I called Pristine Plumbing yesterday for a minor plumbing issue. I was told David would be out between 4pm and 6pm. Around 3:30pm he called and said he was a few minutes away. He was extremely nice and personable and confirmed I had a very minor issue with an improper cartridge seat on my bath tub. I had a spare part and tried to fix it but it wouldn't work for whatever reason. David fixed it for me in no time at all and for no charge. Super nice guy and good business. David of pristine plumbing came out and fixed the leak we had in our garage. He came early, completed the job in a timely manner, and when something wasn't working, he came back right away.. it turns out because the water was off when you turned it back on it broke the gate valve, which had nothing to do with what he was working on, but it helped my husband immensely so he didn't spend hours upon hours. Trying to figure it out. And apparently there's a warranty on what he fixed for up to a year. As far as the value things are expensive nowadays that's all I gotta say. read more

With that said David answered my request for help and came to do an estimate with a clear cut answer, he is blunt and straight to the point no messing around, and the price is more than reasonable. I am really impressed with this company! I had broken my shower handle and could not turn off the running water. After trying to fix the shower handle for 2 hours, I finally called Pristine Plumbing to request if a plumber could be sent as soon as possible and they were very kind to coordinate an appointment! and on a SUNDAY! Had the best experience I've ever had with a plumber, water heater went out on us the guys came out to fix it and discovered the tank was just starting to leak. They knew we had been without hot water for 3 days already and even though it was already 6pm they ran out and got us a new unit and installed it same night to make sure we would not be without hot water another day. It was Tuesday afternoon around 4 o'clock I went in my garage and I discovered my hot water tank exploded. I was leaving Wednesday at 8 a.m to go out of state. Panic!
