Great professional service, painful (lol) but the job is done and I'm beach ready. Thank you.

Saw Ashley for my first time waxing a couple of weeks ago and she was just wonderful in providing an extremely relaxing atmosphere and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. Will certainly be booking another appointment when the time comes.... read more

I've been a client of Box for 8 years now. Guys, that's a long time! I even moved away and I'm still loyal. This business makes it hard for me to go to other waxers. They are well trained, unisex, and make you feel at ease. If you're on the fence about this place, don't think twice. You will be a client for life. read more

Believe it or not, Joshua B. introduced me to BOX. Haha on his behalf, let me just clarify he has not been here himself, just found it on Yelp and thought he would recommend :X It was definitely a good recommendation! I had a little trouble finding it at first. It's actually located upstairs of the market place in Tivoli Village. It was so fun exploring this area since I've never been here before. There's a bunch or art spaces, a small wine and cheese restaurant, a candy shop, and nestled in the corner you'll find BOX. If you're looking at the pictures provided on Yelp and looking out for this old antique vintage shop, you might have to look harder. Most of the images provided are of the waiting area deep inside of the shop rather than in the store front. Still having trouble finding it? Just locate B Sweet Candy Boutique and it should be just a few steps away. The receptionist warmly welcomes you with chips and some water after you've checked in and wait for your appointment. Something important to keep in mind is if you cancel 24hrs before the appointment they will still charge you for the service because they'll have your cc on file when you initially made the appointment. If you ever been waxed, their services are very similar to The European Wax Center, and relatively same prices. What sets them apart however, is they offer male services. I KID YOU NOT! I've never seen a place that offered to ze... um how do I put this gently... uh.. whatever, i'm just going to come out and say it - ZE BALLS & SAC waxed. Cray cray!! I wonder if there's any men gutsy enough to reenact a 40 Year Old Virgin waxing scene, but down below?? Any takers? I'll treat you out just for having.. [waxed] balls! Lol! Anyway I really enjoyed my services, my esthetician was very gentle with me and kept a good conversation from making it less awkward than the situation already presents itself as. And the decor just makes the experience even better. It's hard not to admire all their little unique vintage treasures! read more

I've gotten waxed all over the country.. Ive never been loyal to one waxer.. I usually look for Groupons or take a chance and do a "walk-in" if I'm desperate. I've been getting waxed for over 20 years...there are 2 people who I trust with my brows...Bree is one of those people. Bree at BOX is an expert.. She is fast, and seasoned at her craft.. I trust her. "BOX" at Look salon in Vegas has a great vibe, it's super clean and is just cool. Bree is a perfectionist and a professional.. She does excellent .. Quick work... And when you are getting full legs or a Brazilian... Speed and technique matter. The quality, speed and level of professionalism is worth the price (rather than buying on Groupon.) book online http://bikiniwaxing.com. She also has a California location. read more

Fantastic at what they do! Been using them for 2 decades. Ashley is awesome and I keep coming back.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! I'm no skinny minie. I felt comfortable and no judgement. Keely is amazing. Customer service is top notch. She loves what she does and it shows. Her space is extremely clean! She knows her craft and takes it seriously. The company uses great products. I will be making future appointments for sure! They have other locations, but henderson /green valley was convenient for me. Making an appointment was easy. Opt in for text, made for quick and easy communication. read more

Go see Keely! About two years ago I told myself I wasn't going to get waxed anymore. It was painful, uncomfortable, the girls would leave behind stray hairs. It just didn't seem worth the money. Then I found Keely. She's amazing! She makes you feel comfortable, she walks you through everything she is doing, the entire experience is great. I've gone back a couple times already. I will recommend no one but her to everyone! read more

I've been going to Box for many years. (See my review from their old address on W. Sahara) When they moved I tried other wax places because they were closer to home but it just wasn't the same. I returned to Box, even though Brea's smiling face isn't around as often, it's still a fab place for a waxing. Courtney and Ashley do a great job keeping up the great Box reputation. read more

If any of my friends see this, know now that I be smooth as a babies bottom. First time, more than likely won't be the last. Very friendly atmosphere....it would be awkward if it was anything else. read more

