Our home warranty company assigned ProServ to us to repair our tankless water heater. They were prompt and professional in getting us scheduled and showed up on time. The diagnosis was quick and although we had to wait for the part to come in which took about 5 days, they were quick about getting it repaired once it was in! It only took about 15 mins end to end and we were back in business with hot water. Definitely impressed and happy with their service. read more

Right after I bought my house the dish washer broke. I had a home warranty. Called 8 repair companies and not one would get involved with the home warranty. Finally contacted Pro serv and they took the job. John came out and quickly diagnosed the problem but more importantly delt with the home warranty company. John was great. He fixed everything and even took the time to explain the ridiculous ecobee heating/air thermostat. read more

John finished the job today installing a part on the refrigerator. Both visits showed him to be courteous, honest, knowledgeable, and technically competent. I will definitely use ProServ in the future when the need arises! read more

Man, where do I even start. This company was absolutely amazing today. They came before their scheduled time. They were nice polite and professional. They quickly put up the scaffolding to replace the drywall on the ceiling where it had leaked through from the AC unit. From the time they put the scaffolding together, finished the repairs and broke the scaffolding down was less than four hours. They swept and mopped behind themselves. They made sure it looked like they had never been there they cleaned up so well. 10/10 would recommend. They're extremely professional and worked well as a team. If I ever need a repair when I own my own home I'll DEFINITELY seek this company out. It's still kind of wet but once it dries you'll never be able to tell it was replaced. I'm VERY impressed. read more

Actually Shon, The compressor was installed aug 30, 2023 which is, at the time of your dishonest response, would have been less than or at best, one year ago (not "almost two years ago", like you claim). And no, at each visit, the unit was not "working as designed". I reported to your technicians that the unit would repeatedly turn itself off only to come back on after turning off the breaker for an extended period of time. Clearly your servicemen are not able to identify that an AC unit which turns off itself, is not "functioning as designed. And during one of your service visits, after the compressor was installed, your techs had to repair a pipe which had frozen over. Which was a problem that your technician initially responded to with "what pipe?", because he was, apparently not able to determine that a pipe which is covered in ice is a sign that unit is likely not "functioning as designed". He then had to call his supervisor who came and fixed that problem. I did not pay for the last service because I told your technician to not touch anything since he was making up another fake diagnosis instead of actually fixing the unit. And your tech did not leave us a work order or receipt or invoice to document the work he did that I explicitly did not consent to. And your customer service agent, refused to allow me to speak to upper management about these experiences. So no, paying for the service and having your company come fix the problem that it has clearly and repeatedly failed to resolve was never an option. Let's be real Shon, I gave your techs the benefit of the doubt for over a year at the cost of thousands of dollars, and through at least 10 failed service calls and yet not only did they continue to let me down, now I see the owner of this company will tell obvious lies which can be proven with invoices. Tsk tsk bud. read more

Highly recommend this company! Have lived in Las Vegas since 1993 and it's rare to find a company you would use over and again but this company I would do just that! Very friendly, knowledgeable and courteous but even more importantly made me aware of a very dangerous situation I had. Other companies have seen this same situation but never said anything. This company did not profit from pointing this out to me but did so for my safety. Call them!! Expect great service! read more

I have a huge leak/flood in my home thanks to these guys. They're a company that's specializing in plumbing but never have the parts they need to fix it. read more

Fuck this company, they deserve ZERO STARS. They are the most unprofessional company i have ever dealt with. Stay far away from this company, and if your rental company tries to use them, refuse it. You're better off trying to fix any plumbing problem yourself. They have been in my home since NOVEMBER and still have yet to properly fix the problem. They don't contain any kind of construction they might be doing and will just let the dust and mold blow around in your home and not clean up after themselves. Dont forget in 7 months pregnant with a toddler in the home and they could care less about water on my kitchen floor from a leak they "fixed".They have some of the rudest workers who actually told my husband off when he asked if the leak was fixed and left in the middle of a job. They will not tell you the results of any mold test. They also broke my granite countertop, and now refuse to fix it. The lady that answers the phone is the rudest person alive and will not help you resolve any issue. God forbid you talk to a manager after 2 months of work. So now this will be the 5th time they attempt to fix the problem, which will probably still be done right. I don't know how this company is even in business. read more

