Clear Water Technologies was one of the companies that received a quote when I was looking to purchase a water filtration system, and they were the one I ultimately choose. Others were better at emailing/messaging back and forth with details and his was more "let's jump on the phone." While at first I was taken aback by this, I'm glad I did call. Jason is a wealth of information on the space and has worked at some of the other companies previously, so he really has the ins and outs on products and practices. He made me feel comfortable with the process, he listened to my concerns on cost, and he recommended the system for me based on the levels of salt etc in the system. I was appreciative of this, as this is exactly what I was trying to figure out online doing my own due diligence (and he saved me a lot of time). He explained that Las Vegas/Clark county has some of the worst water in the country, so just adding a filter to your faucet is not enough. I noticed as a new resident as the water was severely drying our skin and tasted horrible. Softening the water and adding a Reverse Osmosis system to remove impurities is something you must do you for your home! The water now tastes great out of the frig or out of the dedicated filter water spout, I can't believe we lived here 6 months without it! Availability was fairly quick, he booked within a week of calling. The licensed plumber does most of the hooking up/water items, Jason acts like the project manager but is also on site for questions, concerns and to make it all goes smoothly. He left us with documentation on the units, instructions, and plans to call in a year to discuss changing filters - all necessary things to maintain your water filtration system and all thing contributing to 5 star service. Bonus, you don't have to pay for refrigerator filters anymore, so the cost is slightly offset in that way. The system includes a large free standing silver canister and a black plastic box at the Loop System (in my garage), and under the sink requires a tank like a propane tank size and a side mounted system. First, I filled out the online form on a Sunday night which only took a couple of minutes. Within 30 minutes he called me back. I would've been satisfied with a call back Monday morning, but it goes to show how much he values customer service. He asked me a few questions, answered mine, and he gave me a couple of options. I have sensitive skin, so I wanted a lttle more with my softening system and went with the 5-Stage Water Refiner and reverse osmosis system. The installation technician Juan was very knowledgeable, personable and he installed our system in a very timely manner. Once installed the system worked perfectly without any issues. After the set up of our system, Clear water Tech owner Jason went through the entire system on how to operate it, how to maintain the salt tank and what to expect. After the initial installation, the Owner Jason, called me the next day, to make sure everything was in working order, to see if I had any problems, leaks or additional questions. About a month later, I had a question regarding the salt tank and brown particles floating on the surface of the water, Jason was able to answer my question and knew exactly what it was, which was impurities in the salt that was added in the salt tank, nothing to be concerned about. When we moved to Henderson, Nevada about 10 months ago, I slowly noticed skin irritation from the hard water and the dry weather over here. Do yourself a favor and use this company for your soft water needs!!! There is a reason Jason's company is nothing but 5 star reviews! Messaged the company and within 5 minutes Jason sent a response and asked me to call him to discuss what I was looking for. We spoke for about 20 minutes and Jason went over in detail what he thought would be the best solution for my family/house. No pressure at all. Gave me all the pricing was and very educational about how the system works and what would be best. I sent over some images of my current system and we scheduled an install date a few days later simply because it was a holiday weekend. Jason and the plumbing company arrived on time the day of install. The plumbing company gave me a call 30 minutes prior to arrival. Jason, Nick, and his assistant were excellent. Install took less than a hour and they were able to keep the setup I already had. They just made a few adjustments. There was no mess and no cleanup needed. All old parts and trash were removed. After the install was complete, Jason spent another 20-30 minutes explaining everything and making sure the system was up and running and doing what it is supposed to do. Jason is very knowledgeable about the product and passed it along to me. The next day, the plumbing company called to follow up and see how things were. Great customer service. Jason, the owner, came to check out our old system the same day I spoke to him. He found some irregularities with the way our old system was installed before. No sugar coating and he told us right away the possible cost of it getting fixed.
