Expressions Nails - Amazing service . Love coming here ! Won't be disappointed!!! - Nail Salons Near Me - Henderson, Nevada

First time here and had a great experience. I had the honey/milk pedi and gel manicure. I like that they take walk ins until 7 but they are open till midnight. Traci my nail tech did a great job with my feet but I didn't get a foot massage that it was described in the menu. I also didn't care for the fact she put hot candle wax on my legs that came from a burning candle. She cut my nails short which I was happy that she did. The atmosphere is relaxing and they offer waxing , massage and facials. I'll try the other services eventually as the prices are fair. read more

Great pedicure execution, but botched manicure and poor service handling. I booked a VIP pedicure, manicure, and brow wax well in advance before a trip, spending nearly $300 total. The shop itself is very pretty, but I paid for a professional, premium luxury service and did not get that today. The pedicure technician (Jaden) was wonderful. The massage chair was nice, the service was relaxing, and she did a great job on the application. However, management failed to stock the premium Rose Quartz products included in the VIP package I paid for, substituting hot stones instead. Despite this, Jaden seemed genuinely interested in having my visit be as relaxing as possible.. and I appreciate her great service. She took her time with me and made it special. I really enjoyed the scents! While the menu explicitly states all nail services come with a complimentary beverage, I was never offered or given anything to drink. My manicure by a different technician (Julie) was incredibly disappointing, rushed, and looks cheap. There was zero proper nail prep...no cuticle work, cleaning, or detail work around the nail beds. To make matters worse, Julie repeatedly criticized my color preference. Jaden even explained to Julie that I liked the color, but Julie kept complaining that the tips were "too light" while painting them. Just do what makes your client happy. While rushing through my nails, Julie spent time checking her phone and talking to another client. She openly stated she was scared to ask that client to wait if she completed my brow wax. Instead of honoring the appointment I booked well in advance, she just apologized and turned me down for the brow service entirely. The finished Gel-X nails look messy around the edges. For Gel-X nails that cost $77, they should look flawless but look like cheap press-ons from a grocery store. Out of sheer frustration and the urgent need to scramble and find another salon to do my eyebrows immediately before my trip tomorrow, I just had to take it and get out of there. I understand salons get busy, but pre-booked appointments and client preferences must be respected. I booked my brow wax in advance, yet Julie openly admitted she didn't want to make another client wait and refused to do it...I paid salon prices for a manicure that looks unprofessional. Very disappointing. Photos attached. Photos attached. read more

I arrived at my appointment time and was rudely greeted with "do you have an appointment?" I explained I did and was told it would be at least a half hour before they could do my nails. I asked why is that if I have an appointment and the woman said they don't take the appointments. Like what? Why are you asking me and why is there a whole appointment process? read more

I wish I knew who my tech was for my pedicure, but I came in right after a terrible experience at another salon and just wanted a quick freshen up for my feet. The tech was very kind to me and worked quickly. She didn't get annoyed with me for just wanting a basic pedicure (no gel). She cut my nails the perfect length and got me in and out within 30 minutes without compromising the quality of work. She gently reminded me to put a little Vaseline on my feet at home to make sure they stay moisturized. She also offered for my partner to come sit with me during my dry time, which was really nice of her. She gave us both some $5 off coupons for our next visit. I was appreciative for the fast and kind visit after a tough day. read more

I'm very disappointed with how my nails turned out, especially for the amount I was charged. Throughout the appointment, I tried to communicate feedback respectfully, but I felt like my concerns were dismissed instead of addressed. Some of my nails are uneven and not straight. When I pointed it out, my nail tech said she would file them, but the alignment still wasn't fixed. I also had issues with some of the colors being used for the design. I specifically asked to avoid bright highlighter tones, but I kept being shown similar shades anyway. After repeating myself several times, I eventually just settled because it felt like my feedback wasn't really being heard. At one point, I asked for more yellow on the sides of the design, and instead of just adjusting it, she tried arguing with me about it before eventually adding the yellow. The nail art itself also came out sloppy in multiple places. Some of the designs look weird, uneven, or off center. The overall result was disappointing and feels low quality. At the end of the appointment, I just agreed that the nails were "cute" because I was uncomfortable continuing to go back and forth and wanted to avoid conflict. Unfortunately, the photos speak for themselves. For the price I paid, I expected much better quality, attention to detail, and professionalism when receiving customer feedback. read more

