One of them gave his condolences since he had heard my brother-in-law had suddenly passed away 2 months ago. He took a look at my water heater, said they could still use some of the old metal lines and straps, saved me money. Installation was fast and they left the garage cleaner than when they arrived. Forty-five minutes later I had hot water again. They wrote the date of the installation on the heater which was a nice touch. They made everything quick and painless.