Let me preface this with I had no choice but to use them it was my management company's decision . The first service was to replace a kitchen sink that was leaking from the top. The guy came to replace it and during the service constantly kept taking his mask off and more concerned with trying to buy my sons car and the fish tanks than doing the job. With the masks I get it they are uncomfortable but My wife is a RN on the Covid unit she works DIRECTLY with the patients so me telling him to wear a mask is more for his sake and possibly spreading Covid than mine because I've had it and I have antibodies and she is vaccinated.. anyways fast forward to the next day we wake up to a flooded kitchen. Now it's a leak from under the sink, he comes back and the whole time is saying it's not his fault that happened. I guess we have a plumbing ghost that broke it soon after he left Now we have to endure a service to fix a horrible patch job in the ceiling from a leak that they did and yet again their employees refuse to wear mask, I threatened to kick one out if he took his off again. I then called the office and told the lady if she could inform them to keep their masks on and she sounded like I was bothering her and brushed me off with a sign and basically a whatever. I guess they don't care that their employees don't follow state laws mandated nor care that they can possibly spread Covid to the next house they visit. I can't wait until this lease is up read more

Ok everyone - if you are NOT sitting down - I suggest you do so. Ready? This contractor company does NOT charge for "diagnostic fee/service fee"!!!!!!!! :D :D :D :D :D (Remember my lil tidbit from the previous contractor review? ok so lemme explain!) Out of the numerous companies I have called - none have been very willing to come out unless you paid out of pocket first for them to show up, and this is just NOT the type of service I am accustomed to when it comes to contractors! So - I went to the ServiceMagic.com website to pull for contractors - and yes 12 contractors, and a couple of phone calls to the Service Magic folks - and I was given the contact info for this company!!!! I called them up, fearing the worst (having to pay out of pocket before hand), and the first question I asked the receptionist/scheduler (Ms. Tima), was if they charged the dreaded diagnostic fee - she said no. Their company does not follow that policy and there are no "sneaky fees" (per her words), that they will give diagnostics and estimates without charging. So of course I asked what their availability for us was! Soooo I booked a block time for today (they book in 4 hour increments), with the technician Alex. I'll admit, I was skeptical if I was going to get a repeat of "no call/no show" - and holding my breath prepared for the worst. But at 10am - DOORBELL rang!!!!! Now hubby did all the interaction with Alex, and explained what was going on. Apparently within - 10 -15 minutes problem solved!!!!! Hubby was VERY happy with the friendliness of Alex, and the little extra mile he went to give us a tid bit of follow up advice on our issue. Now for those who are skeptical of my words (and I did my homework prior to having them come over): I looked this company up on the BBB website: solid B+ rating - apparently 4 complaints against them that have been settled. (But I don't hold the BBB in the high regard anymore after the whole scandal of businesses paying to get higher ratings became public news a while back.) Service Magic accredited - meaning they go through an extensive background check, and reviews are done by Service Magic customers! (on their website they had a solid 5 star going based out of 35 reviews). Angie's List -they are listed with a solid A based on 44 reviews (just don't look them up as Country Wide Proserv, you have to look them up as Proserv). Final verdict on this company: Very friendly customer service, No upfront fees, friendly technicians! We will have their info in our back pocket ready to call for future issues (hopefully NOT the case) or just to plain out recommend to anyone who asks us! Thanks Country Wide Proserv for such excellent service! read more

STAY AWAY!!!! unfortunately my property management company uses them so i have no Choice. Part of the Issue is not their fault we lost air on the 3 of July. and the hold up was with the Home Warranty company. What the issue is... here I am on the 14 of July the day that they were supposed to be here between the hours of 8-12 and no show. I get a call at 9 am saying that the tech is behind. And we will reschedule for 12-4. we.. guess what.. here it 530 and NO Tech and NO Phone Call to find out when they will be out. I have called 80 times (thanks to my call log). The dispatch lady was nice at first. but it just seemed like she was getting frustrated with me calling and asking what the status was... How do you have a tech not call to text you back? that what i don't get.. how do you only have 1 tech working today? how can you not call someone in and have them meet the old tech and get the part.... ITS CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!! I told the dispatcher that some of the reviews on yelp had mentioned her by name and that she didn't all people back... Guess what! ITS TRUE!!!! never called me back to to let me know when they are coming back.... UGH! if you have a choice STAY AWAY!!! read more

