Very disappointing and frustrating experience with Anytime Plumbing in Las Vegas. We are a…read morefamily-owned restaurant, and we called them because our restaurant was flooding and we needed urgent help. We were told the service would be $970, but we were charged over $1,100. On top of that, the job was supposed to include jetting all the lines in the restaurant, including the main line. From what we understand, they only jetted one main line and did not complete the work we paid for. About 20 days later, we had problems again and asked them to come back under their 30-day warranty. They sent someone out, but he did not properly check anything. He basically looked at the drains and said it was not flooding at that moment. Now they want to charge us another $400 just to run a camera and check their own work. The most upsetting part was speaking with the manager. She was extremely unprofessional and was laughing while we were explaining the problem. This is very serious for a restaurant, and we felt completely dismissed. We paid for a service that we believe was not completed properly, and now they do not want to honor the warranty unless we pay even more money. This experience felt completely unfair and unacceptable. I do not usually write reviews like this, but this situation was too serious to ignore. We will also be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.I would avoid using "scam" too many times in the public review so it stays strong and credible.

We are beyond grateful for the outstanding service we received from Yes Air Conditioning,…read moreespecially from Max and Andres. After another company installed our new commercial grade range vent hood, the fan was so loud we could not even watch TV with it running. It was frustrating and disappointing until YES arrived to help. Max and Andres quickly diagnosed the issue as a simple but critical problem. The vent hood had not been properly connected. Instead of offering a quick fix, they went above and beyond. They custom manufactured metal pieces to ensure the outlet tubing was correctly installed and sealed, and they stayed until everything was working exactly as it should. Thanks to their skill and dedication, our vent hood now performs beautifully. It is quiet, efficient, and exactly what we hoped for. Their professionalism, kindness, and expertise made all the difference. It is clear that Yes Air Conditioning is far more than an air conditioning replacement and maintenance company. Their team has the craftsmanship, problem solving ability, and customer care that homeowners dream of finding. We are so glad we called YES. We truly would not have the great vent hood we enjoy today without them.

I've received free tune-ups & quotes from a couple other businesses, but I've been seeing Bumble Breeze at neighbors' homes & was intrigued. I've been meaning to contact them for a 3rd perspective so the raffle win happened to be perfect timing. Jamal came out to complete the complimentary tune-up & the experience was superb! He took photos of everything he serviced, offered to have me tag along so I can understand the processes he was completing & thoroughly answered any/every question I had. His findings were similar to the other two companies I received two quotes from... a new a/c system is need (oy...). The difference was, he was very thorough in explaining why he felt the replacement was needed & showed concrete facts of why. Even emailed me a copy of his photos/videos and notes so I could show my husband when he got home. Jamal completed his professional service, made sure all my questions were answered and scheduled for me to talk to a manager abut options and pricing. I was hesitant to move forward, but the replacement was inevitable. I could have rode it out until the unit was on its last string, but this is Vegas. I wanted to be preventative. Plus, 3 neighbors' units crapped out within the month. I didn't want to be the 4th in the height of a hot summer. Queue in Larry. He was beyond professional. Personable even. I was ready for the upselling and pushiness, but the experience never came. He went over Jamal's findings with me once more. Explained his recommendations for new units & even suggested an extra vent install for better performance. The kicker? He didn't deviate from his initial guesstimated price as he continued to include various extras that would help us put our best foot forward. Who does that? Bumble Breeze apparently lol. After everything was said & done, I told him I wanted to talk it over with my husband & make sure we can afford the financing. No pressure or pushiness on his end. We even agreed on a date of no contact if he never heard from me to ease the indecisiveness. He followed up with me & offered an additional incentive where I couldn't say no. BumbleBreeze with the install, maintenance/extended warranties & extra razzle dazzle of free dryer vent cleaning and sanitization ended up being almost $10k cheaper than my other two quotes!! No brainer. We came up with a comfortable number, finance plan/budget and the appt for install happened in no time. Jesus & Curtis came in and completed the install. Just like Jamal and Larry, both gentlemen were courteous, professional & friendly. They were mindful of my home and their mess during the whole process. They kept me in the loop as the process went on too. They gave me a tour of the finished product & explained filters and my new thermostat. Curtis made sure any of my questions were answered and explained how beneficial the new unit will be overall before they left. They explained a tech will be in contact complete the process with a duct sanitization and cleaning as well as the promised free dryer vent cleaning. Devin came a couple days later to finish the job. Just like all the rest, he was professional, courteous and friendly. He completed the vent cleaning & sanitization process. He took before & after photos/videos that I got emailed a copy of for my records. He made sure the team prior was thorough with the initial tune-up, inspection and install. He even took a photo of the filter recommendation sticker on the unit while he was in the attic to make sure I had all the info I needed. He explained the duct maintenance schedule and went on his way. As a home owner, dreaded big purchases like a new a/c unit in Vegas is traumatizing sometimes. However, Bumble Breeze made this experience as positive as it could be. I see the reviews and posts about post-install trauma and maintenance. I'll definitely update my review if I experience anything negatory like that. However, from this current experience, I'm confident with my experience moving forward. Thanks so much!!

I am writing this review to share an exceptionally positive experience I recently had with Franco…read morefrom Clog Busters, whose expertise saved me a significant amount of money and stress. I was dealing with a persistent leak in my shower. My initial call to another plumbing company resulted in a diagnosis that the leak stemmed from the shower valve, accompanied by an estimated repair cost of $2,109.00. This seemed excessive, and I felt it warranted a second opinion. Fortunately, I decided to contact Franco at Clog Busters. His thorough and meticulous investigation quickly pinpointed the *actual* source of the problem: a faulty shower spray arm. This accurate diagnosis was not just about getting the right fix; it directly prevented me from spending a staggering $2,109.00 on an unnecessary and incorrect repair suggested by the first company. The financial relief alone was immense. Franco truly exemplifies what a professional plumber should be. His extensive experience was immediately evident in his confident yet patient approach. He communicated clearly, explaining every step of his assessment, and demonstrated an unwavering commitment to honesty and fair practice. Unlike others, he prioritizes integrity, ensuring customers receive only the services they genuinely need, at a transparent and reasonable price. It was incredibly refreshing to encounter someone so dedicated to providing excellent service without any upselling or hidden costs. I wholeheartedly recommend Franco from Clog Busters to anyone in need of plumbing services. If you value unparalleled expertise, transparent pricing, exceptional professionalism, and guaranteed satisfaction, look no further. He delivers not just repairs, but peace of mind, and I can confidently say you will be as pleased with his service as I am. O by the way I saved $1,759.00. Thanks a lot Franco:))

They were able to send Travis, a journeyman plumber, out the same day. From the start, I was impressed by his attention to detail and ability to quickly assess the situation. I hired Pure Plumbing on the spot for the emergency repair and the full water-line replacement that I knew would eventually be necessary. Although the company was booked through the following week, Travis made it clear that he would personally start and finish the job immediately if that was what it took. The project came with several unexpected complications, but Travis remained calm and resourceful, brainstorming practical solutions for every issue that arose. After a tremendous amount of digging, much of it done by Travis himself, he successfully replaced the entire water main line from my garage to the street. Travis truly went above and beyond at every stage, from the initial emergency repair through each challenge that followed. Pure Plumbing also kept me well informed throughout the process and was extremely helpful in coordinating with my insurance claim.
