I checked w my community and the less than 5 stars had nothing to do w the service or people they employed so I said leggo! On CP appts stop at 1:30 but I found a time that worked. Daniela was my tech and she was fabulous! Very knowledgeable and sweet. Speaking of sweet, the place is PANK! Not pink. PANK! And as a Barbie girl in a modern world I was here for it! Super clean tho. No one was in when I went. She said it was slower that day. Daniela told me that there were issues w the setup on ClassPass, the scheduling being one. They're working on it. Tip: if you're scheduling w ClassPass and don't see the time you need, pick one and call to get what you actually need. I'm prone to ingrowns so Daniela gave me their scrub to try. They have some good looking products I'd definitely be willing to try. I'll keep ya posted on the scrub. 5 stars for quick and efficient service, wonderful staff and super cute decor!

Ambiance: Cute Noise: Low Recommend: Yes Dissertation Sugar Mee Pink turned my Yeti self into a smooth wonder! Ja'De made the experience very entertaining, she has a great personality and knows her stuff! The waxing session itself was an adventure. Picture this: a hairy Yeti lying on a table, trying to maintain their dignity while a waxing guru dances around them armed with a sugary delight of pain. It was like watching a synchronized ballet, but instead of graceful leaps, there were swift yanks and the occasional scream from yours truly. Ja'De was quick and efficient, minimizing the pain as much as possible. Kudos to her for her ninja-like skills! When I finally dared to peek at myself in the mirror, I couldn't believe my eyes. The reflection staring back at me was smooth, sleek, and unrecognizable! I felt like a newborn dolphin, ready to conquer the world with my hairless glory.
