    I'd avoid this company. From having to argue with them about not insulating an exterior wall to shoddy work and poorly sub contracted work. One person threw concrete and a bud light can in my compost bin. he was a guy they subcontracted to and gave access to my house while I was away. Or the subcontracted cupboards? Look at the pictures of my finished cabinets. Keep in mind I bought this home freshly redone 2019. they really helped drag down the aesthetics of my home. If you're looking for an old worn home look after they are done, this is your company.

    They were contracted by my home warranty company to replace a straight cool split system. The initial experience with the technician was fine, he diagnosed the problem and left. The next day I received a call from their secretary to collect payment for the "service", which I assumed would have been a follow-up call to set an appointment to actually fix my hvac system. Instead she became irritated when I asked what the charges were for and stated she's not an HVAC technician and if I wanted to know what this company was billing for I should call my home warranty. I was not provided an invoice nor was I informed that freeon was being pumped into a system that was already diagnosis as a leak the week before.

    ASG provided the best quote and service for rerouting my hot water lines. The tech, Krassimir, who was the sole performer did an excellent job at preparing the work areas to keep the floor/carpet protected, keeping the drywall holes to a minimum, and finishing up everything nice and clean. He worked extended hours to get the job done in a day and came back a second time to finish the final touches. I was tight on time and needed the job done asap and the company was able to make some arrangement to start the work in a couple days instead of the first open in a week. When I needed some breakdown for insurance claim, they provided asap as requested. Communicate was great from start to finish, and customer service was on point. Workmanship was excellent as well. Overall, a pleasant experience to a stressful situation. Highly recommend and will definitely continue to use them for my plumbing needs.

    Let's start this review right since everything from beginning to end was right! Last night 02/27/20 I noticed I had no hot water, put in a work order at 23:00(11pm) for someone to come take a look at what was going on. Received a call from AllState service group today 02/28/20 at 8am today and of course I was asleep lol Called me back just to find out they had an appt for me between 1500-1900(3-7pm) They called me at around 12:52pm to lmk service tech was ahead of schedule and wanted to come by early if possible(of course YES) I said! He arrived 25 min later. Vladimir was his name, really nice friendly guy, came in and noticed right away what the problem was, an internal water leak, unit has to be replaced(I was thinking oh well no hot water til Monday at least... ugh) To my surprise Vladimir made some phone calls talked to some people and few min later said if I get approved I'll be back still TODAY! I was like whaaaaaaat? Really? He said if not today I'll be back tomorrow. I was like damn this guy is on the money He left and said I'll be in touch, just waiting approval from the warranty company. In the course of the next 45 min I got a text from his company saying he'd be arriving in 30 min I couldn't believe it yet was pleasantly surprised to see such text message. 28 min later Vladimir arrives with a brand new water heater Man I can't thank this man enough! We engaged into a nice conversation, what a great guy he is! And on top of all I said guy came back same day and did it right giving us hot water as we didn't have any. Top notch company and service! . , !!!

