I requested plumbing services through Yelp, and this company responded very quickly. Luis was prompt and professional initially, telling me he would arrive between 8:00-9:00 AM. He actually arrived at 8:01 AM, completed the requested service, and immediately requested payment. I paid him in full via Zelle and have confirmation of the payment. At the time of payment, Luis specifically asked for my email address and told me that the company would send me a receipt. I was also told that the work came with a one-year service guarantee. This is where the experience went downhill. Throughout the day, I repeatedly contacted Luis requesting the receipt. Each time, I was essentially told, "Let me check with the office. They will be sending it over to you." I also sent messages through Yelp--the very platform through which they initially responded to my service request within minutes. Despite my repeated requests, I still have not received a receipt or any written documentation of the service I paid for. That is unacceptable. When a customer pays for professional services, they should receive documentation showing what service was performed, what was paid, and the terms of any warranty or guarantee. I should not have to repeatedly chase a company for a basic receipt after payment has already been made. What concerns me most is the complete lack of follow-through after they received my money. The responsiveness that existed when they wanted my business disappeared once payment was made. I do not appreciate what I consider to be deceptive and unprofessional business practices, particularly when I was specifically told that a receipt and warranty information would be provided. For transparency, Yelp indicated that the following license had been verified on 07/12/2026: Nevada State Contractors Board License #0082725 Because of my concerns regarding the lack of documentation and the way this transaction has been handled, I intend to file a complaint with the Nevada State Contractors Board so that the matter can be reviewed through the appropriate channel. My recommendation to anyone considering using this company: Get everything in writing before allowing the work to begin, obtain a detailed invoice/receipt before or immediately upon payment, and do not rely solely on verbal promises regarding warranties or guarantees.