We have worked with this company for the last 8 years at our own home and also through our property management business. These guys were horrible. The service guy was super nice. He put in wrong toilet tho. Not matching the others. And not covering the floor the same. Horrible got. They literally bought the cheapest smallest thing to replace it with. And didn't touch the water damage either?! Don't recommend. Especially if you have to deal with the office people. They yell at you for asking someone to come fix the problem right Update. Home warranty co says they need to replace it with similar like sized toilet. Same as the rest of house. And they are still refusing to fix it. It's been a week and no bathroom. I just want this done. Have had to contact bbb today as well. Do not use this company!! You'll regret it big time!! read more

Made a call yesterday explaining my needs to have a plumber come and make repairs to a leaking bathtub faucet. Was told by the receptionist that they would have someone out between 10 AM and 2 PM today, and that I would get a phone call notifying me when they were on their way. While I think we can all agree that time windows generally suck, it's to be expected with work that requires a trade skill where you're not sure how long repairs will take client to client. True to their word though, I got a phone call letting me know the plumber was on the way. I appreciated the heads up so I didn't feel like I was wasting my day waiting for someone to show up and he was there within about 30 minutes of the phone call! I feel bad not remember the gentleman's name who helped me out, but he was extremely polite and efficient. He took the time to explain what was causing my issue (and could cause future problems if I didn't make adjustments), made the repairs, and was on his way out within about 15 minutes. I'd use them again in a heartbeat! read more

NOT A BBB Accredited Business (From the BBB Website) The Tech blamed my A/C not Blowing (it was on and Running, just not blowing) on .... The Thermostat, Short in the System, Old Unit and Finally denied the claim on a Dusty Filter (I hear this is common, because then the Warranty Company won't question it) He was Rude and the Office didn't seem to care and it was a Sorry for your Luck Receptionist. I had to call out SilverState Refrigeration, within 15 minutes he found a loose wire and had it up and Blowing. READ the Review's on Yelp not their Website read more

WARNING!!!!DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! My AC broke and unfortunately my warranty chose them to do the service. These people are unprofessional, VERY disorganized and flakes. After the first appointment they were supposed to contact the warranty letting them know what was wrong with my AC and they did not disclose everything making the process longer. They were supposed to come back to measure the unit in the house and the contractor flaked 3 appointments. No call and no show!!! The technician was very disrespectful and heartless about the situation. Ten days after and I still didn't have AC. Do Not use these people!!! Waste of time!!! read more

