I live about 30 minutes away from Jazz Nails and have been coming here for the past 5 years. Unfortunately, today I experienced a very unprofessional situation with a nail technician. During my service, she repeatedly hurt me. I made her aware several times, and although she would smile and say "sorry," she continued the same way. At one point, she turned to her coworker and spoke in her language, which made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I also felt pressured to switch to gel polish, even though I prefer to change my toe polish every 2-3 weeks. I didn't appreciate being pushed into a service I didn't ask for. After finishing, she tried to put my sandals on for me, but I asked if my nails were dry. She said they weren't, so I chose to wait until they fully dried before putting my shoes on. Overall, this visit was disappointing compared to my past experiences.

Hey Yelpers! From time to time I like to go with my wife for what I call "footwork." You might know it as a pedicure. She's been coming to Jazz Nails for a while. I really like this place. It is rather large, with about 20 pedi stations and an equal number of manicure spots also. There are TVs on both walls playing sports and other shows, as well as music playing in the background. My technician was excellent. I have had this done in a while so it took some work. The package I picked included a citrus rub and cucumber wrap. All of the different parts of the process were fun and relaxing. When it was done, my feet looked and felt great. I would come back for sure. My wife also loves her nails. Hey Yelp friends!! This is my favorite spot to get my hands and feet pampered. I love my nail lady Katy. She is very talented and she can do pretty much anything I ask for with just a picture. My gel nails usually last a long time. I try to go every 2-3 weeks but sometimes as a teacher I get busy and put it off a little longer. The quality and strength of my nails is a testament to the quality of products they use. I am always impressed with the friendly staff, relaxing, and pampering vibe at this salon. They have a front desk check in receptionist and she is a sweetheart. I even take my hubby in occasionally for a pedicure. He loves it!! They have so many colors and options for services. They have been remodeling and so it all looks brand new inside. It is a better use of the space for sure. Parking is easy and they have many TV screens playing different shows to watch and fun music to enjoy while you are getting pampered. I love Katy and I love Jazz Nail lounge. Check it out!

The third and last time I went there for a fill was such an awful experience. The nail technician complained & whined about how many colors I wanted for my design (mind you I'm paying $72 for this FILL). The design I wanted was multiple colors, but it was just a simple line design. She executed it very poorly. I was so sad & disappointed that I just left only tipping $2. I removed my nails a week later & now I have the ring of fire on every single one of my nails due to their poor workmanship. Also would like to add that I did submit a poor review after my visit & I got an extremely fast automated response which showed me that they probably get a lot of complaints & need an automatic system for it. No one followed up with me. Very unprofessional. Don't waste your money here, they will destroy your natural nails & charge a million dollars for it.

I had such a fantastic experience at Jazz Nails! I booked with Katie, and she is truly an artist. Her attention to detail is unmatched--my nails are perfectly shaped, and the French tips are so precise. She took her time to make sure everything was flawless. If you're looking for a nail tech in Henderson who really cares about the quality of her work, go see Katie!

I didn't have a great experience during my visit here. The hot stone pedicure was disappointing. I've had the same service here before and it was great, but this time it wasn't. I also wasn't asked if I wanted gel polish, and it was applied anyway, so I then had to have it removed. The massage felt lackluster, and the technician kept watering down everything he used, including the lotion. At one point, my legs were wet from this. My ombré full set was okay. A few mistakes had to be fixed, but worse I ended up leaving with my skin bleeding.

They did a terrible job on my nails! The length and shape of the nails don't match! The nails are so tough around the edges, didn't clean up around the nail at all! I didn't even get oil at the end to mask how terrible they look!

