We are beyond grateful for the outstanding service we received from Yes Air Conditioning, especially from Max and Andres. After another company installed our new commercial grade range vent hood, the fan was so loud we could not even watch TV with it running. It was frustrating and disappointing until YES arrived to help. Max and Andres quickly diagnosed the issue as a simple but critical problem. The vent hood had not been properly connected. Instead of offering a quick fix, they went above and beyond. They custom manufactured metal pieces to ensure the outlet tubing was correctly installed and sealed, and they stayed until everything was working exactly as it should. Thanks to their skill and dedication, our vent hood now performs beautifully. It is quiet, efficient, and exactly what we hoped for. Their professionalism, kindness, and expertise made all the difference. It is clear that Yes Air Conditioning is far more than an air conditioning replacement and maintenance company. Their team has the craftsmanship, problem solving ability, and customer care that homeowners dream of finding. We are so glad we called YES. We truly would not have the great vent hood we enjoy today without them. read more

AND now, 9 years after Yes putting these units in for me, I'm still discovering how messy a job they did. I replaced the capacitor in one of the units today and discovered bent metal strapping with a screw forced into the metal to secure the original capacitor. So many cleaner ways to do it. read more

This company should be called No! No! Don't waste your money. No! They don't offer the best price. No! Don't use them for HVAC needs. No! Yes AirCon&Plumbing is a scam, please, PLEASE go elsewhere for your HVAC needs. The tech they sent to do a tune up for me teamed up with his boss, Mark, to tell me my unit was a day away from falling apart and that I needed to replace my AC right NOW and they offered me a great deal of $25k (yes, you read that right, $25k) for a whole new system and that they'd be generous and lower the price to $15k. You may be thinking, "Wow, that's a deal!" Guess again. After more research and a second opinion, the math showed that the unit Yes was trying to install was worth $12k and that other companies honor that price as well as better interest rates when financing. Yes did the age-old fear-mongering tactic of causing anxiety to make a sale and that's precisely why they have so many negative reviews on Yelp. Everyone, please share with those you know, this place is a rip-off, they're con artists, and I'm planning on relaying all of this to the BBB. If you need a new HVAC system, call Semper Fi, they have great people, better products for less, better warranties and better interest rates. Yes AC/Plumbing? Hell NO. read more

This service call was outstanding! Marlowe Jones was my service tech, very polite, got right to work, explained everything he did and what he looked for, gave me a full run down on the service call. No high pressure like some other guys I have had come out from other companies. I would highly recommend this company. read more

I've had issue's with my upstairs always being hot, I dug into my 2 home inspection reports i have from when i purchased my home to see if it said anything about my A/C or installation. Both reports highlighted some unsafe venting work done on a replace unit in my attic, so i had a reputable HVAC company out to fix the shoddy work in the attic and look at the rest of my A/C issues. What they uncovered was multiple areas of poor, lazy and unsafe work. Since the work was so bad i decided to look up the permit to see who performed the work and turns out it was Yes Air who's yelp is littered with 1 star reviews. So now I'm $3,200 into fixing their half-a.. work. read more

The first quote to repair my a/c was $30,000! Then lowered to about $20,000 when I said no, and finally $14,000! In my email receipt it was $900! I was quoted $69 for a service call and when I turned down the "work" you wanted $89! I called another company and they came out and found no problem other than faulty filters which I replaced, and I am now enjoying cool air for only the $59 service call. And yes, the tech spent over two hours checking my system, both indoors and out. So do you really think I should write a good review on Yelp or the BBB? Should I call my credit card company and dispute your charge? What would you do in my place? BTW: Yes, sold me a completely new system 10 years and 1 month ago. I missed the warranty by one month. read more

Service was acceptable. Just brought them out for a tuneup/checkup through Home Depot. I guess that's how they get in the door. Nothing wrong with the unit, but the tech suggested a few parts replacements. I told them to send me an invoice and this is what I got. I have no idea how anyone could be in business quoting these kinds of prices. I can get an entire unit installed for that price. Keep in mind this was 2 simple motors and a simple run capacitor probably $400 worth of parts max and a couple hours time! Btw, I do this for a living. Insane!!! read more

BOGUS and FRAUDULENT! These guys are classic scammers that target retirement neighborhoods - including my parents living in Henderson who are in their mid-eighties. DO NOT USE! They claim to offer "premium service" yet their units and installation fees are four to five times more than they should be. read more

