Would absolutely never recommend this company…read more I hired this company in April of last year for an AC tune-up to get the system ready for the summer, especially with my in-laws coming to visit. Keep in mind, there was absolutely nothing wrong with the AC prior to this visit. The technician arrived and promptly started taking things apart only to tell me that the fan motor and dual-run capacitor were failing. Other than that, he essentially just hosed down the bottom of the AC unit, which honestly is something I could have done myself, and then put together an estimate for repairs that ended up costing over $2,700 before leaving. I was under the impression that an AC tune-up included basic cleaning and maintenance, including checking or cleaning the air filters and making sure the system was operating properly. Instead, the entire visit felt like it was focused on finding repairs to sell me rather than actually performing a tune-up. I ultimately declined the $2,700+ repair, and guess what? The AC is still working perfectly fine today. Based on my experience, it was very apparent that the technician was primarily focused on selling me a repair rather than providing the tune-up service I had requested. Very disappointing experience and I would not recommend this company.

They did a complete bathtub replacement and shower plumbing refresh a few years back. They just recently replaced our kitchen sink and installed an reverse osmosis system that they recommended due to it's ease of use, which is a big help. They installed a water heater with a re-circulation pump and water softener. They also installed bathroom faucets and new hoses to our washing machine and steam dryer. They do good work and charge a fair price our my opinion. Despite it being a holiday weekend, Jerry came out first thing the very next morning and replaced the entire valve for $600, including parts and labor. That was especially refreshing after a much larger plumbing company had quoted us nearly $3,000 for the same repair. He didn't simply install the valve and leave. He opened multiple faucets and thoroughly tested the system to make sure the pressure remained stable throughout the house. He brought it down to approximately 64 PSI, explained how I could periodically check and adjust it myself, and offered to return and make things right if we experienced any problems. He was responsive, friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and reasonably priced. It felt like he genuinely cared about doing the job correctly and making sure I understood everything before he left. That combination is increasingly difficult to find. He is absolutely our plumber from now on, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

They were able to send Travis, a journeyman plumber, out the same day. From the start, I was impressed by his attention to detail and ability to quickly assess the situation. I hired Pure Plumbing on the spot for the emergency repair and the full water-line replacement that I knew would eventually be necessary. Although the company was booked through the following week, Travis made it clear that he would personally start and finish the job immediately if that was what it took. The project came with several unexpected complications, but Travis remained calm and resourceful, brainstorming practical solutions for every issue that arose. After a tremendous amount of digging, much of it done by Travis himself, he successfully replaced the entire water main line from my garage to the street. Travis truly went above and beyond at every stage, from the initial emergency repair through each challenge that followed. Pure Plumbing also kept me well informed throughout the process and was extremely helpful in coordinating with my insurance claim. I highly recommend Travis and the entire Pure Plumbing team for their professionalism, responsiveness, work ethic, and excellent service. And restoration of landscape (sprinkler system, plant and decorative rock replacement) is amazing as well, sorry I don't have a photo of it at this moment.

He was running a little long on the house before me, but he texted to let me know that he's still on the way. This is forgivable because he is doing everything himself. He arrived and addressed all of the work that I needed done. He came in with a cost estimate that was surprisingly low. He had to leave temporarily to get some parts, but was back quickly and had all of the repairs done quickly and completely. No more leaks and the bathroom sink has water again. There was no upselling like the bigger companies typically do. I'm very satisfied and would call again if something else breaks. Thank you, Arturo! You were great!

First, Kegan called me and told me he would be late, no problem. He arrived about two hours later than scheduled and immediately he gave off vibes like he was high. I tried to talk to him and he was all over the place, interrupting me, telling me what I needed without even listening to what I wanted and was combative when I tried to refocus him on what I wanted. The entire interaction was stressful. It's such a shame, because I'd love to hire Roman who did the work before, and I liked sober Kegan, but not this guy. I have a guy doing demo work in the house and when Kegan left he said "Wow, that guy was high as a kite!" Confirming my suspicions. I don't care what people do recreationally, but not at work. I think this is his company, so this review probably won't matter...but if he works for someone else, they probably want to know and I don't know any other way to tell them.

