Since installation, they have been nonexistent and now I know why. When I called, they could not open up my contract and when I stated to them certain things that were told to me by the installer/sales people, there appeared to be permanent amnesia about promises made. I guess if you just shut down part of your business, you have no responsibility to your customers ever again. They clearly shut down that part of the business and you are on your own.. I guess $30,000 doesn't get you even a notification or any customer service.