BUYER BEWARE This is, BY FAR, the worst and most DISHONEST company to do business with. Everyone from the receptionist (Kiara), to the technicians (Alex), to the owner (Shon)are the most MANIPULATIVE and DECEITFUL people I have ever had to do business with. PROSERV should absolutely be ASHAMED and EMBARRASSED. Allow me to elaborate. I recently purchased a home where the newly installed air-conditioning unit experienced a leak that significantly damaged my home and ceilings. Naturally the home warranty company concluded that the problem was a result of faulty installation and provided me with the information of the company that installed the unit. I was told that the unit was 6 months new and that both the unit and the installation would be guaranteed under a 12-month warranty from both manufacturer and installer. I spoke with PROSERV and they sent out a technician (Alex) who MANIPULATED me into thinking that he was my best friend and would effectively fix the problems. Upon his first visit, he told me that the problem was fixed. One week later, the problem naturally perpetuated and began to occur again. Water was leaking out of my coil in the attic, and dripping down from a light can in my ceiling in my master bedroom. I called PROSERV again and was once again greeted with Alex at my home. Alex hopped up in my attic, and claimed that my unit needed more Freon and that he would be back the next day to fix the issue. When he returned and concluded that Freon was leaking from more locations than he had initially thought, he let me know that a new coil would need to be installed. He also let me know that "PROSERV would be in touch." Well after not hearing from them for 2 days, I called and spoke with the receptionist (Kiara). Kiara alerted me that they could fit me in 2 days from my call (4 days later total now). When PROSERV finally arrived, I was forced to deal with Alex once again. Alex assured me BOTH via TEXT and CALL that a new coil was needed and that following that final day at my house, he had properly replaced the coil and that I would have no more problems. Fast forward two weeks, the problem returns with FORCE. The drip from my light fixture has now turned into a full force SHOWER from my ceiling and door frames. My bedroom carpet was ruined, my bedroom door-frame swelling to the point it will not close, and my 60-inch HD TV fell off my master bedroom wall due to moisture in my walls that had dislodged my TV mount. I was DISTRAUGHT. When I called PROSERV and spoke with Kiara, I was told that a new coil would be needed and that they could install right away. WOAH WOAH WOAH. A new coil I said? Alex has both told me to my face, and via text that he had installed a new coil. I was LIED to. PROSERV told me that they had completed the task and that there would be no more problems. A new coil was supposedly the answer to my issue, but when they never put it in, major leaking and damage continued on and now had finally SEVERELY DAMAGED my new home. When I explained my dilemma to Kiara and asked to speak to the owner (Shon), I was told that the owner would not be available to speak with me. I demanded a different technician to ACTUALLY replace the coil, and when he showed up with a piece of equipment the size of a mini fridge and was forced to BLOW OUT and DAMAGE my attic access, I knew that Alex and PROSERV had lied to me weeks earlier. After another 4 hours of my time, I asked the new AC techs if they planned on replacing the dry wall and fixing the attic. Of course, they said NO and that it was my responsibility. When I tried to speak with the owner, I was essentially told to F-OFF. When I told Kiara that I would be speaking with an attorney about receiving compensation for the damage to my home, and that I had evidence of LIES and DECEIT on text messages; I was told that I could then expect a bill from PROSERV. A BILL? FOR WHAT? Well, Kiara let me know that "PROSERV was doing me a favor in replacing my coil," and that if I was going to cause a problem then they were going to charge me for work that had been initially covered under warranty. (Apparently the warranty became null and void with the hassle it became). Without any options, I kept to myself, but wrote a complaint on YELP 45 days ago. Well, it worked. The owner did not take to kindly to my review and 1-STAR and decided to call me up and berate me over the phone. He threatened me personally, told me that he was going to send me a bill, sue me if I didn't pay, and that PROSERV makes him so rich that he could "BLEED ME OUT" in small claims court. After hanging up on me, he would eventually call me back and try to allow cooler heads to prevail. We would end up striking a deal that he would reimburse me for my damages to my home under the condition that I take down my review. I took down my review before ever being compensated, and haven't heard from Shon since. USE THEM AND RISK HARM TO YOUR HOME read more

My dish washer was broken. The soap dispenser wasn't opening so the property management company sent Pro Serve out to fix it. The tech showed up on Nov 16th, looked at the washer, determined it needed a new soap dispenser, called in and ordered the dispenser while at my house, told me it would take 3-5 days to come in and if someone didn't call me in 5 days to schedule another appointment for me to call them. After 7 days no one had called me so I called them. The lady who answered the phone sounded annoyed that I was calling, she verified that the part had been ordered, told me it wasn't in yet and not to worry they would call me as soon as it came in. Over a month later still no call. I called today 12-26-13 and asked the status. I was on hold for a long time then told they would have to call me back because the tech that came to my house a month and a half ago no longer works for them and they're trying to find out if they part was ordered. I told them it was ordered, he ordered it in front of me ad their office verified that a week later when I called. She said she would call me back. She called back and told me they found the part and that they will send a new tech out but he is going to have to re-asses the dish washer and if he finds the same issue as the last guy he will have the part with him to fix it but if he determines it to be something else he will have to order more parts. Oh and my favorite part is that they couldn't "squeeze" me in until next Tuesday. Really? They drop the ball and completely forget a customer and then when they are made aware of their neglect they don't even TRY to fix it sooner? That is just poor customer service. If I did that to one of my clients they would be my priority so that I could attempt to make it right. I have written my property manager letting them know what poor service they are paying for as well. read more

