Best plumbers I've ever hired! I needed a main line replaced and a new backflow preventer valve installed at my house and had 4 different plumbing companies come out to assess and bid on the project. Jose, David, Tiffany, and the others from Innovative were truly a cut above. Super knowledgeable. Reasonable pricing. Top quality work. This was a big project, so I had a lot of questions about the details. They patiently and intelligently answered every question, even down to the pros and cons of going with different types of piping. This put me at ease and helped me realize that they were the right company with the right people, the right skills and experience, the right ethics, and the right can-do attitude I was looking for. Once I was ready, the work was promptly scheduled and done to a higher standard than I would have expected, especially the landscape restoration. That especially put a smile on my face. I had used the same plumber for the past 10+ years. They were great! I wrote at least one 5* review for them. I recently called them to repair a loud noise emanating whenever we turned the water on or flushed a toilet. They said they didn't have an opening for two weeks. I said that would be okay. They then texted me the next day said they didn't have an opening for a month. Again, I said okay. I never heard back from them. I had to find a new plumber and chose Innovative Plumbing Pros after reading their Yelp reviews. I called on a Friday afternoon and they were able to schedule me in two business days. Carlos, the service manager, and his helper showed up on time. They were both very friendly, professional, and answered all of my questions. In this time of Omicron, it was a good feeling to see them wear masks the entire time they were here. Carlos checked our water pressure and said the regulator was our problem. I asked if he could adjust the pressure with the regulator. He did the adjustment taking the pressure from 55 psi to 75 psi. We no longer had the loud noise after turning the water on. He told me that noise could come back if it couldn't hold the pressure at 75 psi. We decided to give it a try. Carlos replaced two water bibs that were old and leaking. They're perfect now! Carlos also looked at our master bathroom and kitchen as we are going to remodel them both in the near future. Leak Detection Got a larger-than-normal water bill. I couldn't believe we had used that much water over the last month. Checked the pool. The water was turned off. Checked the sprinkler system. I couldn't find any leaks. Called Henderson Water and they suggested since it was on my side of the water valve to call a licensed plumber that could check for a leak in my system. Innovative was called and I explained my problem. They said that they would send us a voucher that entitled us to a free leak check and that they would be out as soon as possible. Just so happened that Jose was close by and had time to help us. We turned the main valve on, then he started checking around for the leak. Wasn't in the yard. Wasn't the hot water heater. It had to be on the cold side of the water in the house. Or outside? Jose checked the backyard and found that a hose nozzle was stuck open and leaking into the flower bed. Cut it off, and had his helper go check the meter out front. Meter stopped. Problem solved. Boy, what a relief. Tiffany sent the voucher over via email for the free leak check and I signed it and gave it to Jose. Amateur work and inflated prices. I bought a house and needed to replace an old water heater. The quote from Innovative Plumbing was for $1750 for the heater, it is $1191 from Home Depot (delivered), and while I am OK with businesses making a profit I am not OK with getting gouged. When I asked them about it they said that they mark up their products because of their costs for transportation and maintaining inventory... but a 47% markup? Really? I opted to buy the exact same model and to have them install it along with a recirculation pump. Two weeks after the installation the water heater stopped working. It turns out that water heater was fine and that it had stopped working because the insulation on the wires connecting the water heater to the power source were exposed and not covered by the wire nuts which caused a short (the wire nut was even melted). This is basic stuff and unacceptable for a professional. I noticed that it was still taking the hot water a long time to reach our sinks and showers. I pulled out the instruction manual for the recirculation pump and discovered that they had installed it on the cold water intake rather than the hot water discharge. Once again, a mistake that not even an amateur should make. Unless you like excessive markups and amateur-quality work you should look elsewhere for professional plumbers who won't gouge you. read more

I requested a leak detection and Jose came out the same day to do it. He checked a few areas and determined the leak was outside the house. There's about a hundred feet of pipe out there and he could not determine an approximate area where the leak is. I found out from another plumbing company that usually a leak can be determined within 3 feet of the break, Jose did not bother trying to pinpoint it. He said he would write up an estimation of how much it would cost to fix the leak (without knowing where it is) and send it to me. He never sent it or called back. I called once and he did not return the call. Pretty much $250 wasted for near useless results. I will not be using them again. I gave 2 stars because of prompt response, but otherwise a very disappointing service. EDIT: After speaking with Tiffany we cleared up the confusion regarding the estimate quote. It was sent, but I did not receive it and Jose did not have his company phone because he was on vacation. The $250 I spent on the leak detection would have been credited to the estimate for leak repair as well, which was a reasonable rate. If the plumbing in your wall springs a leak, it can be a nightmare. Luckily, I had a pretty smooth experience finding and hiring a plumber to fix the problem. I noticed a leak a couple of evenings ago, so I looked up plumbers in Henderson on Yelp and saw that Innovative Plumbing Pros seemed well-reviewed and had 24/7 service. I called them up, and they were fortunately able to send a technician named Anthony out to look at the problem. He cut away some of the drywall and pinpointed the leak, then set up a convenient appointment this morning (since I had work and couldn't be around during the intervening day). He also showed me how to turn the water main on and off so that I could get running water briefly while not letting the leak spread. I had an 8am-noon estimated window for the repair visit. The company called me toward the end of the window, and the technician arrived afterward. His name was Jose and he seemed to be the head honcho. He took a look at the leak for himself, then after going over estimates, did the basic repair that I approved. He basically cut away part of the metal pipe and leaky hose and replaced it with a thick plastic pipe and some adapters to ensure a tight flow of water. All in all, it took well under an hour. The price seemed fair, especially considering the emergency nature of the call, and Jose deducted the initial cost of Anthony's visit from the bill as Anthony had promised. I was able to pay with credit card instead of check, which is another plus. Also, Jose engaged in light conversation during the job and taught me a thing or two about some hobbyists in the area. They actually have runways for RC planes and tracks for RC cars in some nearby public spots. Not my cup of tea, but it was fun to learn something new after having lived here for a while. Home services can be a bit of a blind spot on Yelp, so I was very fortunate to have a smooth and friendly experience with Innovative Plumbing Pros. They'll be the first business that comes to mind if I should have any issues in the future. read more

