We agreed upon a date, and I was given a 4 hour window from 8:00am to 1200PM for the tech to show up. Really a 4 hour window! Well the date and time window came and went with no one showing up. I called to find out what was going on. The receptionist took my name and address and said she would talk to the manager. After a brief wait she came back on the line and said that there was a "scheduling error" and some how the appointment got dropped. They can reschedule me first thing next week. So I told them I'll take Monday at 8:00 am and I better be the first appointment, cuz I"m not wasting another 4 hours of my life .
