This was my first time visiting this nail salon, and from the moment I walked in, I was impressed! The salon is very clean, smells wonderful, and has such a beautiful and relaxing ambiance. Most importantly, I am extremely happy with my nails! Julia did an amazing job--she is truly talented and takes pride in what she does. I highly recommend Julia if you're looking for someone who is professional, talented, and pays attention to detail. I promise you won't be disappointed! I will definitely be coming back. read more

The Polished Lounge - Nail Salons Near Me - Henderson, Nevada

I had 2 appointments within 2 days. Their salon is appointment only. The salon is super cute and decorated wonderfully. I had a gel manicure and the only thing that turned me off was that she didn't soak my cuticles and now they are dry and the skin near my cuticles are starting to peel. The polish is cracking as well. The pedicure was a great experience. The Technician was very happy and gentle with my feet. She was sensitive to me being a diabetic. read more

The Polished Lounge - Cracking cuticles and peeling skin - Nail Salons Near Me - Henderson, Nevada

The pedicure was awful. Did not smooth my feet like other salons have done. Got a full set of acrylics and looked like it was done by a kindergartener. Had to go to another salon right after that appt for them to fix the terrible job that was done. I would definitely steer clear of this place! read more

Marie is wonderful! Clean and very professional. Great variety of products and the dry pedicure is pure heaven

The things I liked about this lounge was that it was local, easy parking, and very friendly staff. I was not personally satisfied with my pedicure. It had nothing to do with the location, but maybe just the skill set of the technician. She did not do a good job properly exfoliating. Also when she painted my toenails, she hit one with the fan and had to start over on one toe. It was still not completely dry when I left and I had to go home and fix it myself. I would definitely like to give the location another try, but I would not want the same technician. My friend had her toes done at the same time, and was very satisfied with the results. read more

The Polished Lounge - My husband getting his manicure - Nail Salons Near Me - Henderson, Nevada

I wanted to try somewhere new to get my nails done so I looked up nail salons in Henderson. I came across The Polished Lounge so I decided to book an appointment for a Gel Manicure. When I got there I was not greeted with a warm welcome but just a few stares. I was told my Nail tech would be Cherrish. Once seated, I needed to have her remove my old polish. She literally took 30 minutes to remove them, then she asked if I wanted them trimmed which I said yes. She trimmed them but never filed them down so they felt sharp on the tips? Once we got to the polish, I picked the colors I wanted and then she proceeded to polish them. I really wanted some nail art but she took so long with the process that I decided I wouldn't get the art done. They looked nice, but the gel polish chipped on both thumbs after just 2 days. I'm assuming she didn't do a good job, or the gel was old? I called the Tuesday and got the receptionist to advise her about the situation. She was pleasant and apologized for the situation. I asked for a manager but was told she was busy which I understood. No one ever called me back? I reached out to Cherrish and was told to call the Salon and they'll take care of it? Apparently Cherrish only works a few days week so she wasn't able to fix what I paid for. I will never go back there or recommend this place to anyone. read more

Today was my first visit and Stephanie and Maria are absolutely wonderful. I needed to have my old set of Gelx removed and then wanted nail art. Stephanie told me that my natural nails were healthy and strong and recommended just doing the gel on my natural nails. I loved that she did what was right to keep my nails healthy. She is also AMAZING at nail art. Highly recommend these ladies read more

At first they seemed great, but when we decided to switch to gel x it took over 3 hours to take off acrylics bounced us between several techs and then proceeded to charge us each $120!!! Complete ripoff. Pedicure was mediocre at best, probably the worst I've ever had. Had high hopes for them, some of the ladies are nice but that won't get you far when the price gouging happens or an unhappy nail tech doing your pedicure. read more

I was so happy to return after being away for a few months. It's nice to be able to walk in and know you'll walk out happy! I was also excited to learn they now offer waxing and massage. Makes it easy on my self-care routine to have everything in one place. read more

Had an appt at 10:30am for an eyebrow wax. Waited over 20 minutes and ended up leaving. Happy I did because I found T&N nails across the street and they promptly handled my requested service. Very disappointed in how this location manages their appts and will never return. read more

Incredible! Everything you could want. My 90 year old Mom and I went for mani/pedi day. They treated us like family. Kind, thorough and beautiful results. Thank you so much. The music is great and the chairs are sooo comfortable. We'll make this a monthly event. This is the only place to go for mani/pedi or esthetic services. read more

Love this salon. Friendly staff, clean shop and good prices. Demi does a great job on my nails. Definitely recommend them. .

My first visit was yesterday....I don't normally leave reviews...but I want this salon to be here as long as I am (selfishly). It's not often these days that you get what you expect, no less, more than that. Thus, the review. I had the good luck to find a professional that understands nails, nail beds, cuticles, skin, and, on top of that, reads temperament and taste. I'm in. Call Stephanie 702 268 7514 read more

I got a mani pedi. the pedicure was nice. it was pretty good. the mani, however, was not. not only did it look nothing like the reference photo, but i got an infection in some places where i was nicked. the skin around my nails turned yellow and crusty, like dried puss. i've never had this happen before when getting a mani. staff is very polite and nice but i will not be returning for this reason. read more