Kelly did an awesome job! I just got a classic gel pedi and she took her time and was so detailed . Will be coming back with her

They have the option of builder gel which is not always available in all nail salons. They are somewhat newly renovated and the owner and son are some of the sweetest people. Great local spot! This is the only place I go for pedicures. Over the past year or so they have updated their interior and greatly improved the aesthetics which I believe improves the experience. I've had a few technicians but Riko is the best hands down! She's super personable and always does an amazing job read more

today since moving was the first time I had to go to a new salon and I really don't recommend nail forum on st rose . jazz nails is the only nail salon I've gone to where I didn't feel pressured to get a gel pedicure a lot of people hate the pressure to get that at other salons but they never do that to me I only ever have to say no once to them and that's okay ! Here they always give me what i ask and because of that I always come back and now I know I will be driving the extra time to always come here ! read more

Fantastic nail lounge! They have really updated the place in the last couple of years. Always clean and fresh, always friendly, great nail service, but by far the very best pedicures. I was recently in for their new "King & Queen Pedicure". I wasn't really sure what to expect from the hot wax and steam, but WOW! What a lovely experience! Mimi took her time and gave the very best massage I have ever received with a pedicure. My feet and legs were so soft and smooth and I was completely relaxed. It is a definite must try. Jennifer, the lady who does Waxing and manicures did an awful, horrible job on my facial Waxing today! I have anjob interview coming up and she had attitude and did a horrible job on my waxing!Waxing!! I spent 30 min in my car cleaning up my eyebrows (which she should have done) and trying to get my eyebrows presentable. I am not recommending this place for Waxing. She was rude to me because I asked her to put a clean paper lining on the lounger- not friendly good service. This place has changed Waxing girls several times and I was happy with the service the last 5 years coming here but NOT today!! I paid $15 and feel it was a waste!! I told the cashier guy I was not happy with the service and he knew it. Not coming here anymore!!! Time to find a new place with friendly, kind & Good service. read more

After doing Judo for years the need to get a pedicure on a monthly basis is a requirement. I know it doesn't seem like a manly thing to do, but good feet equals good health; right? This place is clean, maintained well, in a good area and priced very reasonably. Jennifer is awesome and gives a great pedicure. If you're a dude with nasty feet or a woman looking to keep your feet maintained, definitely HIT this place up. It does get super busy, so call ahead and make an appointment. Updated review 2025/ 04 Sadly there was a tech who was a bit careless & hurt my cuticles/ cutting me. I was not favorable to the lack of care for the customer by this tech (no padding no helping dust off the hands nada). I sincerely thank them for giving me the discount for my nails but I did not like them and ended up soaking them off anyways. I have since then gone to another nail tech and plan to stay with her. My other review is still valid just ended up with a bad tech (did not honor my requested tech). Sad but happens. read more

I absolutely love Jazz Nails for my pedicures, the only place I'll go while in Henderson. The new setup inside is gorgeous and feels so fancy. They're quick and efficient and do such a good job. This was my first time at this nail salon and omg I love it! It's down the street from my house and usually I'm very picky about my nails but they did an amazing job. The place was so cute and nicely decorated and very clean. The staff were very friendly. Ashlee was the one who did my nails and she did a great job. There were no wait times because they had many staff. The price was very affordable. The other place quoted me $55 for the same service. So I'm glad I came here :) read more

At one point, another tech had to use Google Translate just to help us communicate which o my made things worse( I should have left at that point!). The first photo is what I asked for, and the second is what I actually got... it's honestly a huge difference. What a letdown. Never coming back. Beware.

It was $42 for the standard all in one, plus $5 for the nail art. $62 for the gel all in one, plus $5 for the nail art. The massage chairs were nice. They all wear gloves which makes the massage part less relaxing and I think my daughter may have not gotten the "extra massage". They have a stamp to save money but they don't give you a stamp unless you pay cash. They give one stamp for every $40 in cash. Next time I think I may just try the classic and not the all in one.