Our property managers use this company to repair ac units. Our ac unit went out in May. It took them 6 days to get it fixed. They were suppose to come back the next day to reattach a hose.... They never did. AC goes back out in June also. We came home to a leak in our attic because no one reattached the hose. Got the AC fixed in 5 days this time and leak repaired. Fast forward to July, AC goes out AGAIN. We are currently on day 17 of no a/c upstairs... Where all 4 bedrooms are. They are awful with communication and we are always left in the dark. They say our A/C should be fixed by day 19 but let's see how that goes. As of today 7/31 we are at 28 days of the summer without A/C in the rooms they expect us to sleep in. And to top it all off, when replacing the AC unit in the attic they banged up the base boards that line the opening of the attic as well as taking out a chunk of drywall from a near by ledge. read more

SCAM ARTISTS.... I had a water softener taken out and put in. The previous plumber I had did it for $180 total. I bought the ANGIES LIST DEAL for $99 for 2 hours... They tried to charge me $350 extra for about 2 ft of piping and joints. (wanted to charge me total of $99+$350=$449 for this simple job. He never even warned me that the job would cost that much etc.... he just acted like no big deal and then makes up a fake invoice. Total scam. They even tried to sell me a tankless water heater for $4k+ saying the current water heater would eventually flood. What he didnt know was that an insurance contracter just reattached the current water heater and guaranteed the water heater before we took ownership of the home. In addition, The insurance contracted plumber (Not ProServ) came by later on to finish a different job and stated... that ProServ plumber who told you to get a tankless heater is a scam artist. Your flume and gas line wont work w a tankless heater and itll end up being a bigger mess. You would then need to move tank lines etc. it WONT Save you money... itll end up costing you a ton once you commit to the tankless and then realize you need bigger gas piping and flume to be constructed. I told the ProServ plumber to get ****d and im not paying him his price for the extra parts which was a total rip off. read more

Found them on Angie's list for an EMERGENCY WATER HEATER REPLACEMENT and they did a bang-up job! It was TREMENDOUS! I can't say ENOUGH good things about their incredible professionalism and amazing work in our time of need. Called at 9am with our disastrous water heater meltdown. They were here in under 45 min. Bruce and his team removed AND disposed of the old water heater and installed a gorgeous tankless system. They really went above and beyond in the cleanup and finishing work to the job, which included making sure walls were clean, AND repainted AND re-textured. They did a great job. I was told they would be here the first part of the day between 10-2. Shortly after 10am, I was called and told the service man would be here in 10 minutes. He showed up right on time, diagnosed and fixed the fridge problem in less than 30 minutes from start to finish. Joey was very professional and told me what the price would be to fix the fridge up front, before he fixed the problem. Once I agreed, the work was done in a very timely manner. I received an email invoice upon completion. It's been10 days since the service and we are having no issues with the fridge. We would recommend them for service. read more

