Assigned to us by Choice Home Warranty, we are recommending ONE SOURCE PLUMBING SERVICES (OSP Plumbing) for their professional service they gave to us regarding our bathroom plumbing/toilet issues. Their service tech Mykola was on time and very considerate and listened to our issues regarding the water leaking issue with our main toilet. Mykola fixed it quickly, took pictures to show me what caused the leaking and was very careful regarding cleanliness to the bathroom floors and surrounding area. I had 2 technicians come out to my home thru my warranty company to check for a leak in my shower drain. The first technician was OK, Mikola. The 2nd one, Matt, came out and wrote up a report about my leak. My shower was improperly installed and I am going to replace it with a new one. The leak has to be fixed. Matt refused to fix the leak and the OSP company will not send out anyone to fix the leak. The basically scammed me out of 100 dollars. I will not use them again and people show be careful about them. I am replying to the owner. I did get scammed because I am will to pay for the leak to be fixed. The shower was installed before I moved in and it passed inspection in 2024. The shower is going to be replaced. The leak needs to be fixed. I will to pay to fix it. Company came through home warranty service.I told this company I would be paying they contacted tennant and cancelled last minute saying for nonpayment of $75 deductible when I was never contacted for payment. For rental properties I would not recommend this company. They have a horrible communication. Got that resolved. They came out got an approval from warranty. Tennant makes me aware it's still not fixed. The technician told the tennant he would have to come back. Again received no confirmation of anything from this company so I called again. The lady says it was approved for one thing, but that didn't fix it and they wanted to charge me directly an additional $550 for Hydro jetting since that may fix it, but she is not sure. I was told by Choice Home Warranty that OSP was the contractor selected to replace my 50gal gas waterheater. I paid $100.00 assessment fee to them. Then I was charged $695.00 by OSP for modification which is not covered by CHOICE. The plumber replaced 3 flexible water lines and added 3 inches ~ because the flex lines he had was too short.. This consist of a modification. No permit was pulled no was I informed that none was pulled. Please be aware of this sketchy situation. OSP was assigned by my home warranty company to repair a leaking hose bib. The process was frustrating from start to finish. During the first visit, the technician said he'd need to open the drywall to reach the pipe and couldn't proceed without approval from the warranty company. Fine -- authorization took a few days. When he finally returned, the very first thing he told me was that management wanted to charge another $75 fee, but he had "talked them out of it." That immediately raised a red flag. He cut into the drywall inside my garage, then told me he still couldn't access the pipe without opening the exterior stucco. After looking at what he'd done, it was clear he hadn't even opened in the right place -- the cuts were into the frame of the house, nowhere near the pipe. He admitted he'd "never seen this before" and said he'd need more approval to proceed. When I offered to call the warranty company to confirm next steps, he refused and said I needed to decide on the spot because his boss was pressuring him. Completely unacceptable. When I declined, he said he'd "clean up" and leave -- which essentially meant tossing debris into the trash but leaving drywall dust and sawdust all over my garage floor. After a week, I was left with holes in my wall, a mess to clean up, no repair completed, and zero professionalism. OSP wasted my time and made the situation worse. I will not use them again and strongly recommend others think twice before doing business with them. The service call for this company is a four hour window, and they show up closer to the fourth hour. That being said, my bad! I thought I had an angle stop problem. Turns out to be a faulty fill instead. They showed up more towards the fourth hour of the call time and told me that it actually was the fill. Technicians were super nice but, they didn't have a fill valve in their truck so the problem didn't get fixed. ‍ I get that they have to run it through my home warranty to get permission to fix anything, but this is just a $10 fill part. So I ran to the Ace Hardware, half a mile down the street, bought one myself and installed it. Two stars for not having parts on the truck and not running to the Ace Hardware themselves to come back and fix it under my $75 service fee that I pay my HOW. read more