Jose, David, Tiffany, and the others from Innovative were truly a cut above. Super knowledgeable. Reasonable pricing. Top quality work. This was a big project, so I had a lot of questions about the details. They patiently and intelligently answered every question, even down to the pros and cons of going with different types of piping. This put me at ease and helped me realize that they were the right company with the right people, the right skills and experience, the right ethics, and the right can-do attitude I was looking for. Once I was ready, the work was promptly scheduled and done to a higher standard than I would have expected, especially the landscape restoration. That especially put a smile on my face. I'd say the #1 aspect that sets them apart is their abundant communication throughout the whole process. They were warm, friendly, and patient but never salesy or pushy. They showed up when they said they would, and I always got calls or texts before their visits to let me know they were on their way, along with a fairly precise ETA, sometimes even down to the minute. If you've ever been turned off by creepy, salesy, or sus plumbers and would love to work with people who are smart, friendly, compassionate, and down to earth, I highly recommend you give Innovative a call. Yes, such a unicorn actually exists in this city! I'm grateful to Innovative not only for doing such great work and for being a joy to work with throughout this project, but also for educating me about some aspects of the project where I wanted more clarity on the details, so I could better understand my home's own plumbing system. I'm additionally grateful to them for helping me get past some emotional resistance I had to finding and hiring a plumber in this city. They provided ample proof that there are great people working in this field, and we can indeed find them if we take the time to look and don't settle for mismatches or partial matches. I'm glad I kept looking until I found Innovative. I wouldn't hesitate to work with them again. Thanks a bunch, Innovative! Job well done!

I wanted to get it replaced and asked for some quotes so I hopped on Yelp and got 5 plumbers to come out and give me a quote. Some quotes where a little higher then what I was planning and one was way out there -- they wanted to cap the hose and install a new line --- no thank you! At 4:30 PM, I finally called the office and was told that someone had called because my appointment needed to be rescheduled. However, nowhere in the voicemail did they say my appointment was being cancelled or rescheduled. The message only asked if they could come earlier. This was extremely frustrating and a complete waste of my time. I rearranged my workday, made arrangements for someone to be at my home, and left work early based on the appointment I had scheduled. If the appointment needed to be cancelled or rescheduled, that should have been clearly communicated in the voicemail rather than leaving me to assume my original appointment was still scheduled.

I've received free tune-ups & quotes from a couple other businesses, but I've been seeing Bumble Breeze at neighbors' homes & was intrigued. I've been meaning to contact them for a 3rd perspective so the raffle win happened to be perfect timing. Jamal came out to complete the complimentary tune-up & the experience was superb! He took photos of everything he serviced, offered to have me tag along so I can understand the processes he was completing & thoroughly answered any/every question I had. His findings were similar to the other two companies I received two quotes from... a new a/c system is need (oy...). The difference was, he was very thorough in explaining why he felt the replacement was needed & showed concrete facts of why. Even emailed me a copy of his photos/videos and notes so I could show my husband when he got home. Jamal completed his professional service, made sure all my questions were answered and scheduled for me to talk to a manager abut options and pricing. I was hesitant to move forward, but the replacement was inevitable. I could have rode it out until the unit was on its last string, but this is Vegas. I wanted to be preventative. Plus, 3 neighbors' units crapped out within the month. I didn't want to be the 4th in the height of a hot summer. Queue in Larry. He was beyond professional. Personable even. I was ready for the upselling and pushiness, but the experience never came. He went over Jamal's findings with me once more. Explained his recommendations for new units & even suggested an extra vent install for better performance. The kicker? He didn't deviate from his initial guesstimated price as he continued to include various extras that would help us put our best foot forward. Who does that? Bumble Breeze apparently lol. After everything was said & done, I told him I wanted to talk it over with my husband & make sure we can afford the financing. No pressure or pushiness on his end. We even agreed on a date of no contact if he never heard from me to ease the indecisiveness. He followed up with me & offered an additional incentive where I couldn't say no. BumbleBreeze with the install, maintenance/extended warranties & extra razzle dazzle of free dryer vent cleaning and sanitization ended up being almost $10k cheaper than my other two quotes!! No brainer. We came up with a comfortable number, finance plan/budget and the appt for install happened in no time. Jesus & Curtis came in and completed the install. Just like Jamal and Larry, both gentlemen were courteous, professional & friendly. They were mindful of my home and their mess during the whole process. They kept me in the loop as the process went on too. They gave me a tour of the finished product & explained filters and my new thermostat. Curtis made sure any of my questions were answered and explained how beneficial the new unit will be overall before they left. They explained a tech will be in contact complete the process with a duct sanitization and cleaning as well as the promised free dryer vent cleaning. Devin came a couple days later to finish the job. Just like all the rest, he was professional, courteous and friendly. He completed the vent cleaning & sanitization process. He took before & after photos/videos that I got emailed a copy of for my records. He made sure the team prior was thorough with the initial tune-up, inspection and install. He even took a photo of the filter recommendation sticker on the unit while he was in the attic to make sure I had all the info I needed. He explained the duct maintenance schedule and went on his way. As a home owner, dreaded big purchases like a new a/c unit in Vegas is traumatizing sometimes. However, Bumble Breeze made this experience as positive as it could be. I see the reviews and posts about post-install trauma and maintenance. I'll definitely update my review if I experience anything negatory like that. However, from this current experience, I'm confident with my experience moving forward. Thanks so much!!