Men, search no further! Keely is great! I've had male waxing regularly in the Bay Area, so after moving here, I've had to search for someone new for that sensitive task. After narrowing my choices to a top four, then sifting through many reviews, I went with the one with the most current number of reviews from men and came here. Keely exceeded my expectations so much so that I can't even think of going to my last groomer anytime soon, that's how much confidence I have in recommending her! Super friendly and thorough. Just be yourself and relax with some cool conversation. It's true, one week after and I'm still smooth. She didn't leave any stragglers either - my girlfriends can validate it too! She even took care of a couple of ingrown hairs. I'm comfortable to be a newfound regular client of Keely and Box Human Landscapers! (Sorry - no pics for this, lol!) read more

Keely is the best , she goes above and beyond to make sure you feel comfortable and is just a sweetheart. She waxes in a way that's the least painful for your body type . I tried another place and it was horrible. I've been coming here over 3 years and would never go anywhere else. read more

Been going to Box for over 8 years and I've NEVER had a bad experience or been disappointed. Both Ani and Bree are AMAZING and make you feel comfortable right from the start. I've tried a few other wax shops over the years to save a buck or two (last minute attempt when I couldn't get it) and it's never been worth it...I've always regretted it. Nothing compares to Box!! Give them a try, you won't be disappointed! read more

I highly suggest this place to anybody and everybody who needs some landscaping. I was referred by a friend to try them out. I was super nervous about being a first timer. Ani made me super comfortable and explain the entire process to me. I would totally come back again... P.S. It can be challenging to find. You have to enter into the Look Style Society Salon, and walk up to the second floor. Then you'll be able to find it! read more

When you're pregnant the hair growth is unreal and I was in dire need of a wax. I usually do it myself but when your 35 wks pregnant the belly gets in the way. I'm so glad I found Keely! She was super easy to talk to and made the wax nice and painless. I'll definitely be seeing her in the future. If you're looking for a waxer, Keely is your girl! read more

Fantastic Experience! I recently visited BOX on my trip to Vegas and had to get a quick "landscape" what a great experience. Ani was my esthetician and she was excellent! Explained every aspect of the process and made me feel very comfortable. The process was quick and with minimal pain. I highly recommend this company and will definitely visit them when ever I'm in Vegas. Ani you rocked!!! read more

Keely made me feel so comfortable for my Brazilian & she's an amazing human being! She's high knowledged and professional. Highly recommend

Ani is excellent! She made me feel comfortable in an otherwise awkward situation. She had excellent technique and made my Brazilian as painless as possible. My friend got waxed right after me and also had a positive experience. Will definitely be returning. read more

I've been here twice now since moving to Summerlin, and have only good things to say. Keely is the bomb, and provides a comfortable, near painless wax. You just don't know what a good wax is until you find one, and this is it. Coming here, I have very little post-wax redness and ingrowns are virtually gone. Go see Keely. read more

This review is long past due! I am super sensitive when it comes to brazilian waxes but had a wonderful experience here. Was a super funky studio as well. Will return for sure. read more

This place has to be on everyone's bookmark list. Summer's around the corner ladies $65 for Brazilian. And of course we can't forget the men!! I love how they titled it the men's "sac n' crack ($85)! It's "cracks" me up every time I say it out loud....haha I've been coming to Box for more than five years. My sister was the first one that told me about Box (the first location on Sahara/Decatur). This place made me feel so comfortable to get this type of service. They mentally prepare you and most importantly, they tell you when to breath in and out. This placed is so good that i've never walked into any other "human landscapers" shop. This new location is so much better! The view you get from the waiting room is just perfect... it gets you all calm and relaxed before you go into the room. Every inch in this shop is spotless. I can walk in there and trust that everything's clean and sanitized. That's the way it should be!! I've tried a few different workers (the only reason why I don't have a particular one is because they are all awesome! )fdb read more

WOW was i scared when i first came here.. Never getting a wax before ive been wanting to try it. because lets face it, who wants to have to shave every day. ANNOYING! first walking into BOX i was amazed. this place is stunningly beautiful. the front desk girl was SO nice too. I chose to come 20 minutes early to use the numbing cream which was an extra 10 dollars, it was well worth it. The rooms were super cute too. My waxer was Brooke. can i just say she was amazing? I got a Brazilian wax. This could have been very embarrassing/ uncomfortable but Brooke made it a very comfortable situation. Come to find out she used to do facials. And having problematic skin she gave me so many pointers. Even suggested a skin care line called agera that she sells at the store. I have been using it for 2 weeks now and my skin has drastically improved. Ill be getting waxed every 4 months by Brooke from now on! PS It does hurt, but not as bad as you think. so dont be scared :) read more

