Excellent Service, Fair Pricing & Great Work! We couldn't be happier with the service we received. Our plumber David and his crew came out to repair a leak in our main water line, which required digging a fairly large trench in our front yard. He was punctual, reliable, professional, and incredibly efficient. This was a big job, but the crew completed the repair surprisingly quickly--almost entirely in the same day. The price was also very fair considering the size and scope of the work. They returned to fill in the trench, and when they were finished, you could hardly tell our yard had ever been dug up. Everything looked clean and completely untouched. It's NOT easy to find a plumber who is dependable, does quality work, charges a fair price, and follows through from start to finish, but that was exactly our experience. We would highly recommend this company to anyone needing plumbing work! read more

I called Pristine Plumbing yesterday for a minor plumbing issue. I was told David would be out between 4pm and 6pm. Around 3:30pm he called and said he was a few minutes away. He was extremely nice and personable and confirmed I had a very minor issue with an improper cartridge seat on my bath tub. I had a spare part and tried to fix it but it wouldn't work for whatever reason. David fixed it for me in no time at all and for no charge. Super nice guy and good business. Highly recommend. read more

First off just moving here I know no one, and most contractors and company's will take full advantage of this and charge you as much as they can for their service! With that said David answered my request for help and came to do an estimate with a clear cut answer, he is blunt and straight to the point no messing around, and the price is more than reasonable. Once we agreed on the work he came back the very next day to install a water filtration/softener system. David paid attention to detail while installing checking and double checking to make sure his work was done correct and up to par with his standards which I must say are top notch. If you need any work done without any run around or extra hidden fees call David he is one of the nicest and genuine guy out there. Mahalo David and to all my Hawaii Ohana living on the ninth island give this braddah a call he will definitely help you out, braddah is one good guy and is always willing to help out . read more

Pristine Plumbing responded right away for my service request on a Sunday! They're awesome! Most plumbing companies are closed on Sundays. Pristine sends text updates & a picture of the plumber that was dispatched to my home. They made me feel comfortable even before they arrived. Anthony explained the reason for my kitchen leak. Same day switched out my kitchen faucet too! Pristine Plumbing is reasonably priced. I feel the price I paid was fair & decent. Pristine Plumbing offers $50 off for new customers. David of pristine plumbing came out and fixed the leak we had in our garage. He came early, completed the job in a timely manner, and when something wasn't working, he came back right away.. it turns out because the water was off when you turned it back on it broke the gate valve, which had nothing to do with what he was working on, but it helped my husband immensely so he didn't spend hours upon hours. Trying to figure it out. And apparently there's a warranty on what he fixed for up to a year. As far as the value things are expensive nowadays that's all I gotta say. read more

I am really impressed with this company! I had broken my shower handle and could not turn off the running water. After trying to fix the shower handle for 2 hours, I finally called Pristine Plumbing to request if a plumber could be sent as soon as possible and they were very kind to coordinate an appointment! and on a SUNDAY! A guy named Anthony was sent and he fixed the shower handle in less than 30 minutes!! I also really appreciated that he wore shoe covers as I do not allow shoes inside my home but I didn't even need to ask, he already had them on. Hands down, the BEST service call I have ever experienced. I needed a plumber in N/W Las Vegas in an emergency. David responded quickly and over the phone gave me an idea of cost for what we both thought would be a simple snaking of a kitchen drain. David arrived and was incredibly polite and professional. He started right away and we started to realize this was not going to be so simple. David never gave up and continued working the problem, all the while rescheduling personal appointments throughout the day. Almost 5 hours later, of what we both "thought" should have been no more than 30 minutes, he managed to unclog the drain. We were both in disbelief when he pulled a 2" rubber drain cap out through the kitchen sink clean out. He found the blockage well outside the walls of the condo which is in a complex so all the drains hook together at some point. We have no clue how the cap got down there or where it came from. There was some major sewer repairs going on in a neighboring unit that coincide with the issue. None the less, I was so happy and thankful David saw it through, and after 5 hours he still tried to ONLY charge me what he originally quoted, which I refused and paid more because he more than earned it. My only wish is if he serviced San Diego as well. If you live in Las Vegas and need a plumber, DO NOT THINK TWICE, CALL DAVID AT Pristine Plumbing 702-955-6512. read more

