Kelly, the person that…read morewas working the store, was very informational, she was relaxed, showed us around, told us about a couple things she thought were really cool that we should maybe have for a pool, and just in general it was a great vibe visiting this store. She was very much customer service oriented, and really knew her stuff. Nothing like our experience at the windmill store in Las Vegas. Kelly, we look forward to seeing you again sometime soon!

One of the best decisions i made this year that hopefully will last for years!!! I was hesitant…read morebecause Mike (Bella Pools) has only one 5 star rating in Yelp. Reason being he just started his own business after a decade of growing and managing someone else's! He definitely got my respect and trust when I tried to negotiate him down and he replied that his price/cost is to do the job right and not just to get the job. He is very knowledgeable, detail oriented and most of all, professionally accommodating!!! my wife loves the fact that he provides detailed reports with images on what was done to the pool. He is a class act!

We purchased a house in Mesquite Nevada in December 2021. Pool heater was installed by K and M Pool…read morethrough the previous owners home warranty. Mark from K&M came after I called because the heater would not ignite. He tried to ignite it and he did not know what the code meant. I showed him the manual with the code and he still didn't know what the code meant. Long story short, its May and the heater finally works after the Hayward heater tech came and said the propane volume wasn't correct to be able to work the heater. I am very confused, frustrated and quite frankly angry when a licensed company installs a pool heater, they know what propane requirements are needed. This took 5 months to fix and $350.00, we paid the propane company . I have heard Mark is semi retired. Thank you! Im going to report this to the home warranty company.

I really appreciated how any time I had a question, he responded pretty quickly and just the personal care and attention he gave. I received other bids from other companies, and Mojave Blue was right in the middle. I constantly get compliments how great the pool looks. I've had other pools in the past and I must say with this experience I have little to no complaints and I definitely recommend this company to others.

When I first went in I spoke to Mike about purchasing a hot tub and he was super nice and…read moreinformative. He showed me a few in the showroom and explained the features of each spa. He also assured me that they had a warranty. When I went back to purchase the spa a few days later Mike was not there. The owner Russell was there and he set me up with financing and the spa was delivered a few days later. The first day I used the spa I noticed one corner light was out. I contacted Russell and he said it's not a problem and he'd be out to fix it within the week. That's the last I've ever heard from them. I've texted a few more times to request a date for the spa to be fixed and was ghosted. If this is an example of their customer service once their product is delivered then I'm very disappointed. I hope nothing else goes wrong with my brand new hot tub because it doesn't look like this business honors service warranty. Shame.