See all

I still love Box! :) I cannot say enough good things about this place!! Everyone is so nice and personable. Shout-out to Ashley and Courtney- heyyyyyyy girl heyyyyyyyyyy! I go every 4 weeks and get the Brazilian, Eyebrows and Nostrils with Ashley. So much for TMI ;) Ashley is a top flight professional. I have never shed a drop of blood, been burned or been left with patches. She is diligent about getting every strand of hair from everywhere! Never had your nostrils waxed? It's awesome. I can't believe that I waited so long to do it. Does it hurt? No way! Do you breath better? Yep! Is it more attractive not having a bunch of hair in your nose? You betcha. The second someone says something about waxing, I immediately jump in and promote this wonderful place. Love everyone at Box and love what they are all about! Thanks for keeping me smooth and hair free :) read more

Update 03/10/16: Bre and her team never cease to amaze me with their knowledge on the human body, healthy products and current Health news. For the last 3 years I have always been welcomed with opened arms like we are family. The new location inside LOOK Style Society is very convenient and business savvy with a touch of upscale class. It allows guest to socialize and lounge in comfort. Inside each salon room of Box is very uniquely designed. I especially love how clean the work space and salon is because it lets me know that cleanliness is a priority. I highly recommend that all Men and Women change over to Box and book an appointment for 1st Class service. I will be extremely sad when I have to move away from such a great business and family! read more

Keely was amazing This was my first wax and she kept me calm the entire time with great conversation and service. Definitely will be returning in 4 weeks and telling all my friends about the wonderful job she did and service provided. read more

I was so excited to go to this place because of all the good reviews it has gotten, so I had a great attitude during my waxes (even through the pain) and I thought the lady was doing a great job until I get home and look at my legs. She had taken off skin in several places and there was still hair left... I feel completely mortified and I go on vacation in 2 days. I can't believe this happened I am so upset, embarrassed, and I feel so stupid. My legs look horrific and now I won't be able to go swimming on my vacation. I'm not on any medications, so I don't know why this happened, but now I'm terrified to ever wax again. Worst experience of my life and now I don't know what to do :( read more

Ani was absolutely outstanding in getting the job done. The customer service from setting up the appointment to the services done was perfect. I will definitely be a return customer in the immediate future! read more

I followed Ashley, Courtney and Bri from Sahara and haven't regretted it ever. The place is fun to walk into, check out the all natural supplies. I love the beaver, its great Bri has a sense of humor. Sophisticated, quirky, elegant. A fantastic place to get your "have to do this" stuff done. Box is a perfect place to decompress for a bit before heading back into the fray. read more

Guys, if you are looking for painless wax on your private areas, this place is it. I used to go to another wax place, but it was too painful for me. But this place uses unique wax that doesn't stick to the skin as much which makes it almost painless when waxing the sack and shaft area. When my session was over, I didn't had any tears in my eyes like I used to. The lady that waxed me was Ani. She was very friendly and professional. I am definitely coming back in few months. read more

This review is for the previous location. I'm sure the new location is keeping up with the great customer service! I went here a while back. It was THE BEST brazilian wax experience I've ever had. Bree did my wax and she was professional, yet comfortable (does that make sense?). I read the site and reviews before my visit so I knew what to expect. When she was finished, she applied Brave Soldier balm to help with the swelling and to prevent germs from the fresh wax. That stuff is awesome! She has definitely made a name for her company and I would go back if I wasn't strapped for cash. Don't get me wrong, it's well worth the price, but I can't justify it for the time being. I go somewhere else for now. :/ When the funds are back in order, I'm definitely going back. The staff is super awesome. read more

In the past I have had nightmarish experiences with waxing. I wanted to give it one last try, so I did a ridiculous amount of research on waxing and read Yelp reviews on local wax shops. Box had nothing but great reviews and they use products that all my research said would be best for my skin & hair type. I was NOT disappointed! All of the staff were kind and attentive. I was seriously nervous and waxing lady talked me though it and made me feel comfortable and put me at ease. The facility is clean and easy to find. Parking is great and the store front is so cool looking. They use quality products and have a wide selection of after care product at reasonable prices in their store front. I would recommend this shop to anyone! read more

Whoohoo! as good as it gets! Love BOX, is the most amazing human landscaping ever!!!! I have been a customer for 15 years and it doesn't matter what new location is opened, I will always go to BOX..... So should you Nelly :) read more

