Came back again :) love it here! They really nailed it with the Vietnamese style cafe between the decorations, running pond and WiFi accessibility. Just like Vietnam! I got the vegetarian spring rolls this time - super hot and fresh. First time getting the tofu banh mi, I have had better ones but this was quite good as well. I come here for their vegetarian pho because their broth is so flavorful! The flan was also yum yum yum delicious. I look forward to coming back here, the staff is nice and friendly read more

Had the summer roll. It was tasteless and dry even with the peanut sauce. Had the beef pho which was ok but doesn't seem to taste flavorful. However the pork chop pho tasted good, almost smoky. Service was good and ambiance was nice. Overall it's ok but there are better places. read more

Food was good, but the service was disappointing. My mom and aunt went in first to get a table while my dad and I were still parking this past Saturday 5/2. My aunt, who is handicapped and has Down syndrome, needed to use the restroom, but the waitress told them they couldn't use it. They had to walk all the way to Dunkin' Donuts instead, which was frustrating and honestly embarrassing. When my dad and I finally came in, the waitress asked if it was for two, and I said no, for four. When my mom and aunt returned, it felt awkward knowing the restaurant had a restroom but didn't allow them to use it. That was very rude and disappointing. We did have a male server who was kind, and the food itself was good, so credit to the chef. However, after we finished eating, no one checked on us. I had to go up to the counter to pay, and no one asked if we needed a to-go box--I ended up getting one myself and packing my own food. Overall, while the food was good, the customer service and basic courtesy need serious improvement. read more

Note: This restaurant incentivizes google reviews in exchange for a free mochi ice cream. This review system incentivizes on the spot reviews, and who is going to provide an honest, thoughtful review that way? No-one. That gives it a near 5 star rating review-wise, which I do not think is warranted. I felt mislead. Service was decent. Ambiance could use improvement. It was decorated to the brim, but it felt like I was still in an old storefront in Poughkeepsie. With that being said, this was a decent option for Vietnamese food. I had the Pho, which had a delectable salty broth. The beef was also juicy and flavorful. Unfortunately, the sides - limes, basil, bean sprouts - were a little old. The noodles were also soggy. Perhaps it a style of pho that I'm not accustomed to, but it wasn't for me. Finally, I wished the Pho came out much hotter. I would certainly come back to try the other dishes, but will be trying other Pho spots when the cravings hit. read more

I LOVE THE DECOR HERE! It feels very pleasant to sit down at this location. However, I ordered the pho and felt its flavor was a bit lackluster. I crave a rich, powerful beef flavor when ordering pho. I felt the broth was just not that, and was easily overpowered with siracha and hoisin which is not a great sign. They were a bit skimpy with the tendon and meatballs, though there was a good amount of sliced beef. Overall, I'm not sure I would come here again for the pho, but if you have a craving for Vietnamese food this place has lots of options. read more

Ordered from Uber Eats because DoorDash prices have been ridiculous lately. I ordered the honey grilled chicken sandwich and the mini fried shrimp rolls. The honey grilled chicken sandwich the bread was excellent crispy on the outside but soft on the inside side and the flavors were tasty and light all together one of the best sandwiches I've had. The mini fried shrimp rolls were good as well basically the lower half of the shrimp the rolls itself didn't have any taste the sauce was really good. I've been inside before it's usually nice and clean and the service has always been good. read more

Good pho in the area. My go to order is Pho Chin. Broth is super tasty and it's a decent portion of noodles, but lacking in meat. They give the usual bean sprouts, basil, jalapeño, and lime. I wish they also included extra cilantro. The fried spring rolls were really good. They were hot and fresh out of the deep fryer. Service is quick and there is plenty of seating, can accommodate larger groups. read more

This place is awesome! I absolutely love their chicken pho when I'm feeling a little sick, it's cold outside, or on a rainy day. It totally hooks me up. The restaurant is clean and spacious with seating from tables for 2 to 6. They even have a table for a very large group by the window. Service is prompt, and the staff is very knowledgeable about the menu items and ingredients. When the weather starts getting chilly, we usually get the mini shrimp rolls instead of the summer rolls just because they taste delicious and are hot. I highly recommend this place and I go all the time. read more

Best pho in the 845. Has authentic a taste and strong flavors, serving sizes are generous. Banh mi is also delicious, along with the boba.