    So happy we just finished replacing and installing our new WATER HEATER! Our old water heater started leaking and flooded our garage! Having not knowing anyone in Las Vegas and not renewing our Home Warranty we reached out to 12 different businesses and ALLSTATE SERVICE GROUP was the best! We had a major company come out to estimate and they gave us the run around and wanted to do extra work and cost A LOT more. Another company wanted to charge $89 to estimate, we drove to Lowes and Home Depot and they were $600-1000+ over and had a long list of extra products. On top of that ALLSTATE SERVICE GROUP saw our old Water Heater was a 80 gallon and told us it was too big and not needed for our type of home and family, so they found a 50 gallon and it saved us $1000 instead of trying to sell us the bigger water heater. Forgot to mention our home is 3-stories and 4 bathrooms! They figured it all out and got us the best brand/deal within our budget. ALLSTATE SERVICE GROUP was the best pricing and the service made us feel comfortable ALEXANDER the Owner messaged me right away and gave me a complete breakdown in pricing, service, warranty. His customer service was amazing. We then spoke to a WALTER and he helped scheduled us and took our payment and allowed us different payment options, schedule dates, timing. They arrived the very next morning since I had called them late in the evening. I even received a text message with a dispatch tracking map like Google Maps to see exactly where the technicians were at and could call if I wanted to! They did not waste any of my time. STEVEN - one of the technicians called me to let me know he was on his way and within 15 minutes he arrived to install our safety disconnect box, he did an excellent job explaining and showing us incase of an emergency. He kept everything clean and did great work. Very good service KRASSIMIR - The technician to install the WATER HEATER arrived shortly after. He explained to us the job, brought all the proper tools, kept our entire garage clean and we stood and watched his incredible work ethic and attention to detail. He made sure everything was proper and we watched how much work it takes to do this! He showed us our water supply turn off, explained emergency draining. He then tested our water and within the hour we had HOT WATER again. He really helped out our family. At the beginning and the end of the service I received a detailed email receipt as well as a hard copy receipt, so I felt reinsured all costs were in writting. Warranty on my Water Heater and their warranty for the labor. Can't THANK YOU enough ALLSTATE SERVICE GROUP! We will only be using their service from now on I wish I had found them sooner for our HVAC AC unit, but will next time!

    Sent Alex a Yelp request a couple of weeks ago because my garbage disposal decided to go kaput on me just before the weekend started. Contacted him on Monday, he put my request in to Dispatch, who contacted me within ten minutes, and we set up a date and time for installing the new garbage disposal I purchased from Amazon for that Thursday. Krassimir was on time, as he always is, and got right to work installing my new garbage disposal. Krassimir is an excellent technician, professional, knowledgeable, and proficient in what he does. Didn't take him long to uninstall the old garbage disposal and install the new one. Allstate is my go-to business when I need professional and reliable service.     I have used Allstate Service Group prior to this experience and it was great. This time unfortunately there is a major leak in my home that I called to get help with. First thing on Wednesday I called and the receptionist sent me to their "sister company". When the technician from their sister company called me he said that he would be out sometime on Thursday. I was hesitant because water was running down the walls in my bathroom but because Allstate did a good job for me before I trusted them. I asked the tech from the service company if I could call him back if it got worse before he came out because i was worried about the bubbling on the wall and the water leaking. He was very nice on the phone and said "sure, no problem". Thursday I waited around all day waiting for the tech to call or show up and nothing.. no call no show and now the problem is so much worse. My entire bathroom wall is damaged and now this morning (Friday) we are scrambling to get someone out here. Extremely disappointing. Edited to add: Thank you Alex for your response. I definitely gave my address and all of my information for the appointment. The tech just gave me a call to apologize which I really appreciate. He told me that he had an emergency and not that he didn't have my information to confirm.

    This place is a joke , i had a water main leak and it took them 2 weeks to come out and then the guy walks around my yard and says he has to call out a Specialist, which then he leaves and the Specialist is scheduled out a week in a half later .. when I call them they say they are waiting for the report in where the leak is . I said he placed a x on the spot and I have a photos . She then tells me she will call me by 7pm to schedule the new appt . Of coarse they don't call . I called the next day and no answer and no call back ! Don't use this place .. waste of time ! Horrible communicate