I've been a client at this salon for approximately two years and this evening I was told by my…read moretechnician that she would no longer provide me with service. I was 5 minutes late for my appointment and I was told that she had an emergency with her son and had to leave. This was untrue, as she was there and told me herself that she just didn't want to provide me with service. She indicated that I reschedule too often and it's creating a problem for her and her schedule. I do reschedule due to my work schedule; however, I reschedule at least 24 hours prior and I am a regular customer that patronized this salon every 3 to 4 weeks. That being said, if rescheduling was a problem for her, all she had to do was communicate this to me. I would have thought that over the time that I've been her client that she would have been comfortable enough with me to do so. The front staff also indicated that she would no longer see me because I was a no show for several appointments. This is untrue. I was NEVER a no show. I was later told if i was late that I would be coded as a no show. That's completely different than not showing for an appointment. I will say that I may run 5 to 10 minutes late on occasion as I come to the salon directly from work; however, I have also waited for her patiently while she has run late with other clients. On one occasion the reception area was short staffed and it took an hour and a half to have my service completed because she kept leaving to assist with other customers. I was understanding and waited patiently. On another occasion I was 20 minutes late for an appointment; however, when I arrived I acknowledge that I was extremely late and asked if I should reschedule and I was told by the front staff and the technician that it was fine. All of this is to say that I was extremely humiliated by the staff at this salon this evening. The situation could have been resolved with proper communication. If she would have communicated with me that I was creating a problem with her schedule and potential compensation, I would have been completely receptive to her. I can honestly say this was one of the absolute worst customer experiences that I've ever had and I'm completely disheartened that this is deemed an acceptable way to treat a loyal customer. I've always been kind and respectful and the way I was treated was inexcusable.. Per the response to the owner, Patrick. Without question I had no intention of returning to an establishment that justifies treating a client the way that I was treated. I was always kind and respectful. Lynn is an amazing technician. Her work is impeccable; however, when her and the front desk staff were caught in the lie that Lynn had "just left" they became defensive and in turn told me she would no longer service me. I wish the salon the best; however, future clients should take note that you are a number to this salon and any loyalty or kindness that you extend is meaningless.

He checked me in and showed me these books of different colors that I could choose for my pedicure. I did have an appointment already scheduled. Don was my nail technician and he did a great job. He was very thorough and did a great job with the foot massage. He didn't speak much but that's okay. He did a great job of what he was supposed to do and trimmed and polished my toenails and I would go back to see him again. The space is very chill and welcoming and they have three or four TVs going at the same time with no volume on, and they have music playing in the background that's not too loud, rather very laid-back music. I saw some customers getting bottled water out of a fridge but I don't know if that's offered to everyone or just certain clients. It also looks like they have some kind of membership where you get discounts and I'm not sure about that either. I did not ask about that. On May 21st, I came in for a full set and a pedicure before leaving for a trip. During my appointment, I noticed the shape of my nails looked uneven and mentioned it several times. I was told they looked fine, despite the fact that each nail appeared to be a different shape and size. I also requested regular polish on my toes but gel polish was started instead. When I pointed out my concerns again, I was told only one nail was an issue and that there wasn't enough time to fix the rest. I decided to leave and move on, but the very next day my pinky nail snapped in half while I was simply cooking and opening a cabinet. Because I was leaving town that day, I returned right when the salon opened. I was initially told to come back the next day, which wasn't possible, and then was asked to return an hour later. When I came back, the broken nail was repaired, but it was noticeably thicker than the others. I also pointed out again that several nails were uneven and that one thumb wasn't fully painted. I was told the manager was on vacation, but that when I returned from my trip the set would be redone at no cost since the issues were the salon's mistake. After returning from vacation, I called to schedule the promised correction. Unfortunately, I was met with a rude response, was told there was nothing they could do, and that I should have had the nails fixed before leaving--even though I had already attempted to do exactly that and had been assured they would be redone when I returned. Mistakes happen, and I understand that. What disappointed me most was not the initial service, but the lack of consistency, accountability, and customer service after I repeatedly tried to address the issues. I truly wanted to give the salon the opportunity to make things right, but unfortunately that never happened.

I made an appointment and when I got there the group of six at the door said they had an appointment also but had been waiting over an hour. I got a confirmation text for my eyebrow wax and pedicure, and after waiting 30 minutes the lady said they can not do eyebrow wax. I know that there were probably a lot of people coming in, but that should not have changed the way they operate business with their appointments. They were being greedy and were taking all the walk ins thinking they could be quick and that messed things up for the people with appointments. They should have had it posted on the door no waxing. I just wanted a simple 2-tone ombre. I went to one place and the tech didn't know how to do it. I don't think she knew how to do gel because she even messed that up. I came across *Jazz Nails Lounge* and requested the ombre and everyone was trained and knows what they're doing! Tai took care of me to fix my nails and do as I requested. Worst place to go. Went in to get a pedicure and nail polish change and the girl that was doing my nails kept saying yes to every person that walked in and forgot that she still had to do my nails.
