I took my daughter here for Mother/daughter pedicures for her 10th birthday. The salon was clean and relaxing. The three woman working were all friendly. They didn't have a child's pedicure option. We both got All in One Pedicures. I sprung the extra $20 for mine to be gel. Hers is standard. It was $42 for the standard all in one, plus $5 for the nail art. $62 for the gel all in one, plus $5 for the nail art. The massage chairs were nice. They all wear gloves which makes the massage part less relaxing and I think my daughter may have not gotten the "extra massage". They have a stamp to save money but they don't give you a stamp unless you pay cash. They give one stamp for every $40 in cash. Next time I think I may just try the classic and not the all in one. read more

It is me again! Today I went in for a pedicure and full set acrylic nails. Everything was perfect, I'm very picky with how nail techs leave my almond shape and today I was very pleased again. Even though i was sad to hear that lani no longer works there (i hope she comes back) I was taken care by Anna who was amazing and very perfectionist with her work! I came here to get my nails fixed after they were shoddily done at a different salon. I walked in right after I got off work, was able to be serviced, and was sat down practically right as I walked in. I asked the gal if they were able to do the cat eye gel design/technique (i think its called "glass nails"?) and while it wasn't exactly what I wanted, it's pretty dang close. When it was time to work on my nails, the nail gal took one look at them and she was even horrified at the state of my nails. She quickly got to work and fixed my nails in no time. I came here to relax and they just rushed through and no one else was here except my mom and me. I do like that it's easy to locate and parking was good. So my daughter and I got pedicure and both full sets. My tech cut or pulled something on my toes twice, I bleed. My daughter's tech was great, no cuts on her pedi. She kept looking at me to see if I was uncomfortable after, then she pours alcohol or something or course it burns and she checks again for discomfort. I ask for a fullset and have a picture in mind from their own creations from another customer. I ask for the same color and one design that was a snake gem. She says no they don't have it and they can't do it. I tell her it's on your website. So of course they find the snake gem. Mind you I am observing this huge multi white drawer which I assume has a bunch of decor stuff. So I get my nails done, and the part where the gem comes into place. She has a gem that has a design that with a dangle gem at the end, I ask her if she has another design because of my work. She goes to the drawer and picks a whole different color. I tell her no, I don't like these does she have another gem or design in the same color scheme. She says "no". I am thinking the other lady that works there showed a box with gem designs in the same color. And I ask AGAIN if she has another color and no again. Then I ask if she has rhinestones in the same color she says no again. At that point I am pissed and tell her no, I am done and no more. How are you going to tell me you have no gems in the same color when your whole Yelp reviews have SEVERAL designs and gems and rhinestones. I knew what I was asking for, and I was not trying to make it exactly like the picture besides the snake gem. I don't know what her problem was but if she wanted extra for more gems, money was not a problem. My daughter's tech on the other hand did a excellent job on her nails and was quick. I couldn't say the same for my tech. read more

I had the older lady her name started with an L I just don't remember it. She was extremely nice and kind but my pedicure and nails were awful and rushed through. I had to go home and fix them myself. And my feet were peeling after the pedicure, either chemicals were too harsh or equipment wasn't clean. I won't be back. read more

My dad was in dire need of a pedicure after being in the hospital for the previous few months and The Nail Arts was able to get both him and myself in the same day that we called, actually 30 minutes later! Since it is relatively close to our house, this was ideal. Showed up and actually had the door open for us by the owner's son, who was manning the front desk. My dad was using a walker and they were more than patient and extremely helpful while he was getting seated in the chair and his feet in the foot bath. They asked us what temperature we wanted the water to be, showed us how to use the chair massager, and asked us if we wanted some water. My dad went first and although he originally wanted to do the basic pedicure, after talking to pedicurist, he decided to add on the callous removing treatment, which he greatly needed. I did not add that part on to mine. Both of us got a foot soak, nail trim, sugar scrub and massage on our feet and legs, and each of us opted out of polish. The owner of the salon actually took care of me and was extremely gentle with just the right amount of pressure when needed and provided good conversation during the whole process. Overall, their prices are very competitive and a bit cheaper than most places which I definitely appreciate. I think it was $35 for the basic pedicure and an extra $5 for the callous removal. The place was clean, quiet, and bright and came with all of the late 90's-2000's early boy band music videos you could ask for haha. We both enjoyed it so much, I actually bought my dad a gift card here for his birthday. read more

I prefer a thinner line.. I rlly didn't feel like saying anything l bc I just needed my feet done imperatively, hence why i got a reg gel pedi. almost cried in there today. Repeatedly asked the pedicure lady to not scrub the polish off my skin with the nail file cause it was hurting me. Asked 5x and she kept doing it. Then I repeatedly asked for square toes. She cut my nails with the pliers so they were cut down very short to where my skin was getting filed. Another lady fixed the file to a more square shape but again they were already so low. No discount or apology was given or anything. Terrible experience.
