Everything from start to finish went great. I initially thought their quote was a little on the high side but still beat a competitor. Roman and Triston communicated with me before they were a bit late. They had to overcome some challenges and did a great job! Stayed until it was done which was a bit on the late side. They even saw me struggling with my own work and lent a hand! I also really like to support family owned business in the age of corporate everything. read more

They were on time, a fair price was quoted, and professional. What more can you ask for?

Great work on toilet replacement. Mr. Bosch and his team were professional, personable, and respectful.

During the quote phase: Prompt, courteous and quoted fair estimates! Great price. During service: They had to inspect my ceiling due to a suspected leak. Roman was very professional and left the job site extremely clean after inspection. He was also able to recommend a drywall repair service that was also phenomenal. Thank god good people still exist in this town. read more

I, like some others, learned about Keegan and Bosch Plumbing from a local/popular Vegas realtor on Instagram who touts Bosch as his go-to for plumbing needs - after also doing some due diligence and reading the reviews for Bosch, I thought why not. We bought our house in 2023, and the home inspector had noticed that the guest room shower's handle was loose, causing some water to drip from the cartridge whenever in use. Because it was a guest room rarely used, I paid no real attention to it until now, and the drips seems minimal enough. After having Travis from Bosch come out for an annual water heater flush (don't forget to do this everyone), I had him take a look at the issue, and he noticed that the cartridge (and other things in the shower/bath) had corroded to such a degree that the cartridge itself couldn't even be taken off. Because this guest bathroom will eventually be used every day, I didn't want to take any chances, so had Travis supply some options. Travis called Keegan (the owner of Bosch), and he immediately came out to troubleshoot. He analyzed the issue, and the recommendation was to replace the entire tub. So much corrosion had accumulated that leaving it as-is might have caused more extensive home damage down the line (flooding, structural damage spreading to other areas, etc.). While not excited about replacing the entire tub, it was something I had to do...and Bosch was able to have it entirely replaced the very next day. I was warned that a new tub might necessitate replacing tiles in our bathroom floor that get nicked up or broken from the demo, as well as extensive drywall replacement. More added on costs, but this was unavoidable. Well, after Travis and Roman from Bosch spend over 12 hours the very next day, not only does the new tub/shower look amazing, but ZERO tile work had to be done due to Bosch's ability to perfectly situate the new tub and not destroy any tiles, and the drywall work needed to do is FAR more minimal than anticipated. Not having to do this additional work was a lifesaver. All in all, I'm very glad I used Bosch and will be using them for all of my future plumbing needs. The professionalism, clean-up, and attention to detail was fantastic, and I will be recommending them to anyone I see. On a sidenote, don't let a small drip or leak go unchecked for months/years like we did (i.e., don't say to yourself "we never really use that room, so who cares"). Also, for new homeowners, really analyze all facets of the home's plumbing when doing home inspections. An innocuous comment from the inspector about a small water drip or loose handle might seem irrelevant at the time because you just want to finalize the deal, but down the line these "small" things can lead to replacing bigger things. I'm glad Bosch caught this before this turned into a nightmare. read more

Bosch Plumbing just completed a big job for us and we couldn't wait to write this review! From top to bottom, they are the epitome of professionalism. Keegan, the owner, was quick to send out Roman to assess the situation. From the moment we met him, we were so impressed with Roman's expertise, thoroughness, and kindness. This was a pretty big job (slab leak ~ ugh!), but Roman really took his time to help us to understand what needed to be done. He answered all of our questions and addressed all of our concerns with patience and kindness. Plumbing issues aside, we were especially concerned about the potential mess from the concrete dust, Needless to say, our worries were allayed. Roman and his helper, Quido, did such an incredible job not only masking off the work area, but also thoroughly cleaning up afterwards! They are very hard workers who take pride in the finished product. We couldn't have asked for more. We look forward to working with them again for some smaller maintenance jobs around the house. Highly recommend!! read more

I called Keegan about a week ago and asked him if , he could do a valve replacement under my bathroom sinks. His response was yes, and when would you like it done. Fast and prompt, no messing around with additional sales talk, I loved it. I asked how much it would cost, not as much as Lee's was going to charge me. We set a date and Tristan arrived on time and promptly went to work. All I got to say is, Wow ! Fast, thorough, knowledgeable, CLEAN in appearance and work site clean up, Great technical skills . He was finished with my whole house conversion within 3 hrs or less. Everything worked, no foul ups or leaks. I recommend Bosch Plumbing, do the job right the first time. Also, Whitney, thank you for all the administrative support. read more

I learned about Bosch Plumbing from a local realtor who had nothing but good things to say about them, and I'm so glad I called when I had a sudden water leak in my home. The leak started in my upstairs bathroom and was seeping down through the ceiling into the garage, and my mom had discovered it and was understandably freaking out. I called Bosch Plumbing, and the owner, Keegan Bosch, called me back immediately. He said he could be there within about a half hour, which he did, and quickly identified the issue, explaining exactly what could be causing it. He connected me with a Mitigation company he works with to assess the extent of the damage, which was very helpful since part of the drywall needed to be removed to see the full scope. Throughout the entire process, Keegan and his team were professional, responsive, and easy to work with. They guided me through the repairs and took the time to answer all the questions from my warranty company over the phone, which was really tedious, and I appreciated that. The repair work was done quickly and efficiently, and everyone I dealt with seemed knowledgeable and honest. I highly recommend Bosch Plumbing for any plumbing issue. They're responsive, professional, and trustworthy, and I will definitely be calling them again. read more

My laundry room had a sewer smell, and Bosch was recommended to fix it. I was charged $175 to replace the studor vent. The part can be bought anywhere online for less than $30. It took no tools to install it, since you just screw it on like a jar lid. I guess that's what they mean when they mention a "senior discount." If you are a senior female, I would never recommend this company. read more

