I booked my daughter an appointment at 4;15 8/04 for her 16th birthday , my husband took her. They both complained at how unprofessional Chen was. The ladies were arguing about who gets the next client due the fact that it's been slow. Then Chen the nail tech cut my daughter and blamed it on her for moving when she was paying attention to the other girls and watching the weakest link. She didn't even touch her cuticles she claimed that they are attached to her skin , which is lie. She also cut my daughter and was blaming her and complaining because she couldn't get it to stop bleeding. Another man had to come and help it to stop bleeding. The manicure looks like my daughter did her own nails. I will never allow my daughters because I have two and only sent one to come back. I'll take my money for my girls to another salon. All in all this was a horrible 16th birthday experience for my daughter Italia. read more

$95 dollars for a basic pedicure and gel manicure with white tips. Don't get me wrong, everyone was friendly and nice but I only chose the $30 pedicure and I asked for a simple white tips which the lady said "I'll try". To me it's kinda basic and I don't think it was hard to do as I didn't ask for acrylic and kept my real nails. But I don't think the services I got today were worth $95 PLUS tip for the girl who did my nails and the girl who did my toes. I thought it was going to be cheaper as I got used to California prices but I didn't know it would more here in Vegas :'( I did call before coming and the lady on the phone was nice enough and I asked if they had any availability and she responded with "can you come now?" I then said I could be over in less than 5 minutes, which I did do. I got there and I was asked to sit down and choose a color. I waited 20 minutes to get started but I was on the verge of leaving because I wasn't sure if they were going to get to me or not since they wanted me to come "now". Thankfully, I didn't walk out and waited. It's a pretty quiet salon, they only had one tv and everyone minds their business. I would come back to this place ONLY IF, I had no other choices. The only thing that shocked me was the price they charged me. And they knew I was new there so maybe that's why they up-charged me? My social anxiety did prevent me from asking as to why I was charged that much for the basic services :/ read more

It was my birthday and I wanted to take my mom out for a quick morning mani (gel)/pedi to start the day. Called a day before to secure a reservation for us at 10:30 am. I read a bunch of great reviews raving about the co-owner Tami so I made sure to request her. *Spoiler alert: she was fantastic!* We arrived on time and were seen right away. There were a handful of other ladies in the salon- every nail tech was booked with customers constantly calling in for appointments for that day. The facility was clean and well kept with plexiglass in between each pedicure chair. Everyone was wearing masks so I felt comfortable during co-vid times. I picked a white tone for my toes and wanted something a little more abstract for my nails (white/nude abstract design.) My nails were a lot shorter than the picture I showed her, but Tami is a real artist and was able to mimic the design and make it work. I will say it was a little bizarre that there's no pricing listed upfront so you don't really know what you're getting upfront. Just ask for pricing before you start so you can keep tabs, especially if you want a design or something different. By the end of our time there, I thought pricing was pretty standard in comparison to any other salon. I'm not local, but would recommend Nailand to anyone! read more

I've only gotten my nails done by Sonny so I can't speak on anyone else I'm sure they all are great! My nails go through A LOT being in the food industry. I can't always make time off to get a fill by two weeks so it'll be a WHOLE month & my nails are still on and they've never lifted! I don't normally expect much or even care too much about pedicure quality since they're on my feet and usually only seen from several feet away (pun, hahaaa). But I appreciated the quality of Chen's work! I wish I had somewhere fancy to go that day, to wear some pretty sandals/heels. I don't particularly like to show off my feet, but when you have a really good pedicure like the one I got from Nailand, you kind of want to because it just finishes up your whole style nicely!