What a joke, so I have a clogged drain in the kitchen. They were sent to look at clogged drain in kitchen sink an guess what that's all they did. They did not even attempt to fix it at all. They did not have mask on or take any precautions for COVID-19 so put my family in danger.they said they had to go get equipment assuming a snake as they did not look at anything but sink no standing water but clogged. Come to find out they are not coming back and their office says they have no time for tomorrow. They do not even know how hard the issue is as they did not even try. Customer service is not a forte of this company. Based on most of the responses I see from the owner on here, I can see it's an issue from the top and not just at the line level. My Home Warranty company chose this company to replace the tub drain flange/shoe, something I would consider on the minor side of repairs and probably more common than not. ProServ called within an hour and scheduled my appointment for Thursday, 10a-2p. I got a call at 2:05p from the technician letting me know he's running behind (I figured this part out, his phone call just confirmed it) and that he needs a picture of the drain to make sure he gets the right parts from the shop because he doesn't have them with him. ** I would suggest a courtesy call from the technician or dispatcher at the time they realize the technician isn't going to make the guaranteed window. I'm good with late, things happen, but a courtesy call would go a long way in suppressing my frustration. ** Technician showed up at 3:40p, did part of the job but then proceeded to tell me he still doesn't have the right parts to complete the job (again, fairly common task and I even sent him a picture like he asked so he could be prepared). He offered to come back first thing the next morning, between 8a-8:30a, with the right parts and complete the job. I took him up on his offer and asked again to make sure that I'm first on the list and he confirmed. I get a phone call on Friday at 8:15a from the technician stating he forgot he had an install job and that I will be after that, approximately 11am, and that he'll call me a half hour prior to getting to my location. At 11:45a, I called the technician twice but got no answer, so I called dispatch. I explained to her all that transpired and she heard me out. She mentioned that the technician wasn't supposed to reschedule me to the next morning without authorization from dispatch and that's why they couldn't move the install appt. My response was that this wasn't my issue, it's theirs, and I'm the one impacted by it. An internal communication/process issue should not result in negatively impacting the customer. I was provided another guaranteed window for Fri, 12p-2p. By this time, the word "guaranteed" is watered-down and really has no meaning. At 1:52p, I get a call that the technician is currently in line at his supplier (once again, doesn't have the parts for the fix yet) and is about 20 minutes away. An hour and a half later the technician shows up. He did quick work of what was remaining, acknowledged the fact he was late and wasn't nonchalant about it so he understood I was well beyond frustrated. He was done in 30 minutes and on his way. I initially selected 1 star for this rating but decided to go with 2 because the technician knew what he was doing and didn't lollygag once he was on site. This experience has taught me two things: 1) When going through the Home Warranty company for a plumbing or HVAC issue, have them select anyone else except ProServ. I'm a firm believer that good customer service can overcome most of the technical deficiencies of the X's and O's in a company, not the other way around. I have no interest in going through this again with the same company. 2) When the Home Warranty company does select a company for any job, check the Yelp reviews first. I would've had them change it not so much because of the reviews themselves, but because of the owner's responses to his customers. read more

The so-called "plumber" they sent had no idea what he was doing, and generally seemed to be irritated that he was working at 5pm on Friday evening. We had a sewer back up, and he didn't have proper tools, be brought a hand snake that they sell at Lowes for $6.99. He kept flushing the toilet to make it overflow, which resulted in sewer water all over the floor. He then walked through the sewer water with his work boots, and wanted to go upstairs (carpeted). I very politely asked if he had shoe covers, he did not. Then I asked if he'd take his shoes off - and he said "no". I was flabbergasted at his answer - and reminded him that he just walked through sewage, and that I did not want him tracking it on my carpet. He replied "I'm just here to help you out". I then told him he could not walk on the carpet with his shoes, period. He called his boss in my presence and told his boss I was being "aggressive". I held out my hand and asked is I could speak with his boss, and he then got into his truck and sped off. Be very, very careful even dealing with this unprofessional company, I'd strongly recommend calling ANYONE else. read more