It was a major job that required digging in my front yard and cutting out part of my driveway. My pipes from the meter to my house were replaced and new valves installed. My driveway was repaired. Our water line from the house to the street had a leak. The guys came out right away and started work the next day. After they dug the trench, what a mess, I thought. Estimate and repair went well I gave a 4 cuz we had a slight hiccup he was supposed to come Friday between 3 and 6 by 530 it's dark and there's no way he could work in the yard so I called and she said closer to 6 so I said better reschedule so it kinda messed up my Friday but he came by 9 the next morning and was done in ten minutes so we could go on with our day. It was ok. The problem was water pressure regulator. They guy quoted us $375 for a 5 minute replacement, as he said. We asked for a breakdown of the cost (parts and labor). He said it was a flat fee. Then we asked for an email quote with the part number, never got it. So I went to Lowe's and bought a part (with the help of the Internet) for a little over $100 and replaced it myself. Saved me over $200. I don't believe that a part that takes 5 minutes to replace should cost $375. Will not use them again. read more

WOW!!! Where do I begin? So the other day I am on the phone with my bank, a very important wire transfer was not completed correctly and the hold time was extremely long, while I had my bank on hold via my cell phone, I had another back that would be receiving my wire transfer on hold via live chat on my computer. The doorbell rings, I am not expecting anyone and it is during the "Shelter-in-place" pandemic. I open the door to some guy without PPE claiming he is with the HOA and needs to be let into my garage, I am discussing more important matters with my bank and since he claimed he was with he HOA I allowed him into my garage. I am needed at my computer to finish my actual situation with my banks, when the doorbell rings again, my dog is going crazy, I am on the phone and computer with things important to my life and its another guy with Innovative plumbing stating something about a leak that is not my neighbors and there is a hole in the drywall, I couldn't pay attention because I was having a preplanned meeting with 2 banks. I kept telling them I was on an important call but the plumbers kept talking, I didn't catch most of it, they explain that the leak is somehow coming from under my driveway and they need to transfer the bill from my neighbors leak to mine and I owe them almost $5,000!!! Still not being able to get off the phone I was in shock, I was not aware of ANY leak, there was NEVER any water in my garage and now after they surprised ambushed me with 2 holes in my wall and a $5000 estimate/bill, there is now a huge water puddle in my garage that has never been there before. I tried contacting Innovative Plumbing the woman answering the phone has zero patiences when it comes to listening to the situation and felt I was too long winded and in the middle of my concern interrupted me to tell me that she has zero knowledge on what was going on, she refused to give me to someone in charge and told me I was rude for telling her to put her self in my situation and then hung up. I called back and she told me I would only be able to talk to her and she wouldn't provide any information to me as to whom it was I actually needed to talk to. I told her that was fine, I will just come down to the store and get answers that way. She hung up 3 times, I called back each time she hung up. Finally I was able to talk to the owner who refused to allow me to speak, kept interrupting me and told me she was blocking my number, which I had to call back from a 2nd number which she then blocked again. To date, I have not been told what is leaking, why they felt cutting holes in my garage would give them answers they needed when after cutting the holes they still had no answers. *****UPDATE****** RESPONSE TO TIFF (THE OWNER) FACTS ARE IMPORTANT, so lets first point out that you weren't present when the initial doorbell rang, I was told the plumbers were with the HOA no prior information was given to me before that doorbell ring. I was not aware of any leaks as it was inside of my neighbors garage not mine. No one told me they were saving me money at all, your guy told me he was saving my neighbor $1k, at the end your tech wasn't sure where the water was coming from (WHICH FOR THE RECORD I HAD NO WATER LEAKS PRIOR TO YOUR VISIT) It was not until AFTER I was given the bill/estimate, FOR THE RECORD, he did tell me everything on my neighbors INVOICE, would transfer to me! No one offered payment options until the very end when I was handed an invoice and I asked. He then called you, not the other way around. Please keep in mind I was handling my own situation that had nothing to do with an unknown leak I was NEVER told the hole in the wall wouldn't be fixed. Had I known you were not going to repair the hole, which turned into 2 holes, one 12"x18" and the other 12"x8" I would have argued more when I was told it was a necessity! I never harassed anyone & never threatened anything, stop claiming any threats were made. I was told by your secretary that she wouldn't let me talk to anyone but her and kept hanging up, so I told her I would come to the office instead that is when I was finally able to speak to you. I love working with companies who are realistic on their ideas of business and ones that understand they cannot just randomly ring a bell, cut some drywall, cause damage, and a bigger water leak under the impression that they are something they actually are not.
