The first water problem with employee Nic Powers was good. The second one is a disaster. After being promised numerous times throughout the week to come over and fix a water leak, he showed up once to get a deposit and have not seen him since. He will not return phone calls or texts now. I was scammed. I assume Nic Powers was fired from Resolution Plumbing as I found out that he has not worked there since the beginning of March 2026. He no longer has any affiliation with Resolution Plumbing. Only thing I suggest to Resolution Plumbing is that they screen their future employees more thoroughly. read more

I requested Resolution to flush my hot water heater and replace the anode. if needed. Two of my neighbors used Resolution and were satisfied with the service. They informed me about the price to expect. When the Resolution employee arrived he quoted me a price of over $575 which is ridiculous and more than double the price my neighbors paid for the same service. I called the company to complain and they agreed the quote was way out of line, Apparently, employees are allowed to rip off the customers if they can get away with it. To Resolution credit, they were willing to perform the service for free of charge but the damage was already done in my book so I declined. read more

I've had services from Resolution plumbing before, so I've kept their contact info handy. I had a relatively simple plumbing issue to address that could have turned into a major problem and with the impending holiday, I decided it is better to address it now rather than wait until it is an emergency over the holidays. Truth be told I have done this type of repair on my own several times before in other houses I've owned, but with the saving money construction philosophy and less than high quality plumbing in these newer planned community houses , I decided to bite the bullet, pay a higher cost, but get professional service and a guarantee on the work . In other words, I'd probably screw up a relatively minor repair, so let the experts do their job. With that said, I called Resolution, was able to get same day service with the standard 4 hour window. Got the appropriate emails and text alerting me to the arrival of the tech (Adrian) and we were all set. Adrian arrived, we discussed the issue and he said I was right to call them, because things could have definitely gone south given the way some water lines were installed during construction. He completed and tested the repair quickly and professionally . We discussed some other recommendations he made for future work. Pricing---- before he started, he went over the cost, showing me their price structure on his tablet. I'm not going to deny that it cost more than I was expecting (but my earlier research said they were still in the ballpark) , but I did receive a military discount. So all in all, the professional service, peace of mind and service guarantee made the cost worth it. (I do remember the days when I made similar repairs for less than $50.00 in parts , but my labor was free etc.etc.) You do get what you pay for and I got a top notch repair on a timely basis so I'm good! read more

I was having an issue with trying to get my water turned off to my washer, I thought it was seized and needed to be replaced. My tech came out within a couple of minutes got it lose and checked it out and said it didn't need to be replaced. The charge was zero. Adrain came to my home yesterday and installed a new bathtub faucet for me. Adrain was very nice and professional. Actually, this is the second time that he has come to my house. The first time he installed a new toilet for me about a year ago and he did an excellent job both times. I felt the price of the toilet installation was reasonable and I loved the service. Unfortunately, I felt the price of $325 to replace my bathtub faucet was a little steep, so I checked out the same faucet at Home Depot last night and found out that I could have purchased the same faucet for less than $20. Don't get me wrong, Adrain was awesome and he deserves 5 stars. Unfortunately, a bill over $300 for 20 minutes of labor is unacceptable. In August of 2024 we had a water leak. I talked with Elizabeth at Resolution Plumbing and she scheduled an appointment with Marco . He came out and was able to find the leak fairly quickly. Marco and Giovanni did a great job replacing the leaking pipe . Marco also replaced the house main shut valve and water heater inlet valve with quarter turn ball valves. He did a great job. My water heater had started leaking on Thanksgiving so we waited a couple days before trying to get it fixed. I called resolution plumbing over the weekend and Alex was able to give a time he was able to come that same day. We had a service man out ( Gio) and another young man with him to check out faucet that wasn't giving full pressure. He semi diagnosed the problem as " either the aerator or a faucet replacement " after checking the sink for 5 minutes and finding out we have a home warranty he said he had to make a call from his truck to determine the cost of the fix and approval from the warranty company . He never came back in the house .. instead just drove off. But before driving off he quoted a price of over $900 to replace the faucet . My husband you tubed it and $5.00 later with a new aerator the sink was fixed . trust me don't use this company ! They are complete rip offs .. and he damaged my sink nozzle by using naked pliers to remove the old aerator oppose to placing a towel on the old aerator to remove it .. a simple you tube video tells you that and this is a licensed plumber !! read more

When I spoke to the owner to request a visit and free estimate, I made it clear the "leak" was outside in the backyard, underground, near a tree, with water pooling close to my neighbor's wall. Isn't it obvious she was not going to send a technician without knowing the problem first? When I got the call the technician was on the way, I had to leave my place of business and drive 15 miles (round trip) to meet with him. He found the leak but informed me they don't do that kind of work and I needed to call a landscaper. WHAT? Why did the owner even send him out? And, the company website has a specific section devoted to LEAKS AND REPAIRS, listing landscaping among the common areas and issues. So, do they do this kind of work or not? My suspicion is the company sends out independent contractors who make their own decisions about doing the work or not. This was a total waste of my driving time, time lost from my business, and a waste of gas. There are two reasons I give this company a 3-star review instead of a flat. (1) I was not charged for an estimate whereas I read some other people were informed they had to pay. (2) Seeing other reviews and the prices this company charges, they did me a favor by refusing to do the work. The two leaks were repaired (and the entire system inspected) the following day by a highly experienced plumber for $80! read more

