I have been here twice; one time with friends and another time with family. Both time I have to endure a negative experience with a certain waiter. They open at 11 I came at 11:12 literally 12 minutes after they opened and everything is cold. It's clearly leftovers from yesterday they didn't even bother to warm up first just put over the food warmers. Those don't heat up food they keep them hot, so that doesn't help at all! Their excuse was it's cold weather outside which is a bunch of bullshit.
