    Joe does my annual service, and replaces the filters in my reverse osmosis, plus checks the garage whole-house system and makes sure all is working. I get an annual reminder post card and phone call. They offer military discounts as well, and pricing is affordable for fresh water - tastes good and makes all the water at home softer. The kitchen r/o tank needed to be replaced due to less pressure and I was under warranty, so Joe had the r/o tank ready and took care of it. He brought Brandon, a trainee, today. Brandon checked my garage system and filled it with salt and changed the timer because daylight savings was coming up. Service was done quickly and everything is working well and I'm just waiting for the r/o tank to refill, then drain, and I'll be ready with new drinking water. Thanks so much!

    Michael and his team are the best. Value is there, they're efficient, and knowledgeable! Shawn was my tech and he did a great job. The system has been working great and I have zero complaints. We are in a new build and the water is so hard. As I was requesting estimates, Michael was the most competitive. They got me on their book asap and I couldn't be happier!     Chose Rain because the last softener I purchased from them lasted 20 years. I had an installation window from 9am to noon because the installer had another installation before mine. Matt called me around 8:45am saying he should be at my house in about 15 to 20 minutes. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and very efficient...exactly the kind of person you would want to work on your home. He was done in less than an hour! Great service! I highly recommend Rain and Matt.

    Just moved from California to Vegas 3 weeks ago and my wife and I didn't realize Vegas tap water was such an issue! Our home builder offered a discount if we went to the water company they work with but after speaking to them and Costco's Eco Water, we realized how much they were trying to rip us off. After researching several water filtration companies, I came across Rain Water. Let's start of with the knowledge and customer service: Joe provided excellent information and awesome customer service. From the initial telephone call to install. The BEST! Instantly after install, we took a shower and immediately felt the difference! We're so happy with the choice we made with the Quad 80 and the RO system package that we're going to recommend this company to family and friends who move to Vegas! To the owner of Rain Water and to Joe, thank you so much!!!

    New water softner

    I've had three different water softeners from three different companies in the past nine years, and unfortunately, my garage has flooded twice during that time--with very little compensation. After doing some research, I came across Rain Water, a family-owned business, and that made a big difference in my decision. They are reputable, have been in business for many years, and truly stand by their work. I visited their location and spoke with Matt, who was very knowledgeable. He took the time to show me different products and helped me find the one that was right for me. I made an appointment, and to my surprise, he was able to install it the same day and even hauled away my old unit! I'm very pleased with my purchase, especially with the five-year warranty.     No salt or potassium, no ion exchange process, no soft conditioned water. You cannot filter calcium-hardness out of the water supply.

As the new owner in 2026, I'm unfamiliar with these systems and simply wanted to learn more about what I have and how to properly maintain it. I had a representative from Beazer Homes come out at no charge to walk me through the house and explain the systems I wasn't familiar with. They were fantastic and informed me that the softener system was not installed by the builder, but that it appeared to be an excellent setup, which was reassuring to hear. I then contacted H2O to GO to ask if someone could come out and explain exactly what system I have and what maintenance it requires. The representative quickly offered to schedule a service appointment for $129 plus the cost of filters, and according to their records, the last service was performed in 2023. While I wasn't necessarily looking to schedule service immediately, I was mainly hoping to get a better understanding of the system first so I could make informed decisions about future maintenance. I also asked about the warranty status because I wanted to know how much coverage remained. I was disappointed to learn that the "lifetime warranty" does not transfer to the new homeowner, especially since several other warranties associated with the home transferred smoothly and at no cost -- including the builder's warranty, the solar company's warranty, and even the security camera company's warranty. My biggest complaint is that although the representative wasn't outright rude, the entire conversation felt very curt and unfriendly, almost as though I was interrupting them. That said, I'm still hopeful that my upcoming appointment will provide more clarity about the system and help establish a positive relationship moving forward, but due to my first interaction with this company, I'm already considering replacing the system altogether. The equipment itself appears to be high quality, and I'd love to continue working with the company if the customer experience improves.

    We just moved into our new property and expected people to leave flyers. We also prepared for this…read moreand made sure we had a sign on the window next to our door. Very hard to miss it. We did this because having experience as a delivery driver i would make sure to look around the door to make sure I respected the homeowner. Paul C. did not do that. He FORCED the flyer under my door and damaged the seal. Of course mad, I called the number and spoke with a very "professional" Michelle. First, when handling calls in a business, all calls should be recorded from the beginning for quality assurance. I told Michelle that the person who left a flyer damaged my door and it needs to be addressed. She said that the corporate lawyers don't care about that because it could of been anybody. Good thing I have a camera. She then told me it still didn't matter because it needs to be clear. After going in yelp, I doubt this company has corporate lawyers but I digress. As she is speaking about her past experience with flyers and that it's basically not their fault for the damages, I let her speak as how conversations should go. As soon as I try to say my part or even attempt to speak, she cuts me off every chance she gets. Great customer service. After a few minutes I told her I didn't care and that I still want to pursue on getting reimbursed for damages. She then says, I will have to start recording the call for quality assurance. Which doesn't make sense because the whole call should be recorded for assurance not just when it's convenient to you. Nonetheless I told her that I would like a call from the owner because she was unwilling to fix my issue. Also, she kept saying she was just the call service agent for the weekend. Which is funny because as soon as I said I want to speak to a supervisor she magically became a supervisor. After a few more minutes of be trying to talk and her cutting me off, I told her I would prefer a call from the owner to get this resolved. Which again, after looking at this businesses yelp, the owner on here is Michelle and the person I spoke to is... Michelle. She got my info for the other owner or for herself not to sure (which I'm assuming I'm not gonna get a callback cause she's the owner lol) she asked me who the person was that left the flyer. I told her Paul C. And she said and I quote "that makes a lot of sense! Not to sound rude but he's fairly new". I don't think Michelle fact checks because in another yelp review (1 star) she says Paul is a seasoned employee. Overall, the product might be great but the customer service is trash and the inability in their employees to have observation for homeowners hard earned property is disrespectful and unprofessional. If Michelle is the owner or just the agent on the weekends, you should consider a different profession than talking to people the way you do. I look forward to her response on this review and just ignoring the issue and just responding to defend herself. (Literally every bad review on this business). Thanks.
