I knew you would deny any responsibility (in your response you insinuate the damages most likely didn't even happen). Also, I knew there was no way you were going to volunteer to pay for the repair/replacement so I decided not to waste my time arguing with you. It certainly does not negate the fact your team was negligent and the damages occurred. On a different note, you mentioned in your response how your team stayed longer than the time they were hired. Let me point out the women were extremely kind. However, they moved like sloths (the slowest animal) and cleaned at a snail's pace. This might be the reason they were at my home longer than expected. Or the fact they took cigarette/cell phone breaks repeatedly throughout the day certainly contributed to the additional time. The first break was less than 2 hours after arriving. They must have been really tired. (I was going to post my Ring security video but Yelp prohibited it to protect your employees privacy). Additionally, it takes a lot of time to rearrange someone else's home. It was completely unnecessary to rearrange my countertops in every room, rather than return things to their original place. It also takes time to remove the shelves from the refrigerator and replace them on different levels and rearrange the food and beverages. This was way out of the ordinary and time consuming. Please do not pretend your team was at my home for the additional time because they were working diligently. They took intermittent breaks, ate lunch, made calls and rearranged things which caused the time lapse. Aside from the damage to my sink, which I didn't discover until after your team left, I was happy with the cleaning job. Obviously, gave your team an $80 tip for their hard work.
