My wife and I called Plumbing Pros LV to diagnose and resolve a continually running toilet. Larry was professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant to interact with. He had warned me that if he needed to replace "the guts" of the cheap toilet installed by the builders of our house, we would be better off just buying a new and better toilet -- but he found that the only problem was a leaking flapper valve, which he quickly replaced. I talked with him about the high mineral content of our local water supply, and after some Internet research, we decided to have him install a water filtering and conditioning system to reduce scale and remove existing scale deposits in our plumbing system. We had repeated notes from the Water Authority about a leak on our property. After performing all of the steps needed to ensure the leak wasn't in our home, we determined the actual issue was a leak in the main line to the house from the street. We called out several contractors to take a look, and Larry had the best rates and the best personality of all of them. His quote was less than half of the first guys I called (the one with the "name that's hard to spell, and I have a contract with them ongoing)! We set everything up to start the following Monday, and he showed up right on time with his assistant, David. The job entailed digging a trench through our front yard, and due to the location of the meter this was about 80 feet long and about a foot and a half deep. These guys had it knocked out BY HAND in a day, even though unbeknownst to any of us our yard had huge rocks just under the surface. On day two, we found the second "gotcha" in the job - one small tree had to be fully removed to get the line in place properly. No problem, these guys backed their truck in, wrapped a chain around it, and out it came. Not your standard fare for plumbing work! Then they dropped in the new line without issue. Day three was basically just for the inspector to come out to certify the work, which of course was perfect. A couple hours of putting the front yard back together and we were all set. I was amazed that these guys had the yard looking like nothing at all had happened! They did an absolutely amazing job, but on top of that was the personal touch. Larry and David were so personable during the work that I really felt completely comfortable having them work around my house. Even my dogs loved them! We plan to use Plumbing Pros exclusively from now on based on the great rates, the great guys, and the great work. You'd be very hard pressed to find anyone better in the valley! read more

I called him at 8:14 am to schedule an appointment. He stated he would be here late morning. His exact words were, 'no later than 9:30 am.' Thank you for telling me that you would be here at 9:30am and than 12:00pm. And than canceling both time periods. I than receive a call from you at 12:16 pm to tell me that your clear across town and would arrive whenever. And when I questioned the arrival time, you got upset and combative over the phone towards me and cancelled the entire appointment. I had to scramble to try and find someone to fix my water heater. This past week, my water heater started leaking for no apparent reason other than it was past its warranty period. Figures.
