I've used Frontier Plumbing for awhile. Replaced my old water heater and all new lines back in 2016, which has worked flawlessly since. Yesterday, came back out for a main water line repair that was leaking due to a faulty valve. Everything is solid. I had Frontier Plumbing come to my commercial property and troubleshoot a plumbing issue with my waterline and gas lines from a pretty popular other company in town. Curtis quickly saw that there were issues that would keep me from being in code with the city as well as just dangerous. I am grateful for his honest work and assessment. Later after this job I had him install Insta hot's under our sinks which were a brilliant idea he suggested rather than a hot water heater which we didn't need. I have to say he was totally honest and straightforward with his plan of action and his pricing was beyond fair. He is limited to him and a helper so you got to give him kudos for running a business like that because I know it's not easy firsthand. So if you call him just understand that he's gonna put you in line and will take care of you. I know they offer a 24 hour emergency service but that's something else I hope I never need! I was able to call him and ask him a couple questions that save me tons of money just by his knowledge and willingness to take two minutes out of his day. That goes along way. Curtis was just outstanding! First, he tried to help me save money and provided technical support over phone, twice, on how to install shower faucet's cartridge. It still leaked so I gave up. Curtis came by took care it. In addition, he removed the water softener, took it to the dump, gave me a discount. Curtis knew the job was easy and could have taken advantage of me but instead he wanted to show me how. I sent photos and video clip on multiple occasions for two days. Called Saturday morning because we lost water pressure throughout the house. CJ was able to come over that morning to check things out. I was told that he would be by at 9, he arrived at 8:30. He was upfront about the price and warned that it might be more if the soldiering is extensive. Final bill was on the lower end of the quote. I had a MAJOR job to be done and was very nervous to use anyone. Our house is built on tension rods and we had to dig under the tile/concrete in the middle of our house!! There was a pipe bellied and not connected right at a base in the center of our home where all the plumbing met; so it took a concrete company to come out and dig the 2 holes inside our living room! Chris helped us facilitate who to use for this and the company he recommended was AMAZING as well!! Chris and Curtis then went in, fixed the pipes and completed all the work without any issues. This was a massive job, I highly doubt if you're reading this you will be dealing with what we went through but if you are you can trust these guys completely! You can really tell Chris has an extensive background and knowledge. Looking back over the things he told me prior to ever getting under our house is amazing, he was on point with where the leak was occurring and had pinpointed 2 potential issues and helped my wife and I completely understand how this process was going to work. Very easy to deal with, trustworthy, great on the billing process, knowledgable, friendly, and great customer service. Bottom line is if you need a plumber call these guys, I completely trust them to do any job at this point. I had 3 other plumbers come out and give us quotes to repair this issue and Frontier was not only more accurate on the real issue we were facing but they were 25% the cost of the other companies. I called to have the flushing mechanisms for my 3 toilets replaced on the morning of Apr 27th, made appointment for morning of 28th.. morning of 28th called said they accidentally double booked, rescheduled for 29th. Curtis came on the 29th but did not have the right sized parts. Rescheduled for morning of May 3rd. Called and basically said they had more important things to do and rescheduled for the 4th. They called this morning to reschedule once again. I made the decision to take my business elsewhere. Curtis was cool when I met him and wish we could have continued working together but I can only be put on the backburner so many times before it becomes disrespectful. read more

Used this company a handful of times for a variety of problems. Had great service at first. Then, our hot water tank went out (the one they installed just 6 months prior). They came and brought a new one that the hot water tank company replaced at no cost. Told us we would just need to pay for installation. Well, they charged us $800 to install it. Total scam and they should of been up front with the cost since they didn't even charge us that much money the first time they installed it. Will never use them again!! read more

These guys were a huge help! We called around and they had the lowest cost for our repair, and were even able to come over within an hour of calling them to fix our plumbing. The technician was very courteous and knowledgable and completed the repair flawlessly in half the quoted time. I check Yelp all the time, I don't post reviews as often as I should, but the stars are accurate for this company. CJ owner is a man with character, on first impressions and actions as well. I have a plumber friend in SD and consulted prices and he said the quotes from these guys were more than fair. No nonsense, support small business owners!! These big corps out there- That send out these clueless, non personable people should be ashamed of themselves. This is what service, professionalism, and integrity is all about. Also, a couple of services that he quoted me on, he scratched off original quote, because they turned out to be easy fixes, I was made aware of it when 'Rich' (Frontier plumber) pointed it out to me.
