He was nice and asked what I wanted and did his best to accommodate my requests. I am happy with it, definitely going back. 100/10 recommend!

I called for an appointment and the man I spoke with was making jokes when we talked about appointment times. made me smile. I went in and this place was beautiful! The woman that did my pedicure was so nice. She made sure I was comfortable, showed me how to use the chair remote, and didn't rush me when I took a while to choose a color. everything was very sanitary. Tools were individually wrapped in sterile packets which I really appreciated especially for feet tools! I will be returning when I'm due for my next pedi. It was a wonderful experience!

Tina was VERY rude. She was rushing even though no one was even waiting there was just myself and one other person both getting pedicures. She kept cutting and hurting me yet would get severely annoyed if I winced or squirmed. She also got annoyed when I ask for a second coat of glitter. I didn't tip much because the service was so bad and she snatched the receipt from me. Her husband seems nice, doesn't talk much but has better energy and vibe. Her work was only subpar, especially for how passively aggressive and rude she was (eye rolling, loud sighs, the whole nine yards.) Won't be going back ever though.

She did a horrible job did not massage my feet did not file any nail and could not clean it up it looks sloppy and she was on the phone the whole time could not attend to me its rude to the customer and not to mention how expensive it is here 36 $I don't recommend this place.

My sister gave me a gift certificate for mani/pedi. My first time here, it was a delightful time with conversations & laughter! Tina's laughter is so happy. Appointments make it better, they don't have lots of people waiting around. This place is decorated so nice, I thought they just opened but they've been there 3 yrs! It's so clean & fresh. Tommy did an amazing job! I flew in from Chicago and two of my nails chipped. Needed them to be fixed before a concert; but I didn't want to pay 100 plus for a place on the strip. This place was highly rated and he had me in and out within 45 minutes. Wish this salon was back in Chicago. read more

An impromptu visit led me to this location & i couldn't be happier! Tommy was my nail tech & he was very gentle & very precise. My nails look awesome! The place itself is very very clean & has great design. Had an overall pleasant experience. Once my nails were done i got to sit under a fan that was attached to a long table. Very unique. DO NOT COME HERE. i was a consistent client of theirs until recently. as time went on they became very rude and would do a half ass job and expect you not to say anything about their messy mistakes. Yesterday i went in for a pedicure no polish just a clean up and paid 35$ and today woke up with a swollen big toe that got infected from their equipment. when i called today they had me come back in. tommy was very rude to me and denied a refund then proceeded to try to tell me that it wasn't an infection it was just my nail.I asked why my nail would get purple and red and he said he would cut it. i then told him no thank you, that i didn't want any of their services. He said that wasn't him and that he would not give me any sort of refund which is NOT okay. read more

First visit was great second visit I am highly disappointed my French tips came out extremely thick and my nails are different shapes and all I got was a gel mani and pedi and honestly was surprised I paid 53 for each service when last time I was serviced the price was different I only paid 30 for my gel mani so I'm confused as to how it went up another $23 in the matter of two weeks I will never go back highly upset and disappointed with my service messed my birthday with these ugly nails read more

The best pedicure experience ever! Tina was absolutely fabulous and my toes have never felt or looked better! Their salon is very attractive and clean and the atmosphere is very relaxing. I tried them out for the first time a few months ago and I have continued to go back every few weeks, as needed. Before going here, I had never had the polish from a pedicure last more than one or two weeks without something chipping or coming off completely. With Tina, my pedicure polish lasts weeks. I let my toes go for over 5 weeks one time and except for the nail growth, the polish was as perfect as the day they were done. If you're looking for a new nail salon, I would definitely recommend giving them a shot. You will not be disappointed! read more

