Week ago we got installed Puragain Water system, and...we cannot be more happy. Firstival, the gentleman Tony, who came to present us all the information was amazing. The knowledge he has,ability to answer our questions, and mostly him being focus on presenting us how the system works, what are the benefits, why we should get that system, what are differences. It was great him focusing on the product, not on comparing to other companies,etc. The truth is, if someone wants to buy,they'll buy because of the system qualities, not on the comparison to other companies. That's why, Tony is evidently professional, knows, and enjoys his job. The technician Brandon, who was installing the system was great. My wife and I just had our in home presentation with PURAGAIN WATER. I'll start with this... we received 4 bids and presentations in our home to compare the difference in products and prices... From start to finish Puragain delivered!! My wife was looking at different systems for the whole house when a co-worker of hers mentioned Puragain. They were very happy with their system and service so I figured I'd call and get a quote. No more than 3 mins after I put my information online did I get a text to set up a phone call. The phone agent was super nice and explained as much as he could about the system, he asked if I wanted someone to come out and survey the situation to give me a full quote and to my surprise someone was available to do that 30 mins later. Had my annual filter renewal done today...We chose the top tier option so it's not cheap (You always get what you pay for) The water in the Vegas area is terrible...How can anyone NOT have filter system in this area? We had our annual maintenance completed today by Seth Glazier. Seth was extremely personable, knowledgeable, patient, and courteous - all traits I believe every representative should have and portray, no matter the service industry. We have had our system now for two years and we have been extremely happy with its performance and what we receive in return. We used to live in an apartment and the difference in water quality is extremely noticeable when our water is now filtered. Rob was able to schedule our install us the same day due to an unexpected opening. Chris arrived, installed the system which is so much nicer than the big torpedo looking tanks other companies use for a saltless system. We only needed a 30" x 30" opening for the equipment. Due to a promotion Puragain offered a reverse osmosis system in our kitchen at no charge. The annual servicing comes with no service charge. They will change the filters, which is the only thing we buy. Puragain replaced a water softener that required salt and headaches of tons of maintenance buying and adding salt. The old machine was defective and even after a part was replaced, it filled up with water and we were unable to use. I have nothing less than a 5 ***** review for this company! My husband checked into Puragain to consider the full home water filtration system (they were running a promotion). I had no idea they were even showing up (because this is precisely what my husband does, fails to communicate with his #5 wife LOL). Anyhow Rob, the rep, showed up on time. I stoped him in our courtyard and refused access to our home. But told him that he had 2 minutes to impress me with reasons to let him come in. And he did! Quickly, professionally, while using terms I could easily understand. I'm now much more educated in full home water filtration!! My main reason for buying? No more buying salt and got a free reverse osmosis. Although there ARE a ton of other great reasons. Justin, my installer, was (again) on time and extremely thorough, clean and professional (don't forget to TIP your technicians...they are usually under appreciated). I live in Las Vegas, Nevada, and as the world knows, we have no water, and if we do, it's really bad..so you need a water softener unit to purify(?) the household water usage as well as a drinking water filtration system...I normally drink a lot of bottled water ($$$) and when I start thinking about the monthly expenses and soon to be water filter exchange ($300) every 6 months.. I decided to look for another alternative water filtration system. I saw an ad with Mythbuster Adam Savage(and we all trusted him)about a company called Puragain with a unique saltless filtration system.. thank God we have a Puragain Water office here in Las Vegas, so I called their customer service rep and spoke with Bethany, who is not a sales representative but provided me with enough information about how the system works and the special program that they are running (free drinking water reverse osmosis filtration system)...with the information Bethany provided,I was hooked... she informed me that the sales rep, Tony Loomis, will be contacting me to provide more detailed information about the puragain system. Tony came to my home and was both professional and personable, informing me about the system and the cost factor involved. The cost factor wasn't an issue because good drinking water was my priority...Tony took the time to describe the unique puragain formula that made their system better than the rest..Tony knew the water company that I was currently using and the annual fees I had to pay just for filters ($300) every 6 months, Tony said, that company is using the same filtration system for decades, nothings change.. Tony said Puragain is innovated and the only company that provides a secret formula (I can't tell you) to enhance its unique great tasting water...what also sold me was the besides getting a home water filtration system, i was getting a replacement drinking water filtration system under the sink.. so, like double filtration for drinking water... I liked his sales pitch and knowledge of the unique water filtration, but what sold me more was the free xl puragain t-shirt that he smartly wore....hahaha Tony said that Chris Prince will do the installation process and will answer any further questions regarding the system...Chris, like Tony, was also professional and yet personable during the installation process, what surprised me was that Chris had the installation process down to a science, he evaluated where the system will be placed (near the water supply line) and installed the home water system within an hour then proceeded into the kitchen to remove the old drinking water system and installed the new larger Puragain tank under the kitchen sink. As stated by both Tony and Chris... wait until you taste the water... better yet, you will notice the change in the water density (because more contamination is being removed) when you wash your hands.... All I can say is that I believe I made the right choice going with the Puragain Water Filtration system....the water taste so good that I'm re-filling all my empty purchased water bottles, so I won't have to purchase bottled water again...another savings Thanks Puragain! read more
