We had Ryan out to change our cartridge in our Lifesource whole house water filter system. Ryan was on time and worked quickly so we were only without water for a few minutes. This Lifesource system is so much better than saltwater. Worth the cost for the quality of the water and amazing customer service. Thanks Ryan read more

They say that their very expensive system helps reduce scale build up. It does zero to help with that.

Allie Irvine is an incredible consultant; she not only understood the needs of my property but also ensured that I was able to save on my purchase of system. Ryan and Melwyn were very helpful at the install; this is a great company! read more

We received excellent service from both Cody Chamberlin and Joe Garcia of LifeSource. Cody went over the product details thoroughly and answered all of our questions. Joe Garcia installed the system with ease and also did a thorough job of going over the system with my husband and I. Overall we had a great experience and would recommend this product to anyone looking for a whole home water filtration system. We can already smell the difference with our water. The smell of chlorine is virtually gone and the water just feels cleaner after two days! read more

From start to finish, the acquisition and installation was seamless. This a a great system and everyone at LifeSourse from sales to service and installation were a pleasure to deal with read more

Let me first off state that the system does work, but the advertising is false! LifeSource states no maintenence or filters... That is flat out FALSE! This is a letter I just wrote to LifeSource. Why do you have false advertising on your site? We have a LifeSource Whole house system we paid over $8000 for wuth the understanding of No Maintenance and fikter changes. Well, that was not true. $660+ for an ApaPure12 filter every 2 years and $1700+ for a sediment tank every 5 years. This statement us directly ftom your webpage...."Q3: What maintenance is required? LifeSource systems are designed for Arizona and Nevada's mineral-heavy water -- no salt bags, filters, or service calls needed." I plan on spreading this information anywhere I can. You are gouging your customers and your reps are lying to your customers. Maybe if the Apapure12 filter were a reasonable cost, I would not be so pissed. Maybe $100-$200 for a filter, but $660+ is truly ridiculous. read more

Great service, informative, friendly and knowledgeable. We met Cody at the Home Expo and he was kind enough to spend a nice amount of time explaining everything to us. Joe came and installed our system, and he was just as informative, arrived early and was patient - answering my million questions. I'd definitely recommend them! read more

Silly me! Accepted the sales pitch too fast without doing my homework. I've had this system for 5 years and they just called to tell me it's time to REPLACE it! What!? I paid $5,000+ for this system and was never told that it can't just be serviced. it has to be completely replaced. That means I paid $1,000 a year for it. My fault, but my advice to all is do your research. This is certainly not worth this cost. read more

This is a review on INSTALLATION ONLY. The system hasn't been here long enough to review yet. But! I NEEEED to give a FANTASTIC Review for Ryan our installer! When he said, "If you have any questions, please feel free to ask.." Well? LOL, Ryan probably had no idea I'd ask him about 2,000 questions!! Not really an exaggeration, I bet I did ask that many! Ryan is extremely experienced, and was able to answer ALL of my questions! And he did provide a LOT of information that our sales rep did not know! Ryan's ability to install our system that it literally looks like artwork, I respect and appreciate Ryan's knowledge and ability in his job. Not only that? We were NOT thrilled with the fact that we needed to put in a drain, and had to have a PVC pipe installed to do the drainage every 2 weeks. BUT! Ryan's incredible ability, again, like artwork, he installed the PVC pipe so close to the edges of our garage, we seriously don't even notice it! We have a neighbor who installed a whole house water filter system (not LifeSource) and they literally have tygon tubing attached to the walls and ceiling of their garage that doesn't even appear like they tried to make it look nice.. We also were having a new garage door opener installed a few days later, and I expressed my concern to Ryan, and he assured us that would not be a problem, and it wasn't! Ryan installation of the PVC drain line is spectacular! I'm not kidding. If you plan to install the LifeSource system? Make sure to request Ryan to install it! read more

After 8 years of having a soft water system, I switched to the whole home filtration by LifeSource and could not be happier with this decision! Cody did a great job with the sales pitch, answering all my questions when I pressed him about other companies that would make similar claims as LifeSource. I decided to go with LifeSource because of Cody's honest and low pressure sales approach, the 10-year warranty, and no filters to change ever! The installation was also excellent. Ryan was early to the appointment and the disruption to the water for a couple hours was not a big deal. Ryan's installation was clean, not only was the site clean but the placement of the tanks and the pipes look great. I really appreciate the extra faucet in the garage that will provide filtered water I can wash my car or fill up large coolers for camping. Thank you LifeSource team - Cody and Ryan! read more

The installer Ryan was fine. He said he would check the water and he did not check before or after Installation . installation was on the 11-6-25 received an email on the 11-28th. Change installation date change from the November 3 to 6th . I called 11-4 -25 Aillie Irvine my Sales representative Who is very unprofessional does not have good customer service .. She over talk to me, I was not able to tell her that I asking for a reminder call. She told me that she would tell scheduling to give me a reminder call, installation was coming on Thursday no call from sales rep . I call 11-7-25 Allie Irvine she said she would come over and test my water then again I get an email saying do you want me to make an appointment I said yes I still have not had my water tested .. i'm very disappointed in this company. Hopefully the management will give me a call. Here it is November 10. No one's called no appointment made to check the water. Homeowner Diane read more

Ryan arrived right on time. After introducing himself he explained the installation process and approximately how long it would take. The installation went smoothly and the finished product looks very clean and professional. He took the time to explain the operation of the unit and what to expect. We look forward to years of clean, filtered water without the hassle of needing salt every couple months. read more

Complete scam and waste of money. The system requires frequent filter changes that cost $885 and they neglected to inform us and instead said there are no fees in the future and no filters changed for ten years. This system Does not do a thing for us. Two of our neighbors also bought it and had same terrible experience. read more

I'm so excited to finally have a whole house water filtration system in my home. Joseph Garcia did an amazing job installing my system. He was so professional, punctual, and explained everything he was going to do. There's a drain that he had to install outside of my house and he did such a great job hiding it behind my shrubs. He also prepped the pipe so it would evenly distribute water to the shrubs. I'm very pleased with his work! I highly recommend Life Source, from the rep, Cody to the installer Joseph. Great job!!! read more

We have be using the LifeSource Beotron whole house water filter system for 14 years. It allowed us to eliminate Culligan salt based system and our reverse osmosis system in our home. The water tastes great, feels super on your skin, and is the same throughout our home. Of course it much better for household plants as well because of the lack of salt used in the Culligan systems. We just had the our original LifeSource replaced with the latest version which now has double the life capacity at 2.2 million gallons rating as compared to the first one. The installation was done by their factory authorized team of Ryan Drake and Fernando Gonzalez, who did a fantastic job. They were very careful of our garage in removing the original one and installing the new one. The plumbing job looks great and they cleaned up the area after they were done. I really like that the system is totally maintenance free (is is programed to auto self flush the filter) and it is made in the USA. read more

As of now I can only review the services of Terry, Ryan and Fernando since I only had my system installed this morning. Terry came right on time to go through all the info of the different systems, never pressuring me to choose a certain one or purchasing one at all. Every question was answered as we went through the portfolio he had brought with him. I was confident with my purchase after he left and he got me a great deal. Ryan and Fernando were my installers and once again, on time! Very efficient and Ryan went through the process they will be doing and after all was done, he gave me all the info I needed to follow through (which is basically set the time if need be) Can't want to see the difference in my water system!