Love everything about Box- staff is fantastic, décor is beautiful, the entire experience from making appointment, to the the waiting area, to actual treatment is flawless. Every single staff member you interact with, from taking your call, greeting you at the reception, showing you to the waiting area or doing your waxing is professional, courteous, personable, everything you could possibly ask for. The décor and atmosphere have a quirky elegance, capturing your attention with beautiful furnishings and artful displays, then cracking a joke, even with it's name, reminding you it doesn't take itself too seriously and immediately putting you at ease. And hey, considering why you are there, one could tense up a bit, but every effort is made to help you relax. And of course, the end result is oh so pretty. If you are looking for a great place for your waxing needs, look no further, there is simply no reason to. read more

The Box is such an amazing place!! I have been getting waxed/sugared since 2007 and the Box is by far one of the best!! The enegry and professionalism is top notch with a friendliless that the makes the procedure almost painless. I recently was treeted by Keely and she was was very quick and proficient. Also as I have been getting this procedure for many years it was easy to tell that she is truly an expert in this field and I highly recommend her and the box. I flew all the way from Naples Italy to get this treatment!!! read more

This place came highly recommended to me. I had Debi and she was amazing. It's too bad she's moving toward the end of summer 2016! I expressed my nervousness to her since I was a first-timer and she was so great and accommodating. I don't know how else to explain it but she was just so cool and easy-going. It made the process very easy! She talked to me the whole time, gave me tips and explained what she was doing. I was nervous when I left because what if I go back and no one matches up to her?! However, (and other reviews validate this for me), it seems that they have pretty high standards and I won't fret if my schedule doesn't match up with Debi's in the future. The place was CLEAN, accommodating, sleek and very comfortable. I've been ruined: Why would I go anywhere else when my experience was 5+ stars here?! (I am ONLY upset because I live in Green Valley on the other side of town!) If you want to shop around for a less expensive place, don't. It's worth it to spend a little more at BOX. In the end, you know that there's a 99.9% chance you won't have a bad experience and for services like waxing, that's important to me! P.S. Tip: Just wait in the waiting area at the top of the stairs in LOOK Society and they will come get you. It's a small space when you go in, but no need to wait inside the door. They will come for you! I didn't figure that out right away. :P read more

BEST waxing place in town. I have been going to BOX for over 10 years and recommend it to everyone- whether seasoned veteran or first-timer. BOX will be your best experience ever. The space is adorable- curated & designed by owner team, Bree Goldwater & hubbie, with an array of products tried and tested by BOX themselves. If they sell it, you know it's good. Come early, have a glass of wine, snack on some goodies, get a complimentary nostril wax, and enjoy your practically pain-free (thanks to BOX exclusive techniques and wax) waxing session by Las Vegas' best. read more

I have been to Bree and her associates at BOX for 10 years. (I'm actually wondering if I need to continue or elaborate with this review. TEN YEARS is a long time to return to an establishment if its not a positive experience EVERY time.) There has not been one visit when I was disappointed in the service, the cleanliness, or my comfort level. There are few things more intimate and alarming than having hot wax DOWN THERE, but the staff at box is careful, sensitive and professional. I have driven by places closer to home, and been referred to newer establishments. I've even sat next to owners who encouraged me to come in to their place. But BOX is where I send my friends when they want to get gussied up, down there. (And now there's a shop in Manhattan Beach, CA, so we have no excuses when hitting the beach!!) I'm a fan--can you tell!? read more

I was referred to Box 3 years ago, when they were still located at their Sahara location, and I haven't once been disappointed. For most women, their waxer is just as important and personal as their hair stylist and this place takes your "business" seriously! The staff is amazing, friendly and professional. Ashley, Courtney, Bri....they all treat you as one of the family and never forget a face. I love their clever advertising and menu items, and the Beaver mascot is ingenius, but most of all their attention to detail is top notch and as painless as possible. Being located at Tivoli, now, doesn't hurt either since I'm just down the street off of Canyon Run. Their location, surrounded by boutiquey shops and great restaurants, couldn't be better suited for them and compliments their personality. If you're looking for an amazing wax job, and truly personalized treatment, this is your place. Anyone can claim to perform waxing services, as seems to be the case with waxing "salons" popping up on every corner like Starbucks, but NO ONE can do it like Box. read more