They repeatedly missed and rescheduled appointments without proper notice or coordination, and at no point did they proactively reach out to me to fix the situation. Communication was extremely poor. Their front desk receptionist (name starting with "K") was blunt, unhelpful, and came across as rude during multiple interactions. Instead of offering solutions, I was repeatedly redirected and given conflicting information. They also placed blame on the home warranty company, despite the warranty confirming they had already coordinated directly with them. What made things even more confusing was being told they don't offer early morning appointments--only to later try to reschedule me for an early morning time slot weeks out. Overall, the experience felt disorganized and unprofessional. It gave the impression that they either lack internal coordination or simply did not prioritize taking on the job. Left my driveway a mess. When I called they said it is not required for them to clean when they replace a water heater mind you this was not a cheap service. I literally have a hose right there it easily could have been hosed down, but now that it's been sitting for 4 days in the sun it won't come off with just water. I had the Norovirus while this was all happening so I just noticed it today. it's even gone down the gutter into my neighbors yard and they are not nice people so that is another headache that could have been avoided. Went into the garage Thursday night and saw water on the floor near the water heater. I just replaced that like two years ago....check drain pan and it's dry...look up and see water stains on wall. Touch and wall is wet. Touch higher and is wet and warm near the recirculating pump and pump and pipes outside wall are dry. Well...I may not be a plumber but, pretty sure if there is water on the ground, the walls are wet and everything outside is dry, then the leak is on the wall. Beyond labor charges which Choice would pay, they quoted $820 in "incidentals" (plus the $100 co-pay), so $920 extra beyond covered labor, and the free hot water heater!! There are 3 flexible fittings, to connect and disconnect! Everything else is just screw pipe fittings into the hot water heater. There is no miles of pipe to install, just screw fittings one foot from the top of the tank to the wall! Hot water heaters are DIY Harry Homeowner installs. This isn't rocket science. read more

Please beware of this company! Especially if you are assigned them for warranty work. Based on reading other reviews, OSP seems to come swinging hard for any negative review. Understandable as no one wants a negative review. However some accountability on OSP's part for being dishonest should be taken as they are charging for unncessary work for a swap out of a 40 gallon broken/leaking water heater. Before OSP says my warranty company is to blame because they don't cover everything, I get it. However, please keep in mind OSP is the one that submitted such claims to the warranty company for them to decline. At this time we need to swap out a leaking/broken 40 gallon water heater for a new one. Want to note, when we had our leaking/broken water heater replaced in 2018, the work was done with no issues through warranty and through a local plumbing company that was assigned by our warranty company. We had no miscellaneous charges for modifications, etc. such as what is being quoted by OSP. OSP is stating I owe out of pocket for modifications and lines etc. that are not covered by my warranty company for a total charge of $695. Kayla in customer service verbally let me know what I am being charged for, but I wish I knew exactly line by line in writing what I am being charged for. Unfortunately, I don't at this point have an itemized estimate for what I owe, even though the return visit was scheduled. Kayla said she would email me a screen shot of what was submitted to my warranty company and what was denied for me to pay out of pocket on Friday afternoon before she left for the day, however she did not send. I am so glad I got another look from another licensed plumbing company, which is one of the larger plumbing companies in Las Vegas. They said no modifications are required, we need a swap out the water heater and will need a new "flex pipe" which is a $24 piece. As warranty work pays so much less than work that is requested without warranty, OSP obviously inflated the job fees as to cover for what they are not making on this warranty job. This is wrong to quote work that is not necessary. And if this is OSP's set policy for such work, it is wrong because again per a second opinion, the additional parts/work are not required. End of story, we canceled the warranty work with OSP and will save on this job by not paying for unnecessary charges. Please be careful if you are assigned OSP by your warranty company as not everyone will get a second opinion and will move forward with unnecessary work and charges. read more

