I had a dishwasher installation scheduled in the morning, they came and weren't able to install it (corroded valve needed replacement.) So I went on yelp and looked for a plumber. I called and the gentleman told me they can have a plumber come out within 2-3 hours if not he will personally do the valve repair. I thought wow amazing customer service. Shortly after Julian shows up tells me he's going to replace the valves, but needs a part so he goes to Lowe's to get the part. Comes back and gets the valve replaced. Actually this is a late review but a good one. I contacted Plumbing Upgrade in 2019 because I wanted my whole house repiped. I was having a slab leak, I had already paid a company on two separate occasions to fix leaks from both of my upstairs bathrooms from the old copper pipes. My best judgment was to have all the pipes replaced for the whole house. Alex came over for the estimate. He said he would send a five man crew over for two days. They started at the main outside and went through to the garage and installed a new shut off valve and all new pex pipes throughout the house with two new spickets for the front and backyard and pressure tested it the first day. The second day they replaced all the drywall cuts and textured back the walls to the original state and cleaned up everything. I didn't have to have them paint because the texture matched up so good to the paint you couldn't tell the difference, but they will match up your paint and paint too if you need it. I paid some extra to have a few new faucets installed too while they were at it. They masked off the stairs as they went back and forth and covered over all the furniture and appliances to keep the debris to a minimum. I can't say enough about the crew they just came in and went to work. They were very coordinated and professional. They definitely know their business. The price was great considering it was a few thousand less than a couple estimates I had gotten from other plumbing companies not to mention they told me I would have to pay separate to their guy for the drywall repair, but these guys do it all. I received a 25 year warranty in writing. Its three years later and everything is still in perfect condition...no leaks. I would highly recommend this company for your plumbing services. read more

After sifting through a few plumbers on Yelp. I opted for Plumbing Upgrade to look at a problematic plunger assembly on my downstairs bathroom. I had tried to adjust it myself, but any efforts did not solve the problem. Easy to set up an appointment. Note, like a lot of plumbers, there is a service fee to show up and analyze the problem. Their fee is waived if the work is allowed to be done. Plumber called before arriving during the time window. Checked it out and said that yes, it did need to be replaced. Sorry, can't recall his name now, but his English was not the greatest. I did up end speaking to Alex on the phone to make sure there was no misunderstandings. On his way out, I did finally remember that my pressure regulator had been leaking for awhile and asked him to look at that too. I kept forgetting to have someone look at that, which is my fault. Had that replaced the next morning when he could go out and buy a new one. Prices were very reasonable compared to what quotes I had received. Although I did have to speak to someone else on the phone, both Alex and his plumber were very courteous and professional about the whole experience. I would definitely recommend. read more

My wife and I were in a predicament with Kitec plumbing that resulted in a slab leak. We called around to multiple companies in need of a complete home re-plumb. Every company we called would either give us a quote over the phone without even seeing the home, subject to change or they couldn't get out to the home for weeks. We call Plumbing Upgrade Inc, with in two hours the owner shows up at the door, looked over the home and gave us a quote that was thousands less then any other. Told us the complete job including re-patching, texturing and painting would be done in three days. We hired them on the spot, they started the next day, covered absolutely everything in the home to keep from dust going everywhere. By the end of the first day we had running water to our master bath and kitchen sink. By 3pm of the following day the entire home had been re-plumbed with water to everything including adding an additional shut off valve. I have over 3000 sf with 4 full bathrooms, laundry, kitchen, water softener, two hose bibs and they added another for me. Most jobs like this take a full week if not longer. City inspector showed up the next morning, cleared everything and by the end of that day all the drywall patching, taping, texturing and painting was complete. 25 year warranty on the materials and their work, I have a certified copy stating so.
