Just wow! I got the "Bun Cha Gio Thit Nuong" and, it was absolutely delicious! So much flavor!

I'm so glad this place is here! The only place to get pho in Orange County, I believe. It's a cute little place. The staff is friendly and the food is delicious. The decor is simple but cute with somewhat of a tropical vibe. They keep the place clean. If you haven't had pho, it's great comfort food in the winter, not too heavy either. I can't wait to come back for their pork bowl and bahnmi sandwiches! I saw that they have bubble tea on the menu too! Very refreshing in the summer and the kids will love it all year round. If you haven't had Vietnamese cuisine give it a try. It's not spicy unless you add some of the condiments from the table. This restaurant is a nice addition to our community, something different. In dining experience wasn't that good. It wasn't that packed and our food took an hour. Service was super slow. The two waitresses were both working on a takeout order when one should've been doing that and the other should've been working the tables. Pho was good but noodles didn't seem fresh. Almost like they were packaged noodles you can buy from Stop n Shop. Broth was really good though. Also got chicken dumplings and they came out cold. Decided to give it another chance by calling ahead for takeout. Ordered chicken dumplings and they were out of those. That was a major bummer. Takeout option was much better than dining in. Although I haven't eaten in, I've ordered pho from them 3 times now. Their broth is good, veggies fresh, and the food is always here super quick. They vent the container so the egg rolls arrive crispy still. I like the attention to detail. I've been places where the bean sprouts or limes were old but never here. The amount of chicken you get is a LOT. I'm super stoked that they are here and that they deliver!! I'm trying not to order from them more than once a week. I had my first bowl of Pho in Seattle Washington and I've been trying to find a good pho restaurant here in NY. So happy we decided to come in for dinner tonight. I got the seafood Pho with a Thai Tea and the pork spring rolls. The food came out really quickly so that was really nicely and everythinf was delicious. The Pho broth was spot on. My pho soup was ok. I did had better pho before. My husband pho was pretty bad it had big pieces of fat in it. Lady that works there is miserable and has no customer service skills. She was terrible, she was on her phone too busy to take our order. She had only 2 tables so it wasn't busy. Never fallow up after our food arrived. We wanted to order desert but nobody came to us even tho we made eye contact to get their attention. Finally some other guy came out of the kitchen and gave us check with no words. I love Pho! And unless you live in NYC, it's really hard to find it. Well I am now corrected!!! I knew there was a place in wappingers, but I hate having to cross the bridge. But it's his place is minutes down the road and super yummy! I ordered the Pho Ga (which is essentially chicken soup). I took it to go as I wanted to eat at home with my husband. To start off this is my second time here. The first time service was bad. The server was very rushed and gave us the wrong drinks and never got our refills but the was exceptional. The second time same server served us and the same thing happened but this time never got out drinks and refills and was charged for it. New Sai Gon Pho would seem to be a welcome addition to the Newburgh food scene, but while the pho was "meh", the service, even in an almost empty room, was horrible, and the menu lacked much choice if you were not interested in beef and pork. Disappointing, and I won't bother returning. read more

I always get the chicken pho. We have dined in twice and everything was decent. I usually take out my chicken pho. I tend to get a larger potion when i take out. Also, they are pretty fast. I usually call in while on the road and the max i have waited is like 5-10 min. Not too bad. The only complaints i have is that some of the dishes are crazy expensive for a little amount of food. I get the Chicken or tofu Pho and the veggie fried rice is the best I've ever had out. The dumplings are too good. Even if they run out of chicken dumplings, get the veggie ones. No quite sure how this place gets 4 stars unless the reviewers are connected to the restaurant. First impression was the place is very sparse and has the charm of a high school cafeteria. There was one other table and the one and only server was too busy to come take our order. The table we were seated was sticky and stunk like mildew. The menu looks home made and very simple. The charmless server sprayed the table and us to clean it . My pho was spice beef and besides a few pieces of old beef it was mostly grizzle: see photo. We finally had to ask for a check. I like this place a lot. It's better than the other one ( same owners ) because it's closer and the wait staff has been nice. The other location has gotten better due to their new staff. Nice people really makes the meal so much better. I've gotten bad service at the other location but the Pho is good enough for me to ignore it. I've had Pho in the past 6 months in 4 different locations and this place has been the best out of them. It's also the closest to my house so I'm happy. The Pho is good and really hits the spot. I'm addicted. Makes me happy after a rough day. It always comes out hot and I get the meat on the side and cook it as I eat it. I love the soft texture and I taste more of the iron in the meat this way. My wife likes it cooked all the way so the heat isn't as important. I like the noodles too.