We had a water line break on Friday afternoon/eveing. We also have a home warranty that did nothing for us. We called 9 places to come help since we had to turn our water off. Pristine plumbing came within maybe 15-20 minutes after calling. They fixed it for a very reasonable price. These guys were super friendly, had amazing customer service skills, worked fast, did a great job and cleaned up the jobsite after they were done. They also saw that a pipe had not been glued from a previous job and they fixed it for us. I will be recommending this company to anyone and everyone and will be calling them for all of our plumbing issues. read more

It was Tuesday afternoon around 4 o'clock I went in my garage and I discovered my hot water tank exploded. I was leaving Wednesday at 8 a.m to go out of state. Panic! I called Pristine Plumbing and Jimmy and Angelo took care of it right away. I had a new tank installed several hours later. They did an excellent job! I was going out of state to visit my mom because she is ill and I got a little emotional and Jimmy had the kindest words and even offered me a hug:) ( I didn't want to blubber all over him so I didn't take it, but it was so much appreciated.) So to sum it up nice nice people, honest, efficient, did an excellent job. Highly recommend!!! read more

I cannot say enough great things about this company! My teenager even said we had to give them a great review because she was really impressed with their professionalism and how they interacted with our family. Their website gives solutions for common problems instead of just saying "call us and we will charge you to take a look and diagnose the problem". I loved that! From the moment I first called late on a Sunday and got to speak to a live person I knew this was going to be a good experience. Their whole team was super responsive to communication. The owner himself came to the job site and helped explain the options for our water heater replacement. The whole process for fixing the problem and financing the repairs was smooth and easy to navigate. They have made life-long customers out of us and I would recommend them to any of our friends or neighbors looking for plumbing services. read more

Jimmy and Angelo did a great job. They actually arrived ahead of schedule and finished the job in a timely manner.

When we called this company, a very nice lady picked up the phone and patiently answered all our concerns, as they were hired by our Home insurance company. Even though our toilet problem wasn't an emergency, the plumber was sent in the timely manner and fixed the problem. Jimmy and his assistant were kind and professional. They even came back the next day after I had a few concerns , I wanted to have them double check if everything works correctly. They came back as promised- checked everything out and didn't charge me for this additional visit. I never had a feeling that Jimmy tried to tell me that there is the problem just to collect money and have a job in my house. I truly recommend the company, looks like they are a local company sincerely caring for local people! Way to go Jimmy!!! The only thing to improve in the future- wear shoes covers when on the carpet! We change shoes at home and going up and down wearing work boots was kind of a pain ha ha ha! Other than that- GOLD read more

Can't recommend this company highly enough. Speedy response, arrived on time and repair completed. And....they are not out to price gouge. I had received a quote from another company that was nearly 4x what Pristine quoted and then they charged another $89 for the quote. Pristine provided a quote at no charge. Save yourself time, frustration and dollars....go to Pristine first! read more

Now I'm a pretty handy guy, but when it comes to anything dealing with plumbing... well I'm all thumbs. So when we had a slab leak under our house, I didn't know what to do. It was wild. We went from turning of the water all together from the main outside because I literally didn't know how to stop it. My wife suggested we fire up old yelp to find a quality plumber. We decided to go with David At Pristine Plumbing because he really went out of his way to reassure us with his knowledge and give us a pretty reasonable price. We got quotes from other plumbers in the area and they wanted an astronomical amount to locate the leak and fix it for us. So to make a long story short.. 1. Fellas always listen to your wife, they really know what's up lol, and 2. Don't hesitate to call Pristine Plumbing if you have a plumbing issue, I promise you won't regret it!! Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge and experience with us David. We really appreciate it! read more

I hired Pristine plumbing to replace my water heater. My water heater was leaking in my garage. I contacted a few plumbers, but pristine plumbing was the most responsive.
