I am writing this review to share an exceptionally positive experience I recently had with Franco from Clog Busters, whose expertise saved me a significant amount of money and stress. I was dealing with a persistent leak in my shower. My initial call to another plumbing company resulted in a diagnosis that the leak stemmed from the shower valve, accompanied by an estimated repair cost of $2,109.00. This seemed excessive, and I felt it warranted a second opinion. Fortunately, I decided to contact Franco at Clog Busters. His thorough and meticulous investigation quickly pinpointed the *actual* source of the problem: a faulty shower spray arm. This accurate diagnosis was not just about getting the right fix; it directly prevented me from spending a staggering $2,109.00 on an unnecessary and incorrect repair suggested by the first company. The financial relief alone was immense. Franco truly exemplifies what a professional plumber should be. His extensive experience was immediately evident in his confident yet patient approach. He communicated clearly, explaining every step of his assessment, and demonstrated an unwavering commitment to honesty and fair practice. Unlike others, he prioritizes integrity, ensuring customers receive only the services they genuinely need, at a transparent and reasonable price. It was incredibly refreshing to encounter someone so dedicated to providing excellent service without any upselling or hidden costs. I wholeheartedly recommend Franco from Clog Busters to anyone in need of plumbing services. If you value unparalleled expertise, transparent pricing, exceptional professionalism, and guaranteed satisfaction, look no further. He delivers not just repairs, but peace of mind, and I can confidently say you will be as pleased with his service as I am. O by the way I saved $1,759.00. Thanks a lot Franco:)) read more

This company is the only company after 6 other plumbers who solved our Major problem. Franco took the bull by the horn and did what nobody else was willing to do.. he arrived early. He had the best attitude. He said I'm gonna get this done for you and he did. We had a pipe filled with cement from subs who washed their tools and their hands and everything else in our sink so beware homeowners anyway the point of all this review is this company is the best don't waste your time with anyone else. Thank you, Peggy Berk. read more

Best plumbing company we've ever used! They came out, diagnosed the issue, and had everything fixed within an hour. The entire process was quick and hassle-free. We've dealt with other plumbing companies in the past, and it was always a headache, so we expected more of the same. Instead, they exceeded our expectations. Professional, efficient, and honest--we highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing services! read more

I appreciate Clog Busters for showing up at my residence on a Sunday, February 8, 2026 to unclog our sewer mainline using Hydro-jetting at such short notice. I believe it was Franco's son and an older lady who showed up at my house. Regardless, it's a family-owned local business that I fully support and will not bash. When the service was done, Franco and family gave me some suggestions on how they can fix the sewer line in my property and will come back to do an estimate. I paid in cash, expecting to see them again. They did not have change and told me that Franco will Zelle me the change which is $50.00. Long story short, I'm still waiting for my $50 change that didn't came through on Zelle, for them to do an estimate, or hear back from Franco. I called my bank and even went to my bank branch and they said everything looks good on their end. I have used Zelle many a times to send my family and friends money with no problems sending and receiving. read more

Franco was awesome! Very professional and friendly. He gave us a lot of good information, things I didn't even know being a first time home owner. We inquired about a small wash cloth being accidentally flushed down our toilet and we want to be safe rather than sorry and Franco immediately put us at easy with his extensive knowledge and letting us know that we were good and didn't have any clogged drains. Highly, highly recommend Franco and Clog Busters! Also, great price for the services provided! We will definitely be using them for any future services! read more

I had a mainline clogged with roots, I had Benjamin Franklin come out to clear it they were a day late and didn't clear the roots after I told them what the problem was they didn't bring the right equipment and still charged me $420.00 and tried to get me to pay them $10000 to replace part of the line, just a part not the hole line! I searched the web and found Clog Busters Franco came right out and cleared massive amounts of roots and completely cleared the line, I watched on his phone wile he cleared every single root from the line all the way to the street and charged me less. Thank you Franco you are the best!!!! read more

I managed to create a serious clog in my kitchen drain. I tried home-grown methods for two days with no success. When I contacted Franco he responded immediately and was at my home within an hour. The problem was not as simple as I'd thought. He removed the trap and the horizontal pipe between the sinks and both were clear. The clog was in the wall. So his expertise in hydrojetting was needed. He cleared the way with hot water melting the years of grease in the pipes. My soft vegetable mess was only the latest. After cleaning the pipe from back to front of the house he made sure everything in the house was draining correctly. And all this with such a great attitude. I wish I had taken photos. I hope he did. read more

Franco is amazing arrived on time professional clean .100% will be using for other projects!Highly recommended.

So glad i chose them ( they came on a saturday night and then, when job turned out to be more than a simple fix, they were able to complete a much more complicated repair/ replacement of corroded pipes, quickly and professionally. They protected the house against the cement dust and replaced all pipes quickly and in a workman fashion. I could tell they knew what they were doing and completed work days ahead of original timeframe. read more

Franco was awesome! Call this guy! We had a drain clog and had already called one plumber. He charged $137 and didn't fix it. In fact, he left a huge mess and also left the cap off of an exposed drain pipe we have to have fixed now. We called a 2nd plumber. They quoted an ASTRONOMICAL sum to fix the clog. Like- this guys was on his laptop booking flights to Cancun next week, astronomical. CLOG BUSTERS answered quickly and has FIVE STAR reviews for a good reason. FRANCO was at the house in an hour and was super courteous, knowledgeable, and most importantly, HONEST. He fixed the clog with a hydro jet after finding the clog, and showing us, with a camera. Will be calling him again if we need a plumber and would recommend to friends and family (elderly!) without hesitation. Oh and he charged a fraction (1/10) of what the other company was going to charge!! read more

Don't waste your time calling around -- Just go ahead and hire Franco. What an absolute professional! I called Wednesday evening, and he answered the phone immediately while he was on another job. Gave me a quote for the service and I said I'd get back to him because of scheduling issues with work. Called him the next day to schedule, and he was over at the house within 45 minutes (sorry I made you miss your barber appointment, Franco!). He explained everything, showed me everything with the camera, spent a good amount of time cleaning everything out, provided very good advice and tips for future maintenance, and we had great conversation on top of it. Absolutely stellar service! Highly, highly recommend! I will definitely be using him in the near future as he stated that he can hydro-jet the entire house. read more

Let me start by saying i am a plumber. I live in a different state then my mom. She kept calling me that her drain was backing up and she had paid to have it cleared multiple times. I called clog busters cause I knew something more was happening. I spoke to Franco and we decided to camera the line. He found that there was something stuck in the line. ( sent me pics to keep me updated) he jetted the line and ran a camera again to show that it was cleared. He really took care of my mom and the price was more then reasonable. Would definitely use them again. Thanks Franco for taking care of my mom! From one plumber to another. read more