A Hidden Gem My Forever Nail Salon! This place is an absolute gem! The customer service is truly outstanding, and the salon itself is gorgeous -- clean, stylish, and so welcoming. Aynie and Troy went above and beyond to make my experience fabulous. My nails have never looked better! I'm new in town and had been really disappointed with the other places I tried... but that all changed today. I'm so happy I found you guys on Yelp -- this is officially my forever nail salon. Love the service from the ladies, Nati, Alana & one other young lady didn't catch her name plus Karen's hospitality (5stars, really) BUT the shops conditions specifically the temperature at night got increasingly uncomfortable. By the time I left the temp rose to 81 degrees. This is what drove my 2 star rating. This is not healthy nor a good experience for both customers and staff. It's not safe to keep door open at night. read more

When I moved to Vegas I tried quite a few places before I found Expressions Nail Salon. I'm a regular and knew I needed to find a place I loved! I found Troy and now he is the only one I'll go to! He is fast, efficient and does my nails exactly how I want them every time. The ladies who have done my pedicures are great as well. The Salon is so pretty, very clean and you can tell they take good care of it. My nails always last me a very long time and have never broken, chipped or popped off like some acrylics at other places. I highly recommend Expressions Nail Salon for your go to Vegas nails Thank you Troy and team! read more

I found Expression Nail & Spa during a quick Yelp search after another shop was fully booked. This salon is a new addition to the Henderson area and you can tell they put a lot of thought into the space because it is super chic with modern touches everywhere. I was like where am I lol. Luxury leather couches and even a bar area that gives it a boutique feel. A bar what the fancy af but very welcoming and I love it. I literally felt at home to be honest with how nice and polite and informative everyone was. My sister and me both came in for pedicures + manicure and enjoyed the experience and big comfy spa chairs. They were also offering a new customer discount and that was a nice little surprise. I found my new nail home and will be back soon for sure!!! read more

It was my first time at this salon and my experience was great! Julie was my nail tech and she was so patient and thorough with her work. I originally wanted just a hard gel manicure but after that and how great she did with my nails, I asked if I can have a pedicure done as well. She was very nice and accommodating. I will definitely be coming back for service from Ms. Julie. read more

This was my first time in here and received the milk & honey pedicure and manicure. As a large man, I was nervous, but they were warm and hospitable and treated me like family. The quality of work and attention to detail was amazing. The 10 minutes hot stone massage and paraffin waxing was so relaxing. They brought out delicious complementary drinks. And the technician Tracy was absolutely a wonder to work with. Both my girlfriend & I will be back for full service in the future! We loved it so much read more

Expressions Nails - This was the set up for the milk & honey pedicure. It was top quality - Nail Salons Near Me - Henderson, Nevada

recently visited this nail shop with a friend, and unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. We both paid $130 each, expecting quality service, but the results were far from acceptable. Our nails came out very thick, uneven, and overall poorly done. When we politely expressed that we were unhappy with the service, the technician was rude and unwilling to help. She stated that she had only been hired a week ago, which was concerning given the lack of professionalism and skill. Despite this, there was no effort made to fix the issue, offer a refund, or provide any kind of solution. We came all the way from California and expected much better service. Instead, we left feeling like we wasted our money. Customer service is extremely important, and this experience did not meet even basic expectations. I feel as if we paid for the looks of the shop more then our service I would appreciate it if a manager could reach out to me to address this situation. I would like to discuss this further and find a resolution. read more

