Eli and Felipe arrived, on time and with smiles. Eli took his time, documented issues methodically, took pictures and videos, and easily explained everything in laymen's terms. Both he and Felipe were patient and kind and alleviated any anxiety I had over my HVAC system. Eli even said I could call or text him any time with any more questions! An underrated part of 702 Plumbair's service and technical excellent is definitely their customer service. Thank you Eli and Felipe for such a positive visit, and thank you also to Justin and Luke and Sarah in the office for their assistance and patience!

Would absolutely never recommend this company…read more I hired this company in April of last year for an AC tune-up to get the system ready for the summer, especially with my in-laws coming to visit. Keep in mind, there was absolutely nothing wrong with the AC prior to this visit. The technician arrived and promptly started taking things apart only to tell me that the fan motor and dual-run capacitor were failing. Other than that, he essentially just hosed down the bottom of the AC unit, which honestly is something I could have done myself, and then put together an estimate for repairs that ended up costing over $2,700 before leaving. I was under the impression that an AC tune-up included basic cleaning and maintenance, including checking or cleaning the air filters and making sure the system was operating properly. Instead, the entire visit felt like it was focused on finding repairs to sell me rather than actually performing a tune-up. I ultimately declined the $2,700+ repair, and guess what? The AC is still working perfectly fine today. Based on my experience, it was very apparent that the technician was primarily focused on selling me a repair rather than providing the tune-up service I had requested. Very disappointing experience and I would not recommend this company.

They did a complete bathtub replacement and shower plumbing refresh a few years back. They just recently replaced our kitchen sink and installed an reverse osmosis system that they recommended due to it's ease of use, which is a big help. They installed a water heater with a re-circulation pump and water softener. They also installed bathroom faucets and new hoses to our washing machine and steam dryer. They do good work and charge a fair price our my opinion. We couldn't be happier with this family, who are also are the most pleasant people to work with, including Jerry's wife, Helen, who handles scheduling.

Despite it being a holiday weekend, Jerry came out first thing the very next morning and replaced the entire valve for $600, including parts and labor. That was especially refreshing after a much larger plumbing company had quoted us nearly $3,000 for the same repair. He didn't simply install the valve and leave. He opened multiple faucets and thoroughly tested the system to make sure the pressure remained stable throughout the house. He brought it down to approximately 64 PSI, explained how I could periodically check and adjust it myself, and offered to return and make things right if we experienced any problems. He was responsive, friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and reasonably priced. It felt like he genuinely cared about doing the job correctly and making sure I understood everything before he left. That combination is increasingly difficult to find. He is absolutely our plumber from now on, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

Chance was prompt with his responses and sent me a quote and review after submitting a few photos his way. His quote was not the cheapest but I was willing to spend a little extra to know I was supporting a local business and because he was able to point out where other companies were using generic models or replacements that may not be as durable. Overall I can understand why he has maintained such a high rating and he was even able to address a concern I had next day which was a testament to his pride in the work.
