Mark from K&M came after I called because the heater would not ignite. He tried to ignite it and he did not know what the code meant. I showed him the manual with the code and he still didn't know what the code meant. Long story short, its May and the heater finally works after the Hayward heater tech came and said the propane volume wasn't correct to be able to work the heater. I am very confused, frustrated and quite frankly angry when a licensed company installs a pool heater, they know what propane requirements are needed. This took 5 months to fix and $350.00, we paid the propane company . I have heard Mark is semi retired. Thank you! Im going to report this to the home warranty company.

Came back from out of town to find pool cloudy following service the day before. Texted my concerns and was told basically they shocked pool. I was still questioning as it was so cloudy. At that point they QUIT saying I text to much! They said a refund would be given but after a week and no response to phone or text inquiring about the refund for the 2 weeks of no service I still have no refund. They quit so should issue immediately. Would not recommend this company. When questioned why he did not show up, he told us to learn how to answer our door, gave us the "middle finger" emoji and told us to find someone else. He needs to be taught professionalism. So we contacted Red Rock to do a spa repair. They came out and looked at the spa and called back…read morethe next day with a quote to replace a motor and I added on additional work of replacing the panel as ours was pretty work out. He quoted me approximately $1,100 to do the work. I accepted the quote and set the time for repair the following Tuesday. Tuesday A.M. I get the text saying technician is on the way. I do not hear from them so I call late that afternoon. I was told that the tech went out to the home, but hot tub needed to be drained to do the repair and they need a pump to drain it and it would be rescheduled for 2 days later. Why this was a surprise to them was odd as all along we have advised we are not at the home as it is a second home. The lady on the call says "do you need the hot tub filled up?" I said yes, again we are not there as it is a second home. She said "ok and she would add it to the work order." Again Call back Thursday afternoon to see if it was completed and to take care of my bill and she says the new cost is over $1600. I asked what happened. She told me they charged me to drain and fill up hot tub. I explain this was never advised of the additional cost, #of hours or approval for the new charges. Tried to escalate and was told they would take off 1 hour, but it was notated on my account I was advised of the new charges. I paid it as I owe them for the work and parts but this is a flat out lie, I was never told of the additional costs to drain (which I would think would have been part of original quote) and the refill. Which he didnt stay on site but was charges 3.59 hours for it and I have it on camera. Sad as we have had other work orders with Red Rock and it has been a great experience in the past. Double, triple check your bid after every communication. I try to stay local but going back to St George for my service work. I am a firm believer in honest, straight forward communication and this place no longer has it for me.
