He helped me decide just what should be done, and made a very reasonable bid. The 3-man crew arrived yesterday and went to work like beavers, removing 4 arborvitaes that had grown taller than the house and were crowding us out of our front yard, plus one more in the back yard, and some branches that were scraping the roof. The call today was less than enthusiastic. I rearranged my schedule to be home for the appointment. This was of little concern.
