Atlas did it again, I've been having been having problems with hot water making it to the back of the house so after the first successful transaction with Atlas I called them again. After mentioning what I was looking for they said they could have a tech over within 30 mins to provide an estimate. Justin arrived on time and he has done my water heater previously. He made some suggestions and we agreed on the solution. After giving me the damage I agreed to the price and he had the job done in an hour. Justin was fast and courteous and did a nice job . While I can't attest to the price being the best or worst but I can say the fast and honest clean work is usually worth it.

I called the day before they came to ask about how they are going to figure out which holes to cut. Also asked if it was a guessing game. I was assured that there would be special equipment according to the employee and that everything would be very neat. The service call was about $380 to cut two really big holes which were about a foot larger than they needed and weren't as clean as I was expecting. The professionalism could've been a little more on point. I didn't really appreciate the sarcasm and undermining. Also, when the pipes were cut and water started coming out, they had one little rag and so to protect my home I had to go grab two beach towels to put underneath their work so the water would stop going into my walls. And the laundry door kept getting left open in 100° plus weather when I have two AC's cranking. I'm keeping it to the point and these are just the simple key points I noted. The first cut was also going to be in the wrong spot. Thankfully, I had a little spy camera to be able to identify that the pipe was not there. The call took about four hours because of several reasons. 1. They didn't have the right equipment and had to switch vans. 2. They then had to have an additional van show up with one more plumber to help identify and trace the leak. 3. They then had to call back another Van for reasons I don't know. 4. After they quoted me $4000 to run one pipe about 20 feet I declined. At this point, I wasn't very confident in the work and I also thought that that was overpriced. 5. They had to return to the warehouse again for more equipment just to cap my pipes. 6. It took about 30 minutes for them to clean up the pipes because the cuts were not very clean. 7. There was also no offer to replace my 2' x 2' piece of drywall that just got thrashed.

This is the quality homemade shower pan they constructed. On the other side of my dad's office. Thank God for tile floors, right? 76 gal

They didn't show up. Waited around, they could've called and gave notice they were running late. Can't recommend.

Mike arrived promptly, replaced the hose bib quickly, and even made a trip to Home Depot to pick up the needed part. While he was here, I asked him to inspect a few other water-related items around my home, including the water heater, water softener, sink vents, and toilets. He gave me an honest assessment of everything and took the time to explain what he was seeing, which I really appreciated. Homeownership comes with a lot of maintenance, and it's great to have a company you can trust. I look forward to using 702PlumbAir again for future maintenance, upgrades, and any repairs that come up. I've only used their plumbing services so far, but based on my experience, I would definitely recommend them.

They refuse to come out and fix the problem without charging us more money. This place is a classic Las Vegas scam. Super excited to take thousands from you, so you are stuck with defective appliances in the middle of summer. Thank you for letting my family know you are not someone to recommend to anyone in Las Vegas, 702 PlumbAIR. My family feels constantly dizzy and nauseous since the installation from fumes that should not be happening with a new air system. I really want my money back and their system gone. I am going to see what I can do to get out of this new purchase. They even backed out of our appointment, so I am filing a claim with my card company and issuing a bill for extra expenses/lost wages due to their service and negligence. I am even prepared to file a claim with the Nevada Licensing Board and take them to court. Stay away from 702 PlumbAIR!

We have decided to sell our home and with that comes the buyer's home inspection process. The buyer's inspector suggested that our double sinks were not up to code and required repair. To appease our buyers, I immediately called Pure Plumbing to correct the issue. Francis C. was dispatched to my home today in regard to the above matter. Turns out, the sinks are very much up to code. He took several pictures, cited plumbing code, etc. I was relieved that we did not require a repair and that Francis and Pure Plumbing was so honest with me. Francis provided me with documentation of his findings that I can keep for my records and also provide to the realtors/buyers. It has been a pleasure doing business with Pure Plumbing and I highly recommend them for all of your plumbing needs. I hear they have a top notch AC/HVAC division as well.(we never required their services for that though :) )

Unfortunately, my experience changed once the technician arrived. After discussing my concerns, only a very limited inspection was performed. The technician checked my refrigerant lines by hand and, during the process, tore part of the insulation covering the lines. The insulation was left damaged without being repaired, repositioned, or taped back together. I explained that I had recently cleaned the system myself and had been experiencing performance issues afterward. By the time of the appointment, the system had fortunately started operating normally again. Despite my concerns, the technician did not perform what I would consider a thorough inspection of either the outdoor unit or the indoor head unit. Several areas I asked about were dismissed with comments such as, "Don't worry about that, it doesn't need cleaning." When I later asked about replacement options and newer systems, the conversation quickly shifted toward sales estimates. I was quoted approximately $11,000 for a new ductless mini-split installation. While I understand labor, materials, permits, overhead, and warranties contribute to installation costs, the estimate seemed significantly higher than I expected. What confused me most was that the technician appeared far more interested in discussing replacement options than addressing the maintenance concerns I originally scheduled the appointment for. At the end of the visit, I was informed there would be a $19 charge. Assuming this was being collected before the advertised coil cleaning service was performed, I also provided a $20 tip. However, the technician then left without performing any coil cleaning service. In the end, I paid for a service call, had insulation on my system damaged, received very little troubleshooting or maintenance assistance, and never received the coil cleaning that was advertised and expected. I left the experience disappointed and feeling that my concerns were never properly addressed. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service.

At first, I was a little bit taken aback because outward honesty is rare, but in the end after I compared all of the analysis, estimates, visuals, I was provided with, and statements of the five bids I put myself through - Zoom Drain was spot on accurate and offered what was truly in my best interest and recommended only what was in my best interest. I also found it noteworthy that when they begin work, the outside specialties that they brought in such as a plumber, and a relining company for one section of my pipe were exactly the same as they were. Birds of a feather flock together. A year or two ago, I use the lining company to check my pipes because I live in an old neighborhood. That relining company associated with the Zoom Drain told me that there was nothing wrong with my pipes and that I should do nothing. This job involved running new sewer pipe, and a new clean water feed into my house while I had the driveway ripped up to put down new pavers and new Irrigation. In other words, I'm being proactive in in an old neighborhood and getting the pipes replaced before they failed. Zoom's pricing was very very fair and if you want to do the worst of the math, 1/3 of the price of Lee Plumbing who's analysis in bid was outside the norm as determined by the other 4 bids. Don't get me started on Lee Plumbing a conglomerate to scooping up all the small independent plumbing companies in Las Vegas. Finally, when digging up my yard, Zoom Drain did not have to try to save an old cactus a blooming tree in several other plantings, but they did carefully shoveling around things that were in danger instead of just using the heavy machinery. I have no hesitation at all and recommending Zoom Drain. I don't work for them, they did work for me, the work is done, and I'm getting nothing from this except the feeling I'm paying back someone who did very well for me and that I recommend to others.