I love this place! I go there often. I love that they have vegan & vegetarian options. I get the vegetarian pho most often. It's just so good. The new bowls keep it hot while you're eating it. The staff is friendly and I rarely have to wait long to get my food. This is my favorite place to go for soup. The veggies are fresh and it's so good with the addition of the basil, lime and spicy condiments on the table. The decor and layout of the restaurant is very nice too. The place is run very well and there's a small discount when paying in cash instead of a card. read more

My mom was spending the day with me and I decided the time had come to introduce her to pho. This is one of my favorite places for pho so it was a No brainer. This was my first time dining in though. I usually do carry out. As I suspected, my mom absolutely loved it. The bowels of pho are the size of a pot and your meal is ready within minutes. The ambience is dim and cozy so you feel nothing but comfort as you munch on your pho. The tender meat and soft rice noodles are exactly what you need to warm up a chilly winter day. The broth is really to die for. The portions are really incredible. I've been to other pho spots that aren't as impressive. We even ordered a pho to-go for my dad. The server was kind enough to share how to warm it up at home. Soo good! He loved it too! read more

Cozy and pleasant restaurant in a strip mall. Prices are very reasonable and food is good. We started with an order of yummy summer roll and one order of spring rolls, equally yummy. Didn't wait long for food to arrive. I had the beef Pho, delicious on a cold night, came with some toppings. My husband had the Vermicelli grilled pork with an egg roll, we both loved our food. Vietnamese coffee also very good. Will definitely go back, winter is coming and their soups are so good and hot, some spice are on the table. Service is prompt and professional. read more

Miss Saigon Pho - Add on for the pho - Vietnamese Near Me - Wappingers Falls, New York

We came to Poughkeepsie for a wedding and whenever we travel, I always look up Vietnamese food. This was one of the places that came up on Yelp. Clean, quiet, and calm atmosphere! The tall Vietnamese waiter was kind, friendly, fun and super attentive. He was so great that we came back to have lunch before we hit the road back to nyc! We ordered two Vermicelli bowl grilled pork, egg roll and shrimp paste the first time we came back and fell in love. My partner also loved the Vietnamese iced coffee. Then today, my partner ordered the Vermicelli grilled pork, egg roll and shrimp paste again and I wanted to try their pho #33 which was soooooo goood. So fresh, so tasty, so authentic, lots of beef! We are sad that this place is about 1.5 to 2 hours away but the waiter was so nice and the food was so Delicious it may be worth the drive! read more

Guess what!?! I have kids that love food as much as I do! My daughter loves Pho so I had to take her out to have some. She wanted just broth, noddles and tofu. The tofu was a little larger than she was use to but she picked off it. I ordered the beef with the noodles, egg roll, and some other things. It was pretty tasty. They have really good dumplings as well. I will definitely be giving this place another go. Highly recommended. read more

Coming from the city, we've tried many different Vietnamese restaurants, but we were delightfully impressed by Saigon Pho. Not only is their food flavorful, their service is impeccable. Our waiter who seemed to be the owner(?) was incredibly friendly throughout our dining experience. Our table ordered the grilled pork and egg roll vermicelli, the grilled pork, egg roll, and shrimp paste vermicelli, the spicy beef pho, and the honey chicken over rice. Everything was delicious! So looking forward to our next visit! read more

Although the next time I'll make a review of the place in person, being able to order Pho via Ubereats from Saigon Pho made my whole experience. The food was very fresh, hot, and well prepared with no items missing from my order. I ordered a Thai iced tea which was very herbal and rich, paired along nicely with my Shrimp Pho. The shrimp was very fresh and clean, and you can tell the ingredients used are top notch quality. My husband ordered the Chicken pho which he loves as in other places in the city , it is very hard to find Chicken pho so this is a huge advantage. I also ordered the shrimp summer rolls and it was so filling, and that peanut sauce is addicting. I highly recommend this spot for a night in if you crave Vietnamese food. :) read more

How can I start!?? Well we have tried a few pho places in Queens, NY and we where hoping to like this place as much as we loved our other places. As we just recently moved into the Wappingers Falls area and my family loves Pho The beef pho was okay, it needed a bit more flavor. The bubble tea was just okay. The only item that we enjoy was their spring rolls. And that the restaurant was nice. Although, I feel it needs a bit more cleaning. We are not sure if we are willing to give this place another try. :( 3 stars because The waiter was very kind and super nice. read more