He sent his son Zach out, who was able to replace it with an Insinkerator one. Zach communicated with us regarding his arrival time and replaced it in about 30 minutes. He followed up with our home warranty company (Achosa, which is another awesome company to work with). All of this got accomplished within a few hours. I double checked the phone to make sure this was the correct company that came out. On 3/29/2026 I had an active leak so my landlord called this company. Richard FaceTime me and I showed the active leak flowing out of my ceiling. We were trying to locate the shutoff valve & he had me to try to turn the knob on the water meter valve. He said we're gonna have to send out a water restoration company. So I informed by my landlord that the plumber was 20 minutes out. Not Richard who FaceTime me but another man came out to the property. When he got here, he tried to turn the water meter valve with a wrench. I asked him why he doesn't have the long stick tool to turn it that most plumber has. His reply was I forgot it. I'm thinking what kind of plumber forgets his tools. He wasn't able to turn it cause it was stuck. Anyway he takes some pictures and says to me, I'll be back to take more pictures once a claim has been started & the plumbers will come and fix the problem. I'm like what? You're not even a plumber? So I call the landlord back & told her that Richard sent a water restoration company and it wasn't even a plumber who came by. (Mind you, I have an active leak in progress.) So she calls the plumber and Richard calls me back and I tell him that wasn't a plumber you sent! He said no it was the water restoration company. I asked him what about the active leak flowing? He said I'll let you know when I'm on my way this afternoon. I said "this afternoon" So I am supposed to wait until this afternoon with all this water flowing? It was only 9:50 in the morning. So I ask him, so I have to deal with flowing water on my floor damaging property until you decide to show up this afternoon? I text the owner, he tells her one thing & tells me another so she must have got on him cause now he's all of a sudden on his way after wasting all this time. He should have been on his way when he called & FaceTime me seeing the active leak on the screen. He tells me he does a lot of work in these old townhomes (Paradise Village) he's doing everything but address the active leak itself. What most people don't realize it that a plumber gets a kickback from the water restoration company so they want to get a claim open as soon as possible. What is wrong with people these days. He was letting the active leak continue probably to create more damage. The more water damage, the bigger the restoration and the bigger the kickback. Then he realizes that he made things worse by opening up the valves and looks at the ceiling and says your landlord has to put you in a hotel, this is inhabitable & just left leaving the water flowing. I wanted to write this review to warn others about this company and to encourage others to read multiple reviews both good and bad I it's entirely before deciding to hire. I'm so disappointed in this company and must warn others to beware of this company. In desperation I ended up calling a friend of mine whose roommate was an actual master plumber that actually stopped the water flow & fixed the plumbing. Why didn't I call him in the 1st place? Because the landlord was responsible in sending a plumber. But thanks to my friend she now has a reliable plumber who first interest isn't to try to get a kickback from a water restoration company but to actually help his customers. If I could upload a video to yelp on how On Time Plus left the active leak I would. People please beware!

When our hot water heater failed, Chance quickly assessed the issue by having our tenant send photos. He was able to determine that the leak was coming from the unit itself (not the pipes), which saved valuable time and avoided unnecessary delays. Although the initial installation timeline was about two days, I shared that our tenants have small children and asked if there was any chance for an earlier opening. They went above and beyond, contacting us the very next afternoon after they finished early for the day, and were able to complete the replacement ahead of schedule. Their pricing was transparent, the installation was efficient, and their communication was outstanding. We received updates via text, email, and phone. Michael sent a photo after the work was completed and also made it easy to handle payment remotely. Most importantly,I felt confident that they were taking great care of our tenants in our absence. It's rare to find this level of professionalism, service and integrity and I recommend them with complete confidence.

Scheduling was easy, and he was upfront that drywall would need to be cut to replace the box (drywall repair/paint not included). Michael and another technician arrived on time, were professional and tidy, and completed the job without issues. They also accept credit cards with no extra surcharge. He also took the time to explain how the system works and what to watch out for in case of leaks, which I really appreciated. Later, John came to replace a leaking PVB valve on the side of my house. He got it done in less than an hour, and everything has been working perfectly since. Overall, both guys were knowledgeable, efficient, and easy to work with. Pricing was explained clearly upfront, with no surprises. I'm very satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend them.

I gave them a second chance to do our checkup on our air conditioning system. This is a home that we had built 7 years ago. The guy magically found issues with our system and said that we need to pay $4,000 to fix it but that would have to send someone else out to do the estimate and the work. Then he said that a capacitor was going out and we needed to pay $550+ for that. I said we will call them. We won't. I'm getting a second and third opinion before paying that much on a system that works fine. The representative was ok to deal with.

