My go to for any plumbing needs! Will is quick to respond and anyone dispatched has been so helpful and friendly. We had our blackstone hooked up to natural gas and had an issue where it stopped working due to rain clogging the line and they came right out to look at it! We just scheduled our tankless heater flush while they were here! read more

I cannot recommend 9th Island Plumbing enough! Will and his crew are absolutely fantastic. Will first went above and beyond by troubleshooting our tankless water heater over the phone and even walking me through a DIY igniter replacement to get us back up and running. Later, when a pinhole leak appeared, another company tried to pressure us into replacing the entire unit. Will saved the day--he sourced the specific part needed, fit us into his busy schedule, and he and Ryan installed both the valve and a new recirculating pump in just a couple of hours. Honest, prompt, and reasonably priced--if you want a professional who truly treats you right, look no further than 9th Island Plumbing! read more

My hose was connected to my pipe coming off my house and it was stuck on. When I tried to get it off with a pipe wrench, it actually kinked the pipe coming out of the wall. I lived with it like that for the longest time, and every time I used that hose water always leaked like crazy at the connection. I called 9th island plumbing to get a quote, and they were so nice and professional. Their technician showed up punctual, explained the issue, told me what he'd need to do, and was very communicative throughout the process. called 9th Island plumbing and spoke to Will. I told him there was a leak in the upstairs bathroom. He said it would be $145 to cut a hole in the living room to see what's leaking. That's fine. Tobee came and told me it would be $245 if it's the tub drain that's broken, $245 if it's the tub spout , and if it's a broken drain, it would be $400-$800. It turned out to be the tub drain. he told me it would be $570 but he could make it $495..but $245+$145 = $390. just wish they were more clear with the price, break down. read more

Our second bathroom faucet wouldn't turn off and I was desperate for a fix without turning off my water completely due to having multiple roommates. It was probably around 9/10pm when I sent out a request through yelp so I was not expecting a quick response but Will was able to come in less than an hour. He even told us how to prevent/fix if the problem were ever to arise again. I love supporting locals from Hawaii so I was happy to find this business. He was able to fix the bathtub faucet in less than 45 minutes. I thought the rate I was charged was a good value for him answering a late night call. From start to end it was a very professional visit and he was super friendly as well. I would recommend 9th Island Plumbing to any of my friends and family in Las Vegas and continue to do business with them. read more

***Update: So our toilet that was "fixed" by Tobee was dribbling a small amount of water the next morning from under the tank (the seepage was around the screw/bolt) and down to the toilet base onto the bathroom floor. 5+ extra stars for Super 9th Island Plumber Ryan who drove from about 40 minutes away after finishing a job in Anthem to our house to re-fix what his co-worker didn't notice at the time. Everybody makes mistakes so we weren't too upset and because Will was able to send Ryan the same day I called about it. Ryan is very detailed and found that the tank's screw/bolt hadn't been tightened well enough which (thank goodness) only required a minor adjustment (albeit uncomfortable and cramped positioning near a corner wall) and no charge for the return visit! 9th Island Plumbing keeps proving to me that they are a highly reputable company, and I'll be asking for Ryan next time (hopefully not too soon) to do all our plumbing jobs!*** Plumbing is expensive even for small jobs, but I think we will be changing to 9th Island Plumbing as our first call family plumbing service. We've hired them twice for toilet repair (different bathrooms). They gave the least expensive quote for our first time call compared to several other highly rated competitors, and I liked that I could directly text them a photo/video of the plumbing problem. I was a little confused when they didn't pick up the phone considering they're supposed to be open 24 hours, but their system re-connected to my chat messaging which I prefer anyway. Will didn't upsell and even let me know if something wasn't necessary to fix. He was also able to schedule us sooner when they had finished another job early. Both Ryan and Tobee did an exceptional job replacing the parts inside our toilets at those two appointments, and they wore booties without needing to be told! Payment by email invoice was very easy too. Another impressive point to me is that they treated my small job inquiries as important as the big money ones! Want a plumbing company that's honest, affordable, responsive, punctual, skillful, efficient, polite, and professional? Call 9th Island Plumbing first, and you probably won't regret it! read more

Easy to communicate with. Good people. Would highly recommend for all plumbing related needs.

I have never seen such amazing customer service like the owner Will and his company 9th island plumbing!!! I had a small leak coming from my water line that was attached to a water softener. I contacted 9th island plumbing to see if they could fix the leak. They answered quickly and came that day. They replaced the water line in 5 minutes and it fixed the leak. When they told me it was $120. I was a little surprised about the price but paid it anyways. I got an email asking about how their service was. I gave them 3 stars but said I would have gave them 5 stars but the pricing felt a little off for the amount of work that was done. Will texted me asking me how he and his company could have done better. I told him the pricing was a bit surprising for the amount of work. He offered to give me a full refund for the miscommunication, but I told him it's not necessary. He insisted. I was so blown away by this! I have never seen a company or owner who truly cared about customer satisfaction!! I will definitely be using 9th island plumbing for all my plumbing needs!!! read more

I've had an ongoing leak for a while now but couldn't find it, so I requested them for an inspection. While they did help fix the toilet issue we were having with a valve replacement, they likely accidentally tampered with our bidet hose resulting in a leak while I was out of town. This has now resulted in water damage on my floor and walls, costing more to repair. Would have appreciated a check on all items to ensure everything was secure and working properly. Additionally, there was still a leak after the valve replacement and they flagged that there was likely a leak from the main line. I reached out to another plumber for a second opinion and they were able to find a separate leak elsewhere (not the mainline). So not very thorough in their inspection. read more