Air-conditioning, heating, plumbing, and electrical services all in one place with great customer service. From scheduling to the technician visit, everyone I interacted with was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain what was needed and answered all of my questions without rushing. That said, their pricing is definitely on the higher end. I had them come out to quote a new heating system and duct cleaning, and while the presentation and explanation were thorough, the estimate was pretty expensive compared to other options. It wasn't a pressure situation at all, but it was enough for me to let them know I needed time to think it over. Overall, if customer service and professionalism are your top priorities and budget is less of a concern, they're a solid choice. Just be prepared for premium pricing and consider getting multiple quotes to compare. read more

Nice, professional, knowledgeable team. Responsive and quick to come out. Pricing is outrageous compared to several competitors. Do your homework and compare quotes if they suggest air conditioning service or repairs. read more

Prompt response to service request with a quick and to the point estimate! The cost for my estimate was very reasonable at $29 for my shower leak issues! The staff were all attentive and courteous. I received reminders and phone calls confirming service, arrival and expectations. In this case, I couldn't have asked for more. Interested in other feedback on bigger service issues from this establishment. I noticed the lower ratings left due this vendor, otherwise. read more

I do not like these guys. The tech was nice but whatever guy he calls up on the phone is a real ass. My fiance runs a marketing company, we know bullshit when we see it. They said it would be 40k to replace or 12k to fix. I don't know anything about AC so I googled the average cost to replace and told them that seemed extremely high and we'd wanna shop around before deciding. Suddenly he can sell it to us for 17k. We still are not making a 17k purchase without shopping around, this seemed to irritate him and he kept pressuring us with bs like this deal won't be available later. The next company wasn't aggressive and was polite and fixed the issue for $200 cuz it just needed coolant. It may not hold for a long time they said but it's been good all week so far so I say worth it regardless if you try and use aggressive sales tactics like this you're likely to push away a bunch of clients rather than draw them in. In the end the other company also costs 17k to replace later when the time comes, but they gained our business by not making us feel pressured or rushed and working with us now. read more

Quality control is a joke. This company will send out a technician to fix your air conditioning unit only to leave more problems in their wake. Now a pipe is lose and sliding down my roof from the air conditioner? Really? YES! was the only company that touched the unit. read more

Had a washing machine drain put in. Payed almost 300.00 dollars for them to drill a hole in a 30.00 drain pan. Found out they installed in incorrectly. It wasn't 6 inches from the wall. Yes! Plumbing is horrible. Will never use again read more

Yes! (should be NO!!) preys on people who don't have knowledge of systems/costs. I had them come out after seeing them in Home Depot. I just moved into my home, which was empty for 8 months, so I wanted the A/C looked at and asked them to come out for their $25 tuneup. I was told I needed a new A/C for $25k. Second choice was $17k for some repairs that might prolong it's life. Third choice was changing the starting components (I gave in on this one), for which I was overcharged by at least 80%. I had a second opinion contractor out who said I do not need a new system at all, and likely didn't even need the repair. definitely not for $1680. I'm a single older lady who has no knowledge and was distraught with the news, and they just kept until they got some kind of a sale. Such a lack of integrity!!! read more

I spent thousands of dollars with this plumber and still didn't get the work completed that I originally asked for. The pricing was extremely high for the quality and outcome of the service. When I tried to dispute the issues and ask them to make it right, communication completely stopped and I was essentially ignored. Very disappointing experience overall, especially after spending so much money. I would not recommend based on my experience. read more

I made an appointment through Home Depot for an attic insulation inspection/estimate. The appointment was made a week out and I received updates regarding the appointment almost everyday including the day of service. My service window was between 8 am and 12 pm. I received a text around 10 am that the technician had been delayed but that i was still "on the schedule". At 1pm or so, I called and received an automated message that someone would call me. I received a call from a representative who apologized and advised that the technician would be there before 5pm. I later received a call advising the window was now between 6pm and 10pm. I will never consider using this company or using home depot to find a contractor again. read more

Called in for a copy of my maintenance service report I had done back in April, as my AC went out in the middle of the night. Mathew in the call center was not able to resend it to me per company rules (needed to schedule a service in order to send, completely understood).. However, he took the time to read through the report with me, and gave me all the details so that I could get it fixed properly with accurate info! My property manager for rental home called another company first to fix the air conditioning that was not working. This first company replaced the circuit board but the air conditioning went out a day later. The first company said there was a short and the entire unit would have to be replaced or taken out of the attic and repaired. I then called yes air conditioning and plumbing who initially installed the unit and they diagnosed the problem that the first company did not program the circuit board as they should have. After the circuit board was programmed the air conditioner worked fine except the drain line had to be flushed because of debris in it the AC unit now works perfectly well thanks to yes technicians being very knowledgeable and honest. I highly recommend yes air conditioning and Plumbing . read more

Really? Not sure if you read my review; there was nothing premium about the service. lol