If i could give them -100 stars i would. Thier techs are clueless. First American sent them. I told them since the begining that i had it checked already but since i have a home warranty i had them take care of it. When tech walked in U told him it was a bad gasvalve. I was ignored he went on saying it was the control board after 35 mins of trying to diagnose the unit. Waoted 4 days they replace the control board. Not only did they just leave the new board unsecured and hanging by the wires but it turned out the board wasnt the problem. Then he said it was the spark egniter i waited 32 days for a spark igniter. While waiting my was gpt sick verry sick and was hospitalized just because this company took and made us wait that long with no heat. I couldnt wait longer my wife got realeased from the hospital and need it to come to a warm house. Turns out the spark egniter that they claimed to be on back order was available in every hvac supply house in vegas. Dear "Shon" at ProServ - I know what I was charged - thanks! I also know that I was taken advantage of with a "Bait and Switch" program you had advertising. The whole point of my complaint was that I fell for the $599 water heater & installation advertisement that you ran. Based on your rebuttal below you obviously do know the price of the water heater and installation and you do know that it's not going to come to $599. Which is FALSE advertising! I liked to know how many people get charged $599 and how many get charged $1,200 (which is double the price) like myself. Based on your comments and what I know now...it's obviously a very very small percentage. We asked if there was a leak, and he said it's possible, but he said the freon could be low even if there was no leak. He didn't even bother to go check to see if there was a leak when we requested him to do so. So he charged 3lbs of freon to the AC Unit & charged us over $400. He said if there was any problem give them a call. About 2 1/2 months later the AC unit stops working again, we didn't use the AC at all for the past 2 1/2 months after he charged the freon. Right after he charged the freon, we tested the AC unit & seems to be working fine, so we trust that he fixed the problem. 2 1/2 months later, we turned it on & it's not cooling. Since the AC unit stops working, we believe there was a leak, so I gave Proserv a called and see if they can send the same person out to take a look and find that leak. I was told that if I want them to fix the problem, they will charge us again. This is what is stated on the receipt "All labor performed by the above named company is warranted for one year or as otherwise indicated in writing." We were pretty upset about this b/c we paid them & it's not warranted. So we called up another company & the technician came out & look at everything thoroughly & told us that there was a leak right outside on the AC unit itself. It would be more cost-effective to just replace the entire unit. He said our previous technician should have told us that instead of just charge it up w/ freon b/c no matter how much freon or how many time to charge up the AC w/ freon it will just leak out. OMG! why wouldn't Proserv technician told us that? Now we have to spend thousands of dollars to replace the AC unit and on top of that paying them over $400 to just have it charged up the 1st time. Obviously there was a leak on the AC Unit that Proserv Technician was too lazy to take a look at it. If my other technician could catch the leak right away why couldn't Proserv Technician caught it at the beginning. It was upsetting that if Proserv Technician brought out the actual problem, we wouldn't have to wait for our AC unit to arrive under these extremely hot weather & paid a lot more money to have the same problem fixed, which should be fixed from the very beginning. Another upsetting thing was that Proserv Technician brought his kids to the job which was very unprofessional, kids were getting upset & fighting while waiting for him to go. We strongly believe that was one of the reason he didn't catch the leak .We do not & will not recommend any friends or family to use their service. It's a waste of time and money. The other company provide great service he got our AC Unit in two days and have it installed by the 3rd day. so far our AC unit is working fine now. read more

Folks beware!! This is a terrible company, a big scam. I had a simple job to install a garbage disposal and a RO system. I had them come over and give me a quote and thankfully I had done all my research prior to inviting them over. As soon as the technician shows up, he lies to my face that the garbage disposal that I had purchased was not compatible and would require changing the fitting and what not. He suggested I buy the one he has with him and he would install it for a total price of $400 bucks. The new one that I had purchased per my research was the best possible replacement for the existing one. All you had to do was to pull the old one out and snap this one in. And this is exactly what the guy I later hired to do the job did. He then goes on to say that the RO install would require installing a new faucet and since there are other "parts" he would need to use to install the RO and labor he writes up a quote of more than $1200 dollars. I pulled up the price of the "parts" online and showed him that he was quoting me more than 10 times the price for something I did not need. I informed him that everything he had told me so far was untrue but kept the quote with me (I have attached the quote for reference). I was able to find a reliable plumber through yelp who did the install for a right price. Stay away from these scamsters!! read more

ProServ - Quote!! - Appliances & Repair Near Me - North Las Vegas, Nevada

My property mgmt co. appointed this company to come out and repair the control panel on my oven, I explained to this company that the parts were no longer available. So when the appointment was confirmed I assumed that maybe they had an inventory of older parts. The tech showed up LATE and in a car not a marked service vehicle and was there a whole 5 minutes to tell us that the parts for my oven were no longer available. He was also asked to change the light bulb on the underneath of the microwave. He said NO it was not on the work order. Job well done. Waist of my time (waited all day). I'm sure a bill for the so called service call will be sent to the management co. I work for a plumbing company and I book service calls all day so I was not use to this kind of treatment. read more

