We received a really high water bill and used MC plumbing from the water district contractor referral list to come and locate the leak. Hanz came out right away, located the leak and made the repairs. Hanz was very nice and professional. read more

Very unprofessional! I called and made an appointment here, cleared my whole day and they called me at the very end of the day to cancel and could not make it until next week. Terrible service. Do not trust them. read more

Louis did a fantastic job, which turned out to be a lot harder that we thought it would be. He fixed my toilet as well as installed a new shower head, which looks awesome. Thanks Louis and MC Plumbing. read more

Great work. License number is legit; checked it out on the NV contractors board website. Quick response time. Hans was able to get to me within an hour and two and take care of my replacement of a backflow preventer. Price was reasonable as well. read more

I needed a repair for a Rheem Hot water Tank that I had recently purchased. Rheem did not a repair person in Vegas. They said I had to get ti repaired and they would reimburse me It would take several weeks to get my money back. I've been using these guys for years. Last year, I had a couple of things going on, and they couldn't fit me in so I tried other plumbing companies. Yeah, I won't be doing that again. It doesn't matter whether it's replacing a sink fixture or toilet, or replacing the mains, MC Plumbing has always been great work at a competitive price, and their people have always been kind, clean, and professional. They are my go-to plumbers. read more

Put simply, if you aren't using MC Plumbing for all of your plumbing needs, you should be. Woke up this morning to a leak in my garage. A friend recommended MC Plumbing, and when I called at 730am Scott answered the phone on the second ring. He listened to my problem, and arranged to have someone come take a look between 8am and 10am. As I write this, it is still not 10am, and my problem has been fixed. Makay showed up on time, was courteous and professional, and immediately fixed my problem. There was no upselling, and I wasn't charged for anything I didn't need. Honestly, I've dealt with a lot of licensed professionals, and you would be very hard-pressed to find any better than MC Plumbing. My highest possible recommendation! read more

Do not hire They did faulty plumbing work on a toilet that leaked throughout my kitchen, ceiling and walls, downstairs. They avoided my calls and wouldn't speak to the insurance adjustor. I'll delete this post when they admit fault and stand by their horrible work. This claim cost me thousands out of pocket and was a whole bathroom remodel. read more

I recently received a notification about water leaks detected. I notified MC Plumbing since they have provided work for me in the past and are also Water Smart plumbers. David arrived during the projected work window and immediately troubleshoot the possible source of my leaks. David was professional and friendly. He checked the box at the front of the house and didn't detect any leaks. Next, he turned on the irrigation and discovered leaks in the front of the house. They also checked the rear of the house and found a couple more areas where leaks were present. David showed that he cared by taking the time to explain the situation and ensure I fully understood. Since MC Plumbing LLC doesn't work on irrigation, David suggested I contact my landscaper to repair the areas with leaks. I greatly appreciate their assistance and would recommend them for all your plumbing needs. Their prices have been reasonable whenever I have used their plumbing services. If you are running tight on funds, I suggest going to the SNWA website and signing up for the Leak Detection voucher program at https://www.snwa.com/apps/leak-detection-assistance/. read more

From start to finish very easy to deal with. Quickly responded to my request for a quote. They set an appointment the next day based on my schedule. *April 7th update* Everything is finally finished and my tankless water heater is installed and working. Read my previous review to get all the details from before, but to finish up the review, MC plumbing took care of everything that was damaged and/or not up to par. They had an electrician come out and fix the wires that were damaged during wall removal. After that, a drywall guy came out and fixed the drywall that was unnecessarily removed. They got rid of the tank water heater and moved some of the piping to a new location. It was quite a long process but very glad everything was taken care of. Spoke with the owner, along with Sally and Dave multiple times. Everyone was very pleasant to work with overall and I'm very glad MC Plumbing fixed everything. Updated from 1 star, to 4 stars. I would still recommend them to other people, even though there were some bumps along the way. read more

Not sure if these are the guys that came to fix my water heater, but they were awesome! They explained everything to me thoroughly about what could possibly have blown out the flame on my water heater. They were so nice and kind. I can't tell you how much I appreciated their help. read more

