I came in for the first time and was very impressed. The check-in process was modern and efficient with a computer system, and even though I didn't have an appointment, I was able to be seated within 15 minutes. I really appreciated the professionalism. It's clear this is a popular place--almost all the chairs were full when I arrived on a Thursday around noon. I got a gel pedicure and absolutely loved every relaxing minute of it. The experience was smooth, comfortable, and well done. I was also told I can book future appointments online, which I will definitely be doing. I will say it is on the pricier side, but it is absolutely worth it for the quality of service. read more

Holy moly!! I was basically a walk in and told the woman on the phone I had 1 1/2 hours before my next appointment. They did my nails gel x and my pedicure SO FAST & SO WELL!! The owner, Tammy is the sweetest nail salon owner I've ever met. Hands down. And everyone was so nice and welcoming instead of just "barking at me" when I walked in. Came to the right place! -Walk ins Welcomed -Courteous -Fast Check in I was looking for a quickie plain full set and ended up with much more and better. Right away Chen had good table courtesy and great form. I chose acrylic with Gel. She paid great attention to detail and shape across both hands. Since my work is pretty "uniform strict" I usually do a neutral beige but Chen recommended a pretty glitter coat today. I'm glad she did, I'm holiday ready. read more

$95 dollars for a basic pedicure and gel manicure with white tips. Don't get me wrong, everyone was friendly and nice but I only chose the $30 pedicure and I asked for a simple white tips which the lady said "I'll try". To me it's kinda basic and I don't think it was hard to do as I didn't ask for acrylic and kept my real nails. But I don't think the services I got today were worth $95 PLUS tip for the girl who did my nails and the girl who did my toes. I thought it was going to be cheaper as I got used to California prices but I didn't know it would more here in Vegas :'( I did call before coming and the lady on the phone was nice enough and I asked if they had any availability and she responded with "can you come now?" I then said I could be over in less than 5 minutes, which I did do. I got there and I was asked to sit down and choose a color. I waited 20 minutes to get started but I was on the verge of leaving because I wasn't sure if they were going to get to me or not since they wanted me to come "now". Thankfully, I didn't walk out and waited. It's a pretty quiet salon, they only had one tv and everyone minds their business. I would come back to this place ONLY IF, I had no other choices. The only thing that shocked me was the price they charged me. And they knew I was new there so maybe that's why they up-charged me? My social anxiety did prevent me from asking as to why I was charged that much for the basic services :/ read more

I booked my daughter an appointment at 4;15 8/04 for her 16th birthday , my husband took her. They both complained at how unprofessional Chen was. The ladies were arguing about who gets the next client due the fact that it's been slow. Then Chen the nail tech cut my daughter and blamed it on her for moving when she was paying attention to the other girls and watching the weakest link. She didn't even touch her cuticles she claimed that they are attached to her skin , which is lie. She also cut my daughter and was blaming her and complaining because she couldn't get it to stop bleeding. Another man had to come and help it to stop bleeding. The manicure looks like my daughter did her own nails. I will never allow my daughters because I have two and only sent one to come back. I'll take my money for my girls to another salon. All in all this was a horrible 16th birthday experience for my daughter Italia. read more

It was my birthday and I wanted to take my mom out for a quick morning mani (gel)/pedi to start the day. Called a day before to secure a reservation for us at 10:30 am. I read a bunch of great reviews raving about the co-owner Tami so I made sure to request her. *Spoiler alert: she was fantastic!* We arrived on time and were seen right away. There were a handful of other ladies in the salon- every nail tech was booked with customers constantly calling in for appointments for that day. The facility was clean and well kept with plexiglass in between each pedicure chair. Everyone was wearing masks so I felt comfortable during co-vid times. I picked a white tone for my toes and wanted something a little more abstract for my nails (white/nude abstract design.) My nails were a lot shorter than the picture I showed her, but Tami is a real artist and was able to mimic the design and make it work. I will say it was a little bizarre that there's no pricing listed upfront so you don't really know what you're getting upfront. Just ask for pricing before you start so you can keep tabs, especially if you want a design or something different. By the end of our time there, I thought pricing was pretty standard in comparison to any other salon. I'm not local, but would recommend Nailand to anyone! read more

Thanks to Chen!! The best pedicure I've ever had. The polish was flawless and lasted for weeks! I don't normally expect much or even care too much about pedicure quality since they're on my feet and usually only seen from several feet away (pun, hahaaa). But I appreciated the quality of Chen's work! I wish I had somewhere fancy to go that day, to wear some pretty sandals/heels. I don't particularly like to show off my feet, but when you have a really good pedicure like the one I got from Nailand, you kind of want to because it just finishes up your whole style nicely! Been going to this nail shop for about 4-5 years and even stopped at one point because while the man that owns the place is a sweetheart and does an excellent job doing nails, his wife is a beast. She's extremely rude. Rude like she hates life or maybe Black people. Pick a struggle. I've never seen her greet anyone with a smile or conduct pleasing conversations. She never acts like she is providing a service and appreciates your business, well, MY business. She never says thank you for coming or even have a good day. It got to the point where he would finish my nails and get ready to seat me with her to get them painted and I would quickly say never mind. So after a few years of customer abuse, it's apparent that she is not changing and to avoid catching an assault case I won't be back. I pass a million nail salons to get that one. So you would think every time I came in I'd be greeted with a smile, right? Wrong. But it's ok. That's the beauty of having a choice. I'll give my money to someone else who deserves it and pass on the cold shoulders and mean glares. Hope the owner goes far but he'll probably need to lose the hag first. read more

They brought us in promptly. We had the manicurists, Ku and Dianna. They made us feel at ease and relieved the tension via massages and the awkwardness of getting your nails done, in the first place. Had actual genuine conversations with us, were nice and friendly. Took they're jobs serious and worked diligently. My color was perfect and exactly what I was looking for. I would definitely come back again and will most likely be recommending Nailand, to a friend. Good job read more

Went in for a mani/pedi appt with Tami after reading reviews in yelp. Decided not to pay for a gel manicure because it was my first time and didn't want to feel like I wasted my money. Let me tell you... The basic mani lasted a full week with I chips. Polish on my toes lasted 2 and a half weeks. It's time to go visits Tami again. && Tami didn't even do my pedicure, someone else did. Sorry, don't remember their name. Highly recommended. read more