I called this company for a quote on a whole house hvac system. Their pompous serviceman came out and gave me three overpriced quotes for three different systems. Because they are a contractor for Home Depot, their quotes were $6000 -$8000 more than other quotes I was gathering from simple companies. The serviceman was arrogant when I told him I had to wait till next year as I could not afford his ridiculous price. He challenged my reason for waiting to gather more money to pay out of pocket. As a result of these inflated and overpriced quotes, I went to three other companies whose quotes came in at $10000-$13000. I ended up going with JonAire's wonderful quote of $10000. JonAire did amazing work with a mid- tier system which worked beautifully for me. Buyer beware/ do not get sucked into the corporate greed being practiced by all the middlemen. Do your homework on quotes!!! It saved me money I didn't even have yet on my system read more

This is about the company, not the staff. As the staff and techs they have are excellant. Got a new a.c. unit 8 years ago for appx $10k. Now not working very good, so tech came out. Parts are covered under warranty, but refridgerant and labor not covered. So.... $8,000 is my repair estimate. Parts-no cost, Fridgerant-$2k, Labor-$6k. What the??? Then, gave me an estimate on new one $16k to $20k. Both options=not doing. Called Sunrise A.C., doing it for $2800, and that includes $200 maintenance service for a year. read more

**BE SURE TO GET A 2nd ESTIMATE!** The technician was eager to upsell for a new system instead of reparing the existing issue. When pressed for repairs, we received an estimate that was shockingly high considering the unit is 5 years old. It received a good review during tune up this summer. Another company diagnosed and repaired the problem for a fraction of YES. I would say NO to using them again. It felt like an attempted scam. read more

I would give them 0 stars if I could. This company charged my parents $3600 for a new water heater. Way to rip off and gouge elderly people. Stay away from these thieves. They purchased the water heater through Lowe's and Yes did the install. Shame on Lowe's for working with Yes. read more

THESE GUYS ARE CROOKS! They take advantage of seniors by getting them on service plans and then ripping them off at every turn. Just learned about how they've been stealing from my parents in Henderson and I'm appalled! They had them replace ALL the ductwork, in a fairly new home! Parents say they always received a bill for several thousand dollars with each service...every 6 months! The last service was this week, and the guy told them they needed a new unit. Told them he would give them a $6000 military discount of the $32,600 installation price! This is for a small 1600 sf one-story home!! Folks...it shouldn't be any more than $10,000 - and that's on the high end of the scale. My sister insisted they cancel the installation and get another opinion. Turns out...NOTHING IS WRONG WITH THE UNIT! NOTHING! DON'T EVER SIGN A SERVICE CONTRACT WITH THESE GUYS AND GET MULTIPLE QUOTES! THESE GUYS ARE CRIMINALS AND SHOULD BE PROSECUTED FOR ELDER ABUSE, PRICE GOUGING AND SCAMMING PEOPLE. read more

Called for a slow running toilet. Three techs came out, ran cameras up and down the sewer line saying there was a partial blockage. Ac stopped blowing cold air. Called these guys and they determined that I needed a whole new system( what a surprise). The system was old so we decided to go ahead with it. Then they sent a guy out to do the quote and he quoted us $22,000 for something that only cost between $10 and 12.5 thousand. So after I get angry. The" supervisor" calls his general manager who then drops the price down to 17.5. I know I still got overcharged by a long shot but at this point I just want it done so I agree and they put it in that day. , they forgot to turn our pilot light back on so I got to take a cold shower this morning. One month later the AC stops blowing cold air and we have to call them back out and the repair guy that comes from yes tells us that it wasn't installed correctly and needs additional materials. He comes back the next day and puts in the additional materials and we get another $500 taken off of our bill because it wasn't installed correctly If you do business with these guys, know that they are going to try to charge you the maximum amount possible and do a subpar job. Would not recommend. read more

I was okay with the service technician (Andrew R.). After reviewing the package (receipt) sent to me by Yes and on;ine by Home Depot, they do not make sense. Of course this is the doing of Home Depot. Pages and pages of legal BS versus a simple receipt stating what was proposed and done. All I ever wanted was a simple receipt stating in layman terms what was done for the money. Still do not have that!! Perhaps, this issue lies with Home Depot and the crap vendors have to go through to get a seat in Big Box stores. Won't use Home Depot again for this service. read more

After "Choice Home Warranty " failed (after 3 service calls), to fix or replace my hot water heater, I called "Yes" plumbing . Since I was a customer, previously, and after all I have been through with my horrible Warranty company, they offered to waive my service fee to come look at it. Aaron and his crew came the very next day and looked at that as well as checked over the plumbing in my house.... They are extremely professional and competent as well as compassionate. Unlike many other companies these days, I did not feel like they were trying to extract frivolous extra charges from me.... They explained everything every step of the way.
