I had my A/C issue repaired prior to contact with Nate, so this is a review of his amazing customer relations and why I would use Climate Control in the future: My A/C stopped working properly yesterday morning. I called every business I could think of, signed up with Angie's List & the other places that spam you forever -- I was pretty frantic. Everyone kept saying "we are booked out" and Monday was the earliest appointment. It's 108F and will be even hotter for the next 4 days, so Monday wasn't an option for me. After several hours of manic phone calls in a house that was heating up quickly, I was able to contact a company that sent a tech out the same afternoon. I had not called Climate Control directly (yet) by the time I found a tech for the work, so Climate Control did not do this job. However, Nate sent me a text message the next morning to check in and make sure that I had managed to get onto someone's service schedule. Almost no one provides personalized service and follow-up like that! I was so impressed and grateful that I'm on here submitting this review. Never let a good deed go unrecognized. 11/21 4:00pm- I had two separate experiences with this company. AC went out in the middle of June. They were here within 36 hours. So literally can not complain about that. They were awesome and the price was reasonable. I asked for them to please quote me for a whole house fan. They said someone would email me a quote. Weeks later no quote. Followed up again- they said a salesperson would call me, nothing. Not sure if installing house fans is that difficult a job that they don't want to do it or what the deal is, but in my hour of need they were there... sooooo 5:04pm Nov 21- And an hour later they called me to follow up regarding whole house fan and apologized for not getting back to me. They no longer sell and install them because there are many warranty issues and quality of product problems, etc. which makes sense, St. George is a whole other beast when it comes to heating and cooling. So many thanks to John who actually cares about customer service. They have officially won me over. read more

I moved into a house on a Saturday in August, it was 108 degrees and the air conditioning was not working. I'll admit maybe I was a little crazy by the time I found someone to come fix it on a weekend. Nate responded within an hour and climbed on my roof in the heat and diagnosed a blower motor problem. Unfortunately the part was not available until Monday so Nate brought me a portable air conditioner to use until the repairs were made. Due to a warranty issue a company other than Climate Control actually made the repair but when Nate picked up the portable air conditioner he didn't charge me for his time or the use of the air conditioner. Most of all he was polite and compassionate. It was the best example of customer service I've seen in years. read more

We've lived in a house for 9 years with an HVAC system that has never been efficient. Our sales person was highly knowledgeable When I talked to him, I knew I'd called the right place. Then we met Paul G. He is one of the best in customer service, and staying in touch with updates and information. Since supplies are hard to come by right now, we had to wait for some parts. When this occurred we then had the owner, Nate come to our house to give us updates. He's been present up to the final install and beyond. Climate Control did a amazing job for us installing both a new central Heating & Air system. Tom came right out when we called to give us a quote, Nate the owner was here the morning of installation to introduce himself and make sure all was fine and installation was pretty much completely done by Charles who worked tirelessly up into late in the evening on a Friday night in over 100 degree heat and returning Saturday morning to complete the job so we had our system up and running over the weekend. After our a/c went out at 9pm in the 100+ degree St George summer, I called several local HVAC companies knowing I would be leaving a message in hopes some one would call me first thing in the morning. I am not normally one to leave a review for companies but when it comes to climate control I can't keep quiet. I called climate control to inquire about a duct cleaning and within the day I had the pleasure of meeting chase, he was very professional, laid down drop cloths under each vent I had on my ceiling, wore shoe covers throughout my home and was all around a very friendly and funny guy and he was fast and thorough from start to finish. I was without a furnace for a couple of weeks while dealing with my Home Warranty Company. Climate Control was assigned the contract and even though they were super busy, they worked me into their schedule to get my furnace installed by Thanksgiving. They worked until 10 PM the night before Thanksgiving to get me some heat in my home. They also provided electric heaters for my home while I was waiting. They were very nice and professional. My HVAC was getting along in years and so I decided to be pro-active and shop for a new unit, having plenty of time, I got bids, read reviews, compared equipment, used word of mouth and interacted with each contractor, I selected Climate Control and I am extremely happy with my choice. The day of installation 3 men showed and did a complete attic change out in under 4 hours, the follow-up and repair to attic access was terrific. I recently have noticed a huge difference in my home where one room was extremely hot and the others were very cold. Madison explained to me that Climate Control does free inspections to find out what was going wrong with my system since it could be a number of things.