Such great service. I called to get an estimate for several plumbing issues that I have in my house that was built in 1999. They took care of all the issues that I was concerned about. They replaced my water heater which was about to fail, and my water softener which wasn't doing much good. The owner took the time to get me a warranty on a Moen faucet which saved me some money. They are so kind and explain everything that they are doing. I feel so comfortable with them that they are giving me a fair price for service. I would recommend them to anyone. read more

Roman and Travis just repaired a leak in our master bathroom's toilet and replaced the old one. Roman had been before to replace the pipes and shut-off valve for our irrigation. Couldn't be more professional, pleasant and honest. They worked efficiently and were fast, on-time and very helpful with some other issues I was wondering about. We had another company give us a quote for today's project also - the company begins with a G and you see their vans around town. We saw red flags immediately when they described significant work including cutting through the hard wall. Their quote was extremely high and when I said I was having two other companies coming to quote us, I was asked, "How much do you want to pay?" Bosch's prices seemed reasonable and fair. We recommend Bosch and will use them again in the future. read more

Bosch performed a leak repair of my hot water line inside the wall. I initially called and Keegan the owner, came out immediately to identify where the leak was located. He was able to locate the leak and was able to arrange a mitigation company to come out and remediate the water damage. He had his crew led by Ramon to return and make the necessary repairs once the remediation was completed. They were great to work with and very professional. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing issues. read more

They had a tough job at my house. Roman and his partner faced a partial renovation of our kids bathroom. The gasket inside my tub handle broke. It caused my handle to lose its grip, so I couldn't turn the water off for my tub. This happened on Wednesday night around 8 pm. A friend of mine recommended that I shut off the main water line to my house. I sent a request for a quote through Yelp on Thursday morning. I was extremely happy to hear Keegan Bosch tell me that he could send a technician over so I could get my water turned back on ASAP. Roman arrived and replaced my tub handle with a new one within an hour. He was really kind, courteous, and attentive. I have recommended Bosch plumbing to my friend, who is a realtor who originally recommended a handyman company. But the handyman service didn't see the urgency of my request. They scheduled my appointment a day later. But I couldn't wait another day to turn my water on because my family needs to drink water. So thank you, Bosch plumbing for seeing the urgency of my request and fitting me into your schedule so soon. read more

Roman from Bosch plumbing came right on time. They said he'd be here between 10a and 11a my doorbell rang right at 10:30a. Roman was super quick to diagnose the issue, give Keegan a call and have the quote ready for me on the spot. The price was super reasonable and I approved the work. I needed to replace a 23 year old pressure breaker valve. It was beyond it's last legs and Roman knocked it out in about an hour. He showed me the work, sent me the invoice, sent me the 1 year warranty and we were all set by 12p. I'm definitely keeping these folks in mind for any future plumbing issues we have at the house. Bosch Plumbing is great! I called the owner (Keegan) last week one afternoon to ask about replacing some old caulking in our bathrooms. He gave me a ballpark quote based on pictures I sent him and came out the next day in person to get a closer look at the work required. I called him back on Wednesday to schedule the actual work, and he had one of his technicians (Roman) out here the very next day (Thursday). In addition to the work required, I also asked him if we could squeeze in a few more services (replacing shower handle cartridge, installing a new shower head, adjusting a tub faucet) and Roman was able to provide me an updated (itemized) estimate on the spot. I felt no pressure at all to perform unnecessary work, he was totally transparent with me about what was recommended (vs optional) to be done. The pricing was all affordable, and the overall quality of the work done was impressive. My experience with Bosch Plumbing was perfect, and I very much appreciate how professional and skilled they are at their craft. Highly recommend their services to anyone in need of plumbing work! read more

After having an emergency with my hot water heater I reached out to a company that the manufacturer recommended and it ended up being a big mistake. The estimate was more than a new vehicle and it was obvious that the other company was trying to take advantage of my wife considering I wasn't quite home yet. Shortly after I got home and when I saw the estimate I immediately said I'm getting a second opinion as I knew something wasn't right. I was recommended Bosch Plumbing by a close friend of mine and happened to get the owner Keegan on the phone. I explained to him that my tankless heater wasn't working and I have a newborn so warm water was an immediate necessity. He had a plumber at my house in a few hours and gave me an estimate that was 80% less than what the other company quoted me. Not only that but he was able to replace my tankless water heater same day which is unheard of from most companies. Working in the luxury business myself I take pride in A+ customer service when I receive exceptional service from other businesses I always take a few moments to show them that I recognize their amazing efforts. Don't waste your time calling another plumber. This is truly the best I have ever done business with. read more

If your just looking for a quick review here it is - Honest, reliable, great customer service, and I would and will recommend Bosch plumbing to everyone I know. Here is a bit longer review if you want to take the time to read it. Bosch was one of four quotes I received to replace the main water line from the street to our house. They responded quickly to my Yelp quote and set up an appointment for the next day. They arrived on time and checked everything out and explained exactly what they were going to do and why they were going to it. I was also told that I may need additional parts added if the water pressure from the street was to high. The work was done the next day and I was told that the water pressure was not to high from the street and that I did not need the additional parts. Who does that these days? They could have easily charged me for parts and installation that I did not need. Another thing I really admired was that they did not try to upsell anything or offer to fix and replace other things that I had not called about. Every other company that gave a quote wanted to replace the water softener, water heater etc. Honestly I will have no need to ever get quotes for plumbing again. I will just call Bosch. The owner and employees were super friendly and took the time to explain everything to me. If I could leave more that 5 starts I would. Thank you Keegan, Roman, and everyone else. read more
