back out to Chris. He came out yesterday to take another look, honored the warranty, and was very honest with us about what was going on. He explained that the door would need more extensive work and gave us an estimate of $1,200-$1,600 for the additional repairs. We decided not to move forward with the larger repair because of the cost, and what really impressed me was how Chris handled it. He completely understood our decision and offered to refund the original $135 service charge since the door was still having issues within the warranty period. I really appreciate this level of honesty and integrity. He could have easily just pushed us toward the more expensive repair, but instead he was transparent about our options and made sure we were taken care of. I told him what I wanted and he gave me an estimate then came out to take a look and some measurements. He was super respectful and while he was here he explained the design mistake I was about to make and saved me from myself. My wife and I re-thought our plans and made better choices, and Cris gave us a new quote that still blew the competition out of the water. His price was for 1/2" glass (as opposed to the 3/8" all the competitors quoted) and still beat them out. We ordered our glass and it came in super fast, and Cris and his team installed it even faster. They chose hardware that matched the existing hardware in the bathroom and did a beautiful job with the install.