Matt came out to replace a hose bibb that was leaking out of the top under pressure. It was soldered on the pipe close to the wall, so I didn't want to try to mess with it. He cut the old one off, soldered a section of pipe to get it out from the wall as I requested and cut it where I wanted. Then he attached a quality Ferguson hose bibb. Good guy. read more

The purpose of my review on Yelp was to warn others about the misdiagnosis by the vendor that Choice Home Warranty sent me. My water heater was installed in July 2022 and was relatively new. When it developed a leak, I filed a claim. Choice Home Warranty sent a licensed professional who should have immediately recognized that the issue was a leak in the connecting pipes. Instead, he chose to collect his $85 deductible and claimed that the water heater needed to be replaced. I then hired an independent professional for a second opinion, paying out of pocket--at a much lower cost than the quoted replacement price. He quickly identified the real issue: the connecting pipes. After they were replaced, my water heater worked perfectly fine. I canceled my policy with Choice Home Warranty yesterday because of this experience and informed the manager at CHW about what happened, including how I was spoken to by the representative at OSP Plumbing and Rooter. The company was referred to us by Choice Home Warranty. The guy came out charged $85 for looking at our water heater. I asked him to drain the water heater to prevent water damage but he refused saying it will take 40 minutes? I paid you so do the needful don't leave it hanging. You are here for a reason. Next they padded a bunch of modification fees so warranty denied coverage. Saying these fees were not covered by the policy. Apparently after reading reviews on this company that's a common practice to leech off $1000 easy from customers. Choice said the water heater was under manufacturers warranty and work could not be started till we paid this plumber $1065? Vendor is a scam. Company is a scam. They have junk fees creatively added. The woman who picks up at this plumbing business is very rude. She tries to talk down to customers trying to control the conversation. Telling me what 'respect' is??She said she had no quotes from the warranty company when there is no way the warranty company could come up with the supposed 'modification' fees without the vendor the Armenian guy submitting a report. We will not go with them. Reviews are either 2 week old or 5 months if you notice and could be all fake. Choice Warranty changed their quality of vendors after having received complaints that vendors were only collecting deductible on visits and not really doing any work upon their visit. Having said that they increased their deductibles to $85. The crooked vendors have gotten creative added fake reviews just to jump into a higher category but nevertheless continue exploiting and robbing customers by submitting creative proposals. $1165 is that garbage fees. OSP plumbing was booked through Choice Home Warranty to come to Boulder City, Nevada to work on our clogged pipes on Jan 29, we waited 9 days and on the 6 of February they had scheduled a window of 12 pm to 8 pm, when I called them to see if I can change it 2 days prior they did not erespond. I called them the 29th of February ti see when they will be there, again no answer, I contacted our insurance company, and their answer was: WE WILL NOT BE THERE, WE DON'T SERVICE THAT ATEA~!!!! That is totally NOT acceptable! Not only did htey npt have the decency to decline the job when they wrestle given 9 days ago, but they were just going to be a NO SHOW! how is this acceptable!!????? Our garbage disposal reached its expiration date over the weekend. I called OSP on Monday and they were able to get someone out that morning. Although I know that kind of timing is unusual, I appreciate the effort. Nick arrived within the hour, got approval from my Home Warranty and installed a brand new garbage disposal within the hour. I submitted a claim with my home warranty company CHOICE that set me up with OSP Plumbing, they came out and diagnosed the problem and I was then told I need to pay for the installation + permits ($580) and the home warranty company would pay for the rest. 2 weeks later we had a new hot water heater installed and it was too powerful for the electric we had (an older house) so the circuit kept popping and I wasn't able to get hot water as it turned off after 1 hour. They wouldn't take any responsibility for this so I hired my own electrician who rewired everything put in a new switch and was out another $600. Then the water heater itself would switch off, turns out the elements inside it were burnt out, OSP told me to contact the manufacturer again they wouldn't assist me but just passed me off saying they did everything perfect. It's now over a month, my tenants are asking for a discount in rent due to no hot water in the house and I don't blame them. I blame OSP for not helping work with my warranty company and try to finish the job to where it's actually fully working for more than 1 hour. Terrible experience. read more