I used these guys again when I had issues with a shower and a toilet in my home. They responded the same day and diagnosed that I needed a new toilet as well as a replacement for a tub spigot. I ordered a new toilet and accessories from Home Depot online and the plumber, Homero, went to pick it up. All work was accomplished professionally and for a fair price. I recommend these guys for your plumbing needs. read more

As a home owner I need a reliable plumber who gets the job done. MC Plumbing is easy to get a hold of and schedule work with. They arrive when they say and get the job done professionally. I've used them about 4 times now including fixing under-the-sink leaks, replacing old valves in my laundry room and replacing a water heater. In their most recent job I was charged $375 parts and labor to replace old and leaky water bibs in that go to my clothes washer. This involved cutting away a small section of drywall to access the pipes and my only complaint is that I wish they either had a drywall guy who could repair the wall or could recommend someone who could do that work since they don't. I mean they must have to cut drywall frequently, how hard would it be to partner up with a company that can repair this? Anyway, I am pleased with the work they have done and again, I cannot stress enough how nice it is to have a company that arrives when they say they will. If only every service company was like that. read more

See attached photos. We called MC Plumbing to say this grout work was unacceptable and asked for a credit invoice. Chris, the manager, laughed and said that's never going to happen. He said the work looked fine to him. When these photos were sent to Scott Root, he called me a dumb b*****. He said if the $150 bill wasn't paid he would lien the house and start collections. They are scrambling for pennies over at MC Plumbing, evidentally. They should spend their time watching Youtube videos on how to professionally caulk a shower instead. Be careful letting these people into your property to do any work. Once you do, you'll probably have to start litigation against them to hold them accountable for terrible work. PS) MC Plumbing was referred to us by a home inspection company here in town. Do yourself a favor and do your own due diligence on any contractor referred to you. read more

This company replaced a water heater for a rental property. They were the only company that would explain the needed repair to a warranty company that required a verbal diagnosis by phone. We called MC Plumbing to fix a leak. Our dishwasher which was working before they came is now not hooked up to a water source. We contacted them about it and they refuse to accept any responsibility. For this reason, we now have to have another plumber come and fix the "work" that MC Plumbing did. I would never recommend them at this point. After several emails with this company where they blamed us for their attitude, ultimately, we had to pay for a plumber twice. Very disappointing. They refused to apologize or accept responsibility. read more

Had a leak with the pressure valve on the outside, decided to give these guys a call. What a great decision. Was here the very next day, wasted no time, gave me a very fair and reasonable estimate, and went straight to work. Honestly, I have no idea how I didn't hear of this company before. Was totally worth it. The plumber that came by was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. 5 stars from me. Would use again. read more

My partner and I recently bought a home in Las Vegas and wanted to fix some minor things like faucets and a small leak in our bathtub. They were very professional and came to do an estimate of the work, We had Miguel come over and do the labor for us a few days later, he was very honest, helpful. He completed the job within a few hours and headed out, once he left a had an emergency leak from the damaged pipes due to the hard water. We called him and he came back within an hour and fixed everything . Its a disappointment to have these issues before moving in but he took care of and recommended me to a restoration company to help with the water damage. I will be using this company again for our plumbing needs. read more

MC Plumbing did an awesome job on my rental property. My handyman is good at a lot of stuff but he totally couldn't get my drains plumbed correctly so I called Scott at MC Plumbing. I had an underground leak that was spitting up hundreds of dollars of water. After talking with the Water District, I found out that they cannot recommend any companies to repair leaks. But I can. I recommend MC Plumbing to you. Specifically, Homero, an employee of the business. He is extremely professional, understanding, friendly, and explains every detail in a way that even I, a simple human, could understand. He fixed the leak like an absolute pro. He even gave me great advice and helped me learn more about plumbing systems. Homero is the real deal. If you have a plumbing issue, call MC Plumbing and request Homero. You will be able to sleep easily after having Homero work on your house. I may name a future child after him. He is a saint. Saint Homero saved my life. read more