Haven't been here in a while, don't know why, made a good choice today. They've remodeled the interior of the restaurant, it's quite impressive now, it seems much more spacious and inviting. Even the menu is nicer to look at and hold. Luckily that's all they changed; the food is still just as good and filling. The prices are a little higher. NBD. There are quite a few vegetarian and vegan entrées, you can also adjust the spiciness at the table. read more

Miss Saigon Pho - 19. Vegetarian Spring Roll with tofu, lettuce, wrapped in rice paper - Vietnamese Near Me - Wappingers Falls, New York

I'm so happy this place is reopen for dinning in. I miss having a big warm bowl of pho on a chilly day, nothing is more satisfying than belly full of yummy goodness! It's Chinese tradition to have noodles for birthday for longevity, so I'm here with my mom for my birthday lunch. I always order the house special pho but today I decided to venture out and order the Seafood egg noodle soup. Mom ordered the spicy beef noodle soup but sub for rice noodle instead (same noodle as pho). So even though the egg noodle soup was very good, I'm still partial to pho. My mom's spicy beef noodle soup was so good! I might just have to order that next time I'm here. The soup base has really great spice, a bit Chinese herb flavor, might not for everyone, but I'm totally loving it. You get the same fixing as pho... Bean sprouts basil leaves, lime wedges, and fresh jalapeno. I always dump everything in my soup for maximum satisfaction (not all of the jalapenos, of course). The servers are friendly and due to short-staffed, they just ask you to bring the check to the counter for payment. No biggie. All in all, so happy this is reopen again!!! read more

We had a big group reservation last Sunday evening and the staff was absolutely amazing in accommodating for our large size. The waiter was extremely friendly and offered to take a group picture of us before we even asked! The food was also very fresh and delicious. The #1 Special Vietnamese Egg Rolls were extremely crispy and tasty & the pork in my main dish Com Thịt Nuong was juicy and flavorful. My friends ordered the phố, summer rolls, chicken papaya salad, and Bún Bo Huế & also had only good things to say about their dishes! We were a bit concerned because on 2/8/20 there was a note on the door stating that they are short-staffed, so service might be slow. We weren't in a hurry, so we decided to take our chances. So glad we stayed - service was fine because it wasn't crowded just before 6:00PM. We both only had pho, but it's one of the best versions I can remember. Flavorful, large portion, and service with a smile. Their pho is like a warm, fuzzy blanket on a cold, snowy winter evening. read more

If you want good Vietnamese food, come to Saigon Pho! I've tried most of their menu items; calamari, spring/summer rolls, noodle dishes, Pho's, rice dishes, avocado smoothies, desserts, and so far nothing has disappointed me. I left a review a year ago and had no complaints. This time the food was decent but my Pho-Tom broth tasted different. My biggest issue was the service. When you enter there is a sign that states there are experiencing a staff shortage and they apologize for slow service. The problem though is when the servers are hanging out at the register with one another and never checking up on their tables. You can't blame a staffing shortage for bad service like that. Our server came over, dropped water off, and left. Then a few minutes later just asked if we were ready to order with no other pleasantries. She never came back to check on us even once. In fact she and the other server were just standing around talking by the register for the majority of our meal. Another server came by once to refill our water and just give us the bill. The food prices have gone up and the quality of product isn't the same but the service is horrible. Not sure when and if I'll be back. read more

The Pho is amazing, and the portions are large. Service is great and fast. Awesome lunch spot.

I've come back a few times and I do have to say that I am pleasantly surprised that the pho has been on pointe. Flavors are great and perfect for the cold weather. I even craved their pho in the middle of the summer because it was that good. My guess is that when I initially came here roughly 5 years ago, they may have had an off day or had a different recipe. I would definitely recommend this local place for pho. In regards to other items, the summer rolls are good but the chicken nuggets/balls are hit or miss (they're good but unfortunately had a few that were ice cold on the inside). Also, staff is friendly. Ambiance is the same and hasn't changed much over the years but it's clean. read more

Happened to see this on my travels. Saw there were some solid reviews and convinced the wife to pop in for an early dinner. I had the beef special noodle soup (pho) and was enraptured by the flavors. Oh man, sliced beef, meatballs, tripe, and tendons in every bite. The broth at the bottom of the bowl was the perfect wrap up to the meal. It was so good, I ordered two Banh Mi Sai Gon for the road home. Reasonably priced, and the owner, Long, was such a nice guy, checking in on our meal and taking a few moments to talk. Definitely, DEFINITELY recommend. read more
