I was looking forward to getting my nails done in a salon close to my house and prior I went to a nail salon that was by work. Accidentally got Gel X because I didn't know the nail world all that much. The first lady was so nice up until she realized I had Gel X and everything seemed to tumble from there. She was roughly handling my hands, chipped my nails and didn't even get everything off. The second lady was nice but her painting skills weren't that great. It was sheer in some places and globs on the other. The reference picture, I admit had small tiny flowers and the third person was nice about it but even when I said he could make the flowers bigger, it just looked sloppy. Couldn't even get it redone because I had work as soon as I was done. Hated it and decided to get press-ons from Target.

I was looking forward to getting my nails done in a salon close to my house and prior I went to a nail salon that was by work. Stopped in for a walk-in pedicure. Danny was available to doll up my toes for me! Refreshments are available free of charge and staff offered many times, so thoughtful! This is my go to salon for pedicures. They typically have time for me as a walk in on a Sunday or evening during the week. The nail technicians are always polite. They never try to upsell you on services. They do ask if you want to upgrade or add on, but it is never pushy. The facility is clean. I always leave with my toes looking fresh and ready for any shoe or event :) read more

I called in advance asking if they were accepting walk-ins for a full set n he asked what time i would be there, once i got there i was greeted kindly and proceeded to show my nail inspo pic (last picture) and he got straight to work picking out the colors. Every step he made sure i liked what was being done and got me out of there within an hour and a half! Awesome quick service will be coming back in the future :3 (price was $100) read more

Yup! This is the one! I can say that from beginning to end the whole experience was amazing! I called and was able to get an appointment the same day. I came in and right away was able to start one of the most relaxing pedicures ever, with an even better foot massage! My daughter wanted to tag along and get her nails done too and the girl who did them was super sweet and patient with my daughter's "I want multiple colors in a pattern" request. LOL Then my nails were the cherry on top, soo pretty too! This was exactly like the Pinterest picture! I am officially a regular, even after needing to take these acrylics off for my nursing clinicals. I'll be back for mani/pedis for sure! read more

Jay is the best, and he does the best work. Very thorough with his work and super sweet. The guy next to jay is also amazing and does great work as well. they have one nail tech who doesn't even know how to do nails and messes them up everytime doesnt even know how to apply acrylic or shape the nails to where I had to switch to a different nail tech and stay an extra hour and a half for him to fix the "work" the previous guy did. read more

Love coming here. Don't really need an appt because they accept walk ins. However, if you would like to be tended to right away. Make an appt. Been coming here for the last 3 years. Parking lot is small due to McDonald's and the little coffee shop that's next to SL. Never had not one bad experience. read more

I've come to this salon for years, and continue to do so even though I live on the opposite side of town. Why? Jay does the best ombré acrylic around and provides the best service - every time. I highly recommend this nail & spa. The staff was very friendly. It's a nice & clean environment. You can do online appointments but they also take walks in. Jay was the man to do my nails, he did exactly what I asked. I'm in love with his work & the patience he had getting every detail right. He didn't cut me. Didn't make me feel uncomfortable. He was super friendly, takes his time, likes the challenges, & I'm definitely gonna go back to him. A hood friend of mine recommended him & im very pleased with my nails. If 0 stars was an option that would be my rate. first, let's say how I used to come in the salon all the time and get my nails done by Jay super nice guy. Definitely great at what he does. Now back two days ago I called because I haven't been in in a while and asked if their prices on their website were still accurate to the prices in store and the guy spoke with on the phone informed me yes, so I come in today with no appointment just a walk-in let them know that I need my nails soaked and a full set, this lady takes me to a seat. Wait about five minutes for her to come back with a towel and proceeds to look for clippers to take my nails off now she found the clippers to use, but grabbed them out of the drawer next to hers and had already what it looked like another clients particles on it. She grabs another clipper and starts to take my nails off with the clippers and starts with my pinky, then splits my pinky nail in half and is now bleeding at that point I was pissed off I said could you do a soak off she said oh $20, well why didn't you tell me that before you started clipping my nails off knowing that I could do that at home so then I informed her I call two days ago and asked the guy about the prices and walked out. read more