A little ticked off writing this post in all honestly, scheduled an appointment for Saturday my only day off and the only day I can get my situation taken care of. Appointment was 8-10, called 930 to see what's going on. Owner said I'll have the tech call you. 10 o'clock rolls around called the owner agin told him still no call and his advice was we can cancel the appointment. Finally at 1010 I get a phone call from Jose Aries said ill be there in 25min there was accident on the free way, so I said " oh really let me look at that. So I checked 3 traffic and accident sites (apps) nothing, free and clear and wanna just lie about it then asked where are you coming from then said do you still want me to come? I said yes and he hangs up the phone avoiding my other question on where side of town he was coming from. I scheduled this days in advance. Will update after José shows up if he does. As of now *1 star for wasting my only day off to get my situation taken care off and for lying also there solutions "we can cancel the appointment" (owner) read more

Scott was great. We ended up having more of an issue than we originally thought and he handled it like a professional, even though we originally thought it was going to be a quick fix and it's going to turn into something more and he'll have to come back again. My son was especially interested in him. He woke up from his nap while Scott was explaining the issue to me and immediately climbed over me and into his arms. They say babies are good judges of character and mine seemed to think that Scott was a pretty okay guy who gave good snuggles lol read more

Called MC plumbing because we could not get hot water out of the shower. Only warm. They reversed something in the valve so that the cold water dial produced hot water and the hot water dial produced cold. I guess we at least had hot water but the dials should not be switched. We called them back to fix it and they put it back the way it was where we only got warm water - back to where we started from when we called them. Unfortunately we paid them and they won't come out to fix it or refund our money. I now consider them thieves. At least admit that you don't know how to fix something so we can call someone who does. read more

Called MC Plumbing regarding replacing some pex pipe above water heater in attic after a water leak and before the walls get closed up and drywalled. Showed Aaron Wagstaff a piece of the pipe and asked him to inspect the pipe from the water heater to where the leak was ( approx) 10-12 feet. He took one look at the plastic pipe and said he could not replace that piece of pipe WITHOUT LOOKING at the area in the attic. He could however replace all of our pipes in the attic for $9,700. We called another plumber and he actually went up in the attic and looked at the area we had the leak. Turns out all the piping in the attic had been replaced except the short area where we had the leak. Clearly Aaron wanted to earn $9,700 and didn't care about what the job actually looked like. Not our kind of business! read more

I was recommended by a friend to MC after having a rough experience with another plumbing company and I'm glad I did. They are professional, honest and up front with costs. Being new to Las Vegas, I had to find a plumber and used Yelp reviews to do so. I contacted MC Plumbing, who answered promptly and was able to get my service done the same day. It's a technology literate company, who uses electronic signatures, text status for the appointment, and email to deliver invoices. It's nice to see a plumber using 21st century tools! With respect to Miguel, the plumber who came over, he was courteous, honest, and his work was clean and effective. He went above and beyond in my view, and I will make this company my plumber of choice going forward. Very happy with the overall experience and satisfied with the work they performed. read more

Do not hire this company if you live in a Mobil home, they will not enter to do the work required to unplug your drains, they only work from the outside only if you have a clean out hole , they only have 85 feet of snake which in my case was to short , wasted 200.00, With nothing to show, I call the real plumbing company ROTO ROTER, yes it cost a lot more, but a 12 month warranty and they use high pressure water jet to clean out the drains, all the way to the sewer line in the street. read more

I was doing a remodel of my bathroom when I found I had a leaking p-trap in my shower drain. My house is old and has cast iron pipes. I called MC because after consulting some pros at the big box store they had me concerned about doing work on the pipes since they are prone to cracking. MC answered my phone call right away, and in less than an hour a plumber was at my house. Less than an hour after that I had a new p-trap and all ABS connections for my shower drain. The plumbers that helped me were Miguel and John. They were very professional and friendly. I would definitely use this service again for my plumbing needs. read more
