I appreciate Clog Busters for showing up at my residence on a Sunday, February 8, 2026 to unclog our sewer mainline using Hydro-jetting at such short notice. I believe it was Franco's son and an older lady who showed up at my house. Regardless, it's a family-owned local business that I fully support and will not bash. When the service was done, Franco and family gave me some suggestions on how they can fix the sewer line in my property and will come back to do an estimate. I paid in cash, expecting to see them again. They did not have change and told me that Franco will Zelle me the change which is $50.00. Long story short, I'm still waiting for my $50 change that didn't came through on Zelle, for them to do an estimate, or hear back from Franco. I called my bank and even went to my bank branch and they said everything looks good on their end. I had a mainline clogged with roots, I had Benjamin Franklin come out to clear it they were a day late and didn't clear the roots after I told them what the problem was they didn't bring the right equipment and still charged me $420.00 and tried to get me to pay them $10000 to replace part of the line, just a part not the hole line! I searched the web and found Clog Busters Franco came right out and cleared massive amounts of roots and completely cleared the line, I watched on his phone wile he cleared every single root from the line all the way to the street and charged me less. I managed to create a serious clog in my kitchen drain. I tried home-grown methods for two days with no success. When I contacted Franco he responded immediately and was at my home within an hour. The problem was not as simple as I'd thought. He removed the trap and the horizontal pipe between the sinks and both were clear. The clog was in the wall. So his expertise in hydrojetting was needed. He cleared the way with hot water melting the years of grease in the pipes. My soft vegetable mess was only the latest. After cleaning the pipe from back to front of the house he made sure everything in the house was draining correctly. And all this with such a great attitude. I wish I had taken photos. In fact, he left a huge mess and also left the cap off of an exposed drain pipe we have to have fixed now. We called a 2nd plumber. They quoted an ASTRONOMICAL sum to fix the clog. Like- this guys was on his laptop booking flights to Cancun next week, astronomical. CLOG BUSTERS answered quickly and has FIVE STAR reviews for a good reason. Let me start by saying i am a plumber. I live in a different state then my mom. She kept calling me that her drain was backing up and she had paid to have it cleared multiple times.