Went here for acrylics. My nails lifted within 3 hours of my appointment. I contacted the salon and told them I wanted my money back. Spoke with Jay - he was very pleasant. When I came in to get my refund, they made me file off my nail polish and chopped off the acrylic. They told me I wouldn't get my refund if I didn't let them do this. The man who filed off my nails began yelling at me angrily. He wasn't even the guy who originally did my nails!! I was told my acrylics are lifting because my nails "go downward". I've been getting acrylics for 7 years - this has never happened. Save yourself a disappointment and go somewhere else. read more

Haven't been here in about two years, I remember loving my nails but wow over time it's gottah dirty in that salon, and the workers are rude. After my $45 plain pedi I had to leave and not even bother to get my nails done. I see other reviews say how clean that salon is but I highly have to disagree. read more

This is one of the prettiest manicures I've ever gotten but at the same time my pedicure was sub par, I had to come home and file my nails so they were somewhat straight. I appreciate the attention to detail on my nails though! I'm sure I'll give them another shot because the staff was friendly - just be sure to give them enough time. A gel manicure and a regular pedicure took 2 hours which is longer than most places I've been. read more

I went home and used a cold cream to scrub my brows to try to get it all off. Thankfully they began to fade and look more normal. But I cannot express enough how awful this technician and service was.

I went in and explained what I wanted done. At first, I felt her trimming my eyebrows with scissors. I noticed she was trimming the top because my eyebrow hairs do grow upward a little, and I'm used to that being done at other threading places. But then I started feeling her trim the bottom of my eyebrows, and I could hear her clipping on my left eyebrow specifically. After that, she stopped and didn't really trim the other brow. The bottom of my eyebrows usually never gets trimmed, so this already felt unusual to me. She then started threading, and I did feel like she was taking off more hair than usual. Mind you, my eyebrows were not overgrown at all because I had already gotten them threaded somewhere else about 3-4 weeks ago. They still had a nice shape, so realistically this appointment should have just been a cleanup. Once she finished and brushed my eyebrows down a bit, they honestly looked okay at first glance when she showed me. However, today when I went to put gel in my eyebrows and lightly shape them the way I normally do, I immediately noticed blunt cuts. I tried styling them, but the hair on the bottom is now too short because too much was cut off. It honestly looks like I'm missing hair in certain spots because of how much was trimmed. I also noticed some micro bleeding/red spots around my neck and chin area after the facial threading. I'm not sure if that is considered normal, but it is something I experienced after the service. I uploaded pictures -- the first one shows how my eyebrows looked before, and the other pictures show how they look now. I'm leaving two stars because my other eyebrow does look good and they are even. If she hadn't trimmed the bottom, I honestly feel like they would have turned out really nice. At this point there's not much I can do besides wait for them to grow back. I also have a wedding to attend this weekend, so hopefully an eyebrow pencil does the trick. Needless to say, I'm disappointed because I chose this place based on all the great reviews I had seen.

I'm new to the area and state. I had been going to my same nail people in CA for 15 years and was hesitant to go somewhere else. I broke a nail and came in with only 30 minutes before closing. I was very pleased and thankful to have walked in. JAY who was my nail tech did an amazing job on my nails I like to stick to a natural look and he definitely knew what he was doing. The facility is very clean and relaxing. The best part is that they offer a stamp for every $40 spent in cash at the salon you can then trade your stamps for $20 off. I will definitely be returning for frequent pampering and referring my friends! read more

I can't say enough good things about this nail store and the wonderful owner, Jay! He does my hands, and his sister Ni takes care of my pedicures. The convenience of being able to text Jay directly to make appointments on short notice is fantastic. I've been to many nail salons and this has to be my favorite place to get my nails done, by far! I've been coming here now for almost a year. I have to keep my nails neat and manicured for work so I do come here quite often and every visit is amazing. The staff is always super attentive and welcoming, the salon is clean, and they actually take their time and listen to your needs. Highly recommend this place! read more