This was absolutely the worst experience I've ever had with a plumbing company. I didn't even choose OSP Plumbing, 702-772-7222, my home warranty company assigned them. I had a leak from an upstairs shower drain that had damaged the ceiling below. I already had the drywall cut out and other repairs scheduled after the drain was supposed to be fixed. Their tech came out around 9 AM on a Friday, diagnosed the issue, collected the service fee, and told me the office would follow up to schedule the repair. I didn't hear back until 5:10 PM--after the office had already closed--just to get a voicemail with zero scheduling info. I was expecting the repair to happen on Friday, not just a voicemail with no plan. Later, I got an email from my warranty company saying the appointment was set for Monday between 3-8 PM. No one from OSP called or followed up at all. Monday came and went--no one showed up, no call, nothing. I had to cancel and reschedule all the other contractors waiting on the drain to be fixed. I called OSP on Tuesday and was told they're shorthanded and their team was "too overworked" to: 1. Call me back on Friday like the tech promised. 2. Contact me on Monday to confirm the appointment or reschedule. This entire experience has been unprofessional and a huge waste of time. I strongly recommend avoiding OSP Plumbing. Their poor communication and lack of accountability will cost you more time, money, and frustration in the long run. PS. This company has been slow and uncooperative through the entire process of a simple leak repair on the sink. The 1st guy that came by replaced the whole faucet instead of inspecting for a simple gasket leak. He used a drill and destroyed the sink facing. A complaint was filed and they came by, to bond the areas that had previously been defaced by the drill. That was unnecessary for the repair. Then the guy who came weeks later to repair the glaze of the sink instead glazed one part and then painted the entire sink the wrong color compared to the rest of the bathroom after being told that we could match. The paint job was patchy and the lines extremely jagged. Finally after conversing through emails to find a way to remedy the issue we couls not get any straight answers. We ended up eventually calling someone at their office and as I was talking to the receptionist was rudely interrupted by a small little man who told us to "stop f***ing calling." How professional! Needless to say. We will now have to take them to small claims court to be re-imbursed for the damage done to the sink. These people should be revoked of a license and ran out of business. We will also be revealing all this information to every single local news station and the better business bureau for further review and investigations. So if you have also had problems with this company, their is an ongoing investigation with the news channels, so make sure to contact them to get your stories heard. Here's an edit. We needed help with our water heater badly, and Rafael came on time today at 2:00 pm. He checked to see what was wrong and went back to his van to get something. After a short while, he told me it's fixed and if I wanted to check it. I was happy to see the pool of water outside gone, and the water was no longer leaking. Job well done! The technician of this company made wrong diagnosis and sent wrong information to home warranty. The water pressure to refrigerator is very low. The technician stated that the line to refrigerator is capped so no water is going to refrigerator---- this diagnosis is wrong! Total four lines from the wall are under the sink, two upper ones are for cold and hot water supplies , the bottom left one feeds refrigerator, the right one was capped in 2016 by a plumber when we requested to feed water to refrigerator for ice maker and ice water ---- originally the bottom left and right one are linked together, the plumber has to cut it open to feed water to ice maker. The bottom left one is the one feed the refrigerator and ice maker, not the bottom right one that is capped. That is the fact. A different plumber I consulted today further confirmed that the right one capped is not the one feeds ice maker, the information and the diagnostics the technician sent to home warranty is wrong, and home warranty declined the repair. I want to communicate this with the manager, she simply ignored and stated that the she stands behind the wrong diagnosis and doesn't want to work on this case anymore. I am very disappointed about the service and the management of this company. I have been waiting for more than one month to fix this issue. The company technician made wrong diagnosis and the management doesn't want to make correction! Anyone saw this has any recommendations on how to deal with this? the ice-maker and ice water in refrigerator works for many years AFTER the bottom right one was capped in 2016, because the bottom left one feeds the ice maker.