So happy I found this New Nails & Spa! Tommy did a full set of nails for me for my work Holiday party coming up in a few days. I had some ideas I found that I wanted and showed Tommy. He did a great job as my nails are beautiful, what I wanted, and a work of art! The salon is spotless clean and a very nice pleasant atmosphere. They have very nice equipment along with top notch pedicure massage chairs. They also have 2 of the nicest and cutest pedicure chairs I have ever seen for kids. One is pink and one is like a blue turquoise. Everything is is so nice and new. The selection of polishes, colors and types is impressive. The photos of the nails, nail art and all the work they have done is impressive and really quality, beautiful, talented work. I will definitely be back and I recommend this business! Very nasty man working there. Made an appointment at 12:30pm for 4:00pm. I had to cancel due to dinner reservations at 5:30pm for Valentine's Day. I called at 2:15 and spoke to a woman, apologized for having to cancel and then I get a call at 4:07 from this nasty man who told me "no you didn't call" I told him I did he repeated himself nastier the 2nd time and hung up. I looked at my recent calls which confirmed I did call and cancel. I will never go to that salon and deal with nasty people. You lost a potential client. read more

So I came here a few weeks ago to get my nails done and the girl that did my nails was amazing, I tipped her $20. Today was my only day off and I decided to get a pedicure.. I work 2 jobs in the service industry and understand that dealing with the public can be hard. I always speak politely and understand sometimes we all have a bad day. This is my first negative Yelp review EVER! Throughout the pedicure the woman kept aggressively moving my foot when I did not understand the position she needed me to put it in. I understand that there is sometimes a language barrier, but twisting and hitting my foot while rolling her eyes is unacceptable. Physically hurting me when I don't understand, is very unprofessional. read more

The salon is super clean, small, and really inviting. I went in about four weeks ago as a walk in around 4:30 on a Sunday and was taken right away. No wait at all. My skin has become really sensitive over the past few years, so I have to be careful with nail services. The last place I went to didn't really understand that, so I came in a little nervous. I started with a pedicure with no polish and no cutting, just cleaning and filing, and T followed that exactly. He also gave me one of the best leg and foot massages I've had in a long time. Then came my hands. I wanted something over my natural nails and asked about hybrid options. I explained all my concerns to Emily, the technician, who is amazing. She really listened, walked me through different options, and made it clear that if I felt any discomfort at all we would stop immediately. She was so careful the entire time. Every single step. She made sure not a drop of product touched my skin. I'm sure this ended up being one of the longest French manicures she's ever done, but she never rushed me or made me feel like a problem. She told me there's a two week guarantee on French manicures and to come back if anything chipped, but it's been four weeks and they still look beautiful. I drive all the way from Downtown just to see him, and tbh I'd follow him anywhere. Lux Nails Spa is his own shop right on Horizon close to the freeway so it's really easy to get to. He has done all the Interior work all by himself, and it looks great! So clean and nice! Dong can do it all. I used to have really really long stiletto nails and would often get custom nail art. Now I have to have short nails, but he still makes them look perfect. For the level of talent in the nail art, the price is VERY good. I usually just let him decide what to do with my nails, but if I ever bring in an idea or picture he's really great at making it happen. I would call or text Dong to make an appointment because it's mostly just him at the shop, and he books up fast. However there's usually another person there to take walk ins if he's not available. He's got acrylic, gel x, builder gel, dipping powder, and whatever else there is out there. He keeps up with the latest trends. With the amount of Gen Z nail-fluencers out there charging a crazy amount for pretty basic nails, you're way better off coming to see Dong. His prices are always fair and the personal care you get is priceless.

If I could give 10 stars I would! I've been waiting for months for Tommy to open! I won't get my nails done by anyone else! Perfect EVERY time! Tommy has been doing my nails for years and I have never been disappointed. Tina does wonderful manis, pedis and waxing. She has a great sense of humor and makes you feel at home and relaxed. The shop is beautiful and immaculate; they have integrated the COVID protocols wonderfully, it seems more "natural", not like other places that make it clear that barriers were thrown up just because they were mandatory. If you're a customer of ANY of the other nail shops in the area, give this place a try! I guarantee you'll never go back to your old place! The prices are very reasonable, too! read more

I walked in today to try them out for the first time. I was seen within 20 minutes. I had a complete gel pedi and fill with powder and design in less than 1.5 hour. Everyone was so polite. Apologized about the wait time since they were busy but still fit me in. I showed the nail tech a picture and she executed the design to perfection.