While I used to love this nail shop I unfortunately won't be returning! I went with a friend of mine who's never gotten a pedicure. As we sat down a man approached us and was asking if we'd like to upgrade to gel services, we both said no. He kept Persisting, in the past I'd say no once or twice and It would work but this time he wasn't taking no for an answer. I was very stern on my no, and I think he could tell my friend was a little more hesitant to keep saying no so he continued to ask her. After the third or fourth time he gave up. While the lady's start doing our services I notice them pulling out those lamps, I texted my friend I was with and said "wait I think they're doing gel after we said no?" She said she thinks those lamps are just for quick drying so I trusted the thought and didn't say anything. (I haven't gotten my toes done in around a year so I was asking myself if maybe things changed) when it came to payment our total was insane. Around 120$. I asked for a price breakdown and the lady told me gel was added, I told her that we had told the man multiple times NO. And we weren't even sure what gel services looked like. She then called lady's over who seemed upset that I wasn't willing to pay the price for gel. And she called the man who we dealt with. He persisted on making us pay. They were giving me a huge hassle and making me feel embarrassed so I agreed to only pay for one gel service. This is disappointing because I always recommend this shop to people, in the past the staff was nice!! And actually took their time. This time I felt embarrassed and enraged at the fact that I had to pay for something I said no to multiple times. read more

Julie and Jessie were so good to us. I booked 2 deluxe pedicures for my mother's birthday. We both got milk & honey. I've never had a pedi before and was pleasantly surprised by the massage. Julie was thorough with her massage which is perfect for me constantly being on my feet working in healthcare. She also helped me pick a good color when the initial one I picked was too translucent on my toes. My mom and I are very happy with our pedis and will be coming back for sure. read more

Love the atmosphere! Tons of color choices, everyone is super friendly. And they are open LATE!

I loved that this place opened late especially on a Sunday! It is also very clean and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. I was offered water, wine, and some yummy candies. I got an elite gel pedicure and a gel manicure. Sara did a great job with my manicure, she drew some hearts for me and they came out super cute. The pedicure was the milk and honey--I loved it. The honey scrub felt great and the hot stones and towels were super relaxing! I also got a small goodie bag since they're fairly new. I definitely recommend and plan to come back. read more

Tracy was amazing. The shop was a little short staffed and I didn't mind waiting the 40 mins but it was definitely worth the wait. Shortly after a bunch of staff showed up to accommodate those who were waiting. Tracy took great care of my embarrassing ingrowns during my pedicure but I'm glad it was her who took care of me. They will ruin your nature nails. The lady I had was older and seemed in a hurry. I had long nature nails with gel and I had to cut them down for work. I went in and this is what happened to my nails. I told the lady that I wanted to take the gel off, obviously she didn't know my nails were natural. She started to drill off the gel polish instead of doing the foil and cotton ball method. She drilled my nature nails!!!!! She STOPPED and hesitated, So then when she realized she made a mistake, she proceeded to get a bowl and put a hot towel inside with plastic over it and then proceeded to put acetone. She then told me to put my nails in the bowl . The acetone was so hot it ruined my nails. I used to come here but never again!!! read more

I visited Expressions Nails & Spa today for the first time. I had an appointment for a pedicure and hard gel fill. I was greeted promptly upon arrival and offered water. The atmosphere was pleasant and everyone seemed cheerful. The space was gorgeous and they even had a cute little bar! There were several options to choose from for pedis, and I chose the detox which was amazing. The massage chair felt great and the pedi was super relaxing filled with aromatherapy, hot rock massage, paraffin wax....the works. They had walls of nail colors to choose from which was nice, plenty of options available. My nail tech is Michelle and she does amazing work! She takes her time and ensures customer satisfaction every single time. She pays great attention to detail and it really shows in her work. They offer other services like facials, eyelash extensions and waxing among other things. I look forward to trying those services out in the future. Based on my experience today, I would highly recommend Expressions Nails & Spa for your beauty needs. Thank me later. read more

I've been going to Trish for my nails for over a year now, while she was up in the Centennial Hills area. She does an awesome job with my nails so when she moved to their new location in Henderson, I followed her. She and Aynie do a great job with my nails and pedicure. Their new place is very upscale and modern looking! Everything is new and the layout is beautiful. There is even a comfortable area where you can sit, relax, and watch TV while waiting for your nail tech. I highly recommend this place!