Let me start by saying that this company is the best plumbing company I have ever used for any issues I have had. I first used Resolution Plumbing about 3 years ago to replace the water recirculation pump on my water heater. Alex came out at no cost for the trip which most places charge these days, gave me a very fair price, and replaced it in about an hour. About a week ago, I noticed water build up on it and I called Resolution Plumbing because this showed there was a leak. Alex came out the very next day and replaced the part that was leaking at no charge to me. This really showed how he stands behind his work and his company even though the leak was most likely caused by our hard water than his workmanship. Moving ahead, we wanted to get both of our toilets replaced and of course, I called Resolution Plumbing. Adrian came out, again free of charge, and we agreed upon a price for the toilet replacement as I already had the 2 new replacement toilets in my garage. Alex came out today, 7/9/24, and within about an hour, had both toilets removed and new toilets installed. As you can see by the attached picture, he did a great job. He cleaned up any mess when he was finished and hauled our old toilets away. I cannot say enough good things about Resolution Plumbing or the employees, but especially, Alex. I'm sure there are plumbing issues that could be very costly, but at least you will know you can trust Resolution Plumbing to stand behind their work and that they will do a great job no matter what it is. read more

Had an issue with water collecting under the sink and called Resolution Plumbing. Daniel Diaz did a thorough investigation. It turned out to not be a plumbing issue , but rather an issue with water entering the house through the wall after a rainstorm. There was no charge for him to come do the estimate, and he cleaned up well after the evaluation. He also wore booties in the house to keep my floors clean. I called Resolution Plumbing for a clogged toilet. They were very responsive and came out the next day. Marco was our plumber, and gave an estimate and fixed the toilet immediately. Two days later, our toilet wasn't flushing properly again and I called them back. They were very accommodating and were able to send someone out to see what was the problem. Sunday afternoon our water heater was leaking. Thinking, oh great, why on the weekend! We were able to shut off everything causing the water to leak out. I immediately went to Yelp to look at reviews on plumbers and found Resolution plumbing. I immediately had a reply back to my request on Yelp and I called the company. Alex, who is the owner, answered and said unfortunately, he didn't do anything on the weekends, but he would be out at 7am on Monday. I said that's fine, 7am works perfectly. This morning, I received a text message that Alex was in route at 6:53am along with a photo of Alex and he arrived about 7:10am in a van that had his business information on it. Legit all the way. He assessed the water heater and stated it may have some warranty since it was installed in 2017, but the quality of the water heater was terrible. He says often Home Warranty companies do not use quality products. He said he's done quite a few repairs on this particular brand and they just are not that great. He stated that it might take a week or two for a newer water heater to come in from this particular company. I decided to replace it as I did not have a week or more not to have hot water. So after talking to him first about a tankless water system, which was going to cost quite a but more, I decided to go with the traditional water heater. Within an hour he had returned with the new water heater and had set it up and he was done at 9:09 am, 2 hours tops from assessment to replacement. The price was very fair as well. The new water heater has a 10 year warranty as well as this company will come out to service it once a year. I was very impressed with his knowledge as well as his expertise and very very pleased with this company. Alex is very polite and has great customer service. Side note: When I first called him, I could tell he was at home because I could hear his kids in the background, a family man and a small business. I definitely like supporting small businesses as my parents had a small business years ago and it's important to support companies like this. Thank you Alex. Keep up the good work! Where do I begin? I had a flood at my residence on 8/11. I contacted my Home Warranty, American Home Shield, who dispatched Air Squad Heating & AC LLC. The tech shows up on 8/12 to assess the problem. He stated that it was a backup and left the pop out open. He said he would have to come back with a stronger snake and camera to finish the assessment. He never showed back up that day. I wake up to an email on 8/13 of the dispatch summary from the tech the day previous. It's for $20k to re-pipe the whole house because of foreign objects blocking the drain? How does it go from a simple backup to re-piping of the whole house? I called them after receiving the email and was told, "Yeah, that's what he stated..." I called American Home Shield and explained the situation and they dispatched another company to come out here only to cancel it based on what this tech stated. Be careful with these guys. If your home warranty contacts them, CANCEL IMMEDIATELY. Hope this helps some of you out there. *** UPDATE *** I had a plumber, Marco with RESOLUTION PLUMBING, come out on 8/16. Told Marco the situation and asked if he could snake and run a camera through my pipes. Marco started his assessment and kept me updated as to what he was doing to even showing me on the camera that my pipes were fine, smh. It was a backup which he cleared out in like 10/15 minutes. I had a slab leak and the company I hired took 3 weeks and left me with holes everywhere and a plumbing mess that didn't even pass inspection. I am so lucky I found Resolution Plumbing. In just one day they pulled a new permit, fixed everything to code (and then some) at an excellent price. They are conscientious, prompt and very friendly.