Right from the jump, I called this company to help me out of a bad situation. The person on the phone was kind enough to listen as I was stressed and got Robert out within like 30-40 minutes. That part was shocking already. But I literally had another plumber at the house from another company, who was called out(scheduled) to flush the water heater and fix a faucet issue in the upstairs tub. Hours later after this other company failed to go to the store and buy the correct cartridge for the faucet (a second wasteful trip), and he still struggled to fix it and put the faucet back on correctly, they were claiming of some blow out issue to the house and emergency plumbing repairs were needed at a price of estimated $8,000 to $15,000. First thing i thought was, how did i get in this nightmare. Is this similar to that whole taxi cab scam of longhauling. Thankfully , Robert showed up as the other vendor/plumber did not want to stick around. Would you believe they even left without me paying any fees and they said they would work that out with me later. Robert then shows, hears my issues and what not, fixes the faucet upstairs, tests the water levels, cleans out the little screens inside the end of the faucets, even fixed a small issue with the toilet tank that kept running that I was unaware of as he investigated the house thoroughly, spent over 2 hours helping to flush out the water lines and restore everything I really needed. He even confirmed that another vendor I use for the water osmosis filters and who handles the water softener (and a suggested replacement by many), he confirms if I can get that vendor out there the next day for the price they were quoting, I should do it. Now that is building trust. He even advised me on the better option to the unit that is better for me and the house, again, not their service and not benefitting from that other vendor doing the work. Utlimately, Robert saved me from a wasteful expense to another vendor, who was trying to rip me off. Shameful that this occurs, but glad to know not every business is like this. Go with Robert and Goettl servicing. Ps, they charged me nothing for this initial consultation and work performances. They are establishing a quality business relationship and advised me on steps i may need for the house going forward, without pressure, giving me time to evaluate.

I informed the tech he was my first estimate/quote of the day, and that I have 2 other techs scheduled, "I'll get back to you." The look on his face looked irritated that I was not ready to make a decision. He also didn't understand the social que that "I'll let you know," means to also leave my home. As I tried walking him out he said "let me at least get you some air flowing." And at the time it seemed like a genuine act, & such desperation for sales, in my head I remember thinking "damn, if this tech doesn't make a sale is he going to get fired?" That was the pressure I felt. So I was over charged for a capacitor. Replacing the capacitor did not fix my issue. I suppose this was a learning lesson for me, that when obtaining a quote, next time I'll stand my ground, and just ask the tech to straight up leave. Or I can make sure to have a male friend present. I requested $120.00 refunded to me, out of the $300 I paid. That would make this icky feeling go away. I have not heard back from the operations manager. Do some research before moving forward with Goettl.

    We have had excellent experiences with Nevada Residential Services (NRS) in the past with…read morereplacement of our AC units. When NRS offered to inspect our water system, we jumped at the offer. When you live in the desert, you can't take any chances with your AC or water systems. Both can turn into expensive issues very quickly. During our inspection, Arturo with NRS noticed some corrosion and possible past leak at our water heater connections. Chances are these connections are original to our 2004 condo and since we have neighbors downstairs, we want to avoid any leaks that could result in issues that could affect both units. The NRS Team presented us with an estimate that we were pleased with and we scheduled Arturo for today. Arturo called ahead when he was enroute (we appreciate that) and was onsite in no time. Arturo took the time to explain what he would be doing to eliminate a possible issue and make our system more secure. Changing out the old hoses (over 20 years old) and connections to solid copper piping and new connections gives us the peace of mind that you need with plumbing. He also configured it so should we need to replace the hot water heater, the new copper fittings will be easy to disconnect & reconnect. Arturo did an amazing job, kept us informed as he worked and the work area was spotless when he was finished. A true gentleman & professional. Many THANKS to Arturo and the NRS Team for spotting a potential plumbing issue and providing a great solution. That's what every homeowner expects.