I had my home warranty company first American send out Justin. The first time he came out he found the problem within 10 minutes and called First American Home Warranty back , they dragged their feet for two days and ultimately ordered the wrong part. In the end Justin was crucial in getting the correct part picked up in town which saved me a week. Justin got it installed the same day and my air-conditioning is up and running again in my two-year-old's room once again. Thank you for all the effort and I appreciate the hard work Justin did ! read more

I'm writing about the business practices of this company when it comes to fees. I was charged a $75.00 fee to replace a 25c washer on my faucet and another $75.00 for adjusting a pipe on my ice maker. I was told this was a service charge for the technician coming out to my house. If the company had asked me to describe the problem I'm sure they would have realized the problem and advised me what to do especially the faucet washer. Instead they chose the GREED option. I called their customer service afterwards and was told that they didn't do anything wrong. Yes you may be right but that's BS. What gain you have made from me and my innocent ignorance in the short term you shall lose from me in the long term. I shall NEVER do business with this company EVER again. Common decency is all I ask Proserv has NONE. read more

Country-wide Proserve This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. They not only provided horrible service for me but my tenants. They also tried to have me purchase things I clearly did not need. The issue went on for 2 months before it was resolved. They sent out a tech to install the water heater. However my tenants called me to say the water wasn't getting hot enough. I called another company to see what the problem was. Well it turned out the COUNTRY-WIDE PROSERVE tech put the cartilage in upside down, and left the valve closed for 2 weeks. By leaving the valve closed for 2 weeks this caused lots air bubbles and clogged pipes which lead LEAKING and DAMAGE to the downstairs unit ceiling the( wet bubbles) I had to pay to have that repaired ($200) I called COUNTRY-WIDE PROSERVE to complain about the problem we were having this time they sent out their senior tech ( their best). The senior tech said the only way this could be fixed is to fix one bathroom circulation pump for $3000. However he HIGHLY recommended that I fix both bathrooms circulations pumps coils and AC for $10,000 but he would give a discount $500 so now the cost would be $9500. Now I'm really upset. I called another company to get a 2nd opinion they explained to what needed to happen. I called COUNTRY-WIDE PROSERVE and they sent out their senior tech(the best) I explained to him what I had learned from the other company. NOW the SENIOR tech gives me a price of $1450 for both bathrooms for circulation pumps and coils and valves. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS REALLY!!! I had another company come out and fix the problem (installed check valve worth $13 vaule) for a total of $150 EVERYTHING IS WORKING FINE!!! (we ask them to check the valve many times) This was all done without replacing the circulation pump or AC unit. COUNTRY-WIDE PROSERVE cause nothing but headaches and disruption for both my tenants and and me. This compnay is UNTURSTWORTHY and very UNPROFESSIONAL (could care less about their customers) and will not own up to their MISTAKES!!!! This issue when on for 2 months!!! They will try and up-sale up (riff you off) every chance they get. " STAY AWAY FROM COUNTRY-WIDE PROSERVE" read more

Home Warranty Rip Off !! Guy came over and wrote a report to the Home Warranty company that our Dryer was installed improperly too (same as comments below).... ?? We had the same question as a few of you. How is something installed improperly if it's worked fine for the past 15 years. The guy said it's probably not working because it is "probably clogged inside" Yes, he said "probably clogged inside" I then asked him "aren't you going to open it up to see if it's "clogged inside" he then said "No that's not our job" and preceded to say it might even be clogged from the wall leading outside. I then said "can you check to see if that's the problem? His response, "No, we don't do that either.." I did call the office and they apologized and said "He was probably trying to get home early" "We apologize sir, we'll send another technician out friday" By that time our laundry had already started backing up, so we finally just bought another set. I called Thursday and asked "rather than sending out another technician, can you just refund me and we'll call it even?" They said, no we'll just keep coming after you for the full payment. I then said, well can we at least split the cost so your not out paying him for the "waste of a half hour?" They still said no. I then asked to speak to the owner or supervisor and they said there wasn't one available. This is when I decided to come online to see if I could find contact information and came across all these horrible reviews. Wish my Home Warranty company would have seen these first before sending them to my house. Disappointed Family in Henderson read more
