Bobby Simmons responded to a plumbing problem at our home. What was supposed to be an easy fix turned into a bit of a nightmare. I had the Lindi Corp come out and install a micro air easy start on my air conditioner to run on solar panels and battery backup.The technician was very knowledgeable, and it worked flawlessly. Called Lindi since they really treated us well installing a water softener when moving in years ago. Yesterday I called them to fix a cracked water main near the source. Before they arrived I dug a hole clear enough to work and see the problem after the water company came to turn the water off. The Lindi guy full of authority told his worker to cut some tape off the hose and don't cut the pipe - to see the part needing replacement. Well his worker clumsily cut the sleeve and didn't look like he knew what he was doing. No big deal cutting the sleeve on the pipe but the worker was very careless. Then authority man barked out a list of what needed to be done - including bringing a crew to dig a much larger hole to work, the hole I dug wasn't big enough - then quoted nearly $800 to fix, plus another charge. Said he would come back with a crew to start after I hesitated but agreed to their terms. After he left I called a neighbor who said Lindi fixed the same problem they had a year ago for $300. I have a "for sale" sign in my front yard, maybe authority man new I needed this done quickly. Anyway, I called another local company - Drain Man here in Mesquite. Justin came out and fixed the problem for $350. He only took an hour to solve the problem and said the hole I dug was more room than he needed to work. We built a house here in Mesquite and unfortunately our builder used some of the worst plumbers out of St. George he could possibly find! Showed up early for his appointment and then replaced a toilet pump and the fixed the input pipe to our water softener line and it only took him about a half an hour. I had replaced the other toilet pump earlier and it took me two days due to lack of parts and ability. The price was very reasonable too. read more

I have a 1982 AC that will not cool my 1 bed apt. and its costing me 260.00 a month. These people are the most dishonest crooks you will ever meet. I have insurance to cover my AC but instead of saying its 36 years old and is just done and needs a new AC. THEY told them "Its just inefficient... THATS BULLSH??... Its dead. I have an ancient air conditioner that continues to break down. Paul from Lindi was sent out on behalf of NV Energy's plan to have old units inspected for energy efficiency. He was on time, professional, answered all my questions and was very honest in telling me all the situations (continue to fix it under warranty repair, get a needed repair, or look into replacement). He used software on his phone -- hooked to connections on the AC unit -- to show exactly how efficient (or inefficient) it was. He didn't try to scare me or hard sell me like other companies have. Cannot say enough good things about these folks---they are responsive, efficient, friendly and obviously run the business with a very high level of integrity! We had a leak under the kitchen sink in our vacation home, so had left the water turned off for a long time. Got back to town and called The Lindi Corp; they came right out and got things functioning again, but it was clear the kitchen faucet was on its last legs.
