This doesn't seem to meet the claim that it's a "family owned business", which implies smaller, friendly, personal. It seems more like a corporate conglomerate to me, though it is efficient. Anyway, this company failed to make the call at the appointed time. I texted the internet person with a question mark after the appointment was missed by an hour. h He/she immediately responds and sets up ANOTHER call for the following day.. Yeah, no call then either, but the text reminders did come through. So, if the sales floor can't do what they say they will do, do you really want to get into production with this company?
