Big fan of Nailology when I want to get a pedicure, but if you're looking to get a manicure, I would go somewhere else. I am extremely disappointed as I also believe my nail tech was in a rush to finish my nails when she saw a regular customer come in. I was charged $70 for acrylics with gel. Pretty pricey and there was no real design other than wanting lavender french tips. It has only been 2 days and the acrylic is already lifting from my nails?? I used to boast about this salon, but won't be recommending it to anyone anymore. read more

Sadly, I didn't read the reviews. I just saw the starts, my fault. New owner, new people. Everyone is very nice, place is clean and cute, hard working people. But if they want to establish themselves and use the good reviews that previous owner had, they should do their best to do a good job. My regular pedicure was no issues with a good technician. Manicure was done while I was getting my pedicure done, not only uncomfortable but rushed and incomplete, basically he just applied the gel and put oil and lotion on my hands.. I asked for 1 thing at a time as i was in no rush and I was the only customer at the time but they do not listen at all.. FYI was the men/owner who did my bad manicure. read more

I usually hesitate to write any bad reviews but this one I just could not not share. I called to see if they were available before going in, the guy on the phone said come in 30 min so I did. I arrived and I picked a color. I was seated for my pedicure, and I was waiting for a while. I waited 15 min. The water was getting cooler but they were under staffed so I tried to be patient. I waited waited waited and nobody came to check on me--I ended up waiting 30 min. At this point, the water was cold. I asked anyone was coming and if they could add more warm water, and the guy reluctantly drained all the water and left me there. My feet were wet, I was left alone for more than 5 min like that. Nobody to check on me, no updates on when someone was coming to take care of me. I tried to get their attention multiple times but they didn't respond so in the end I had to walk with my wet feet to grab paper towels on my own to wipe my feet before leaving. I've never received such bad service before. Never coming back here and I would not recommend this place to anyone. read more

My first time there. The staff was friendly and the salon was clean and not overwhelming with nail polish fumes. They have massage chairs while you soak your feet. The guy who did my toenails did a good job, however there was no nail dryer and my nail smudged from putting on my slippers! He touched it up then put a mini fan on my nail to dry it. read more

Went for the first time yesterday, and I will definitely be coming back! Everyone that worked there was so welcoming and nice, and they made us feel comfortable and well taken care of. I initially called ahead for a reservation for three the day before but my sister decided to join us last minute, making our group four. They were able to accommodate us once they found us we had added someone in our group. The nail tech (didn't get the name unfortunately!) that gave me a manicure was very gentle and didn't make my cuticles bleed like other nail salons I've been too. She also made sure that I was satisfied with the length and shape of my nails. I picked out a sparkly white dip powder & was very satisfied with the outcome. Bonus since I discovered it was glow in the dark!! I'll definitely ask to try out a nail art next time. Would recommend 100% to friends and family! read more

Where is Tina!!?? Is it under new management? I had been coming here for more than a year and my nail techs were Rosie, Tina or Stephanie. Are they all gone? Last time I went was 3 weeks ago and everyone working there was new. I was apprehensive but I explained to the nail tech (Linda) that I loved Rosie's work because my nails didn't lift or crack after a few weeks. I could literally go more than a month without any lifting and getting my hair pulled out. If I'm paying $50-$70 I expect my nails to last. Well Linda did my nails assuring me that she'd also make sure they last. I paid $60 plus tip. ONE week later my nails started lifting!! Not only lifting but cracking from the sides. I repeat. ONE WEEK!! I will include pictures. It's not fair to pay that much money for them to last one week. I will not be coming here again until I hear that Tina is back. read more

ATTENTION: This place has NEW management. I hate to be doing this but I'm very disappointed in my experience this time. I went in for gel manicure and my nails were so bubbly after, the tip was not even necessary now that I think about it. Now the part that made me upset enough to write this is because of the attitude. I understand it could be frustrating for techs to do nails while someones on their phone HOWEVER, there is a nice way of telling your client to put the phone down, especially if you want those clients to come back. Instead, she stopped and looked at me and said "are you ok? do you want me to stop? I can stop so you can do whatever it is youre doing". It's the attitude for me, wont be returning. PS I only gave it 2 stars instead of 1 because it was so DEAD inside that they took me an hour earlier than my appointment. read more

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. Been going here for years and years. Neighborhood spot for nails. Management changed a while back and now it is literally a terrible salon. Called yesterday to make a 2pm appointment. I arrived a few minutes before my appointment today. I was told to choose a color and wait. No tech was available to start working on my nails for over 30 mins. The woman who did my nails was nice. I asked for almond shape gel-x with a silver French tip. My nails are now the wrong shape and she refused to do the French tip, instead painting my nails solid silver. I stopped her multiple times to tell her no, I want French tips. She said "no, I decide for you now." What??? After a few tries, I gave up on getting what I wanted. I hate my nails and you shouldn't waste your money here! read more

Somebody please tell me why is it so hard to say you can't do something? instead of lying and taking someone's money for a crap job. And half way through telling the customer it'll look better once they put they final coat on. I would respect somebody if they said they couldn't do the job correctly. Much needed pedicure!!! Staff wore masks and gloves as always. Social distancing by using every other pedicure chair. Customers had to wear masks. No nail clients were here while I was getting my pedi. Just myself and 2 other pedi customers with empty chairs between us. This is my favorite place! My feet and I missed them sooo much!! read more

Soon as you walk in you are greeted! The staff is highly personable! My nail tech was Vivienne . She was pleasant and polite! Had a great sense of humor. Offered me water. The vibe was cool. They were busy but there were plenty of technicians so you didn't feel rushed or like they were cutting corners!! Absolutely amazing! Phenomenal work!! Update on my review from years ago. This place is under NEW OWNER & NEW MANAGEMENT. ADVANCED ADVICE: if you're unhappy with your nails make sure to communicate with the nail technician the same day and they will make it right. Review: Made appointment for 2pm and waited 30 minutes to start the mani pedi. Pedicure was fine, but they didn't have any color I wanted from the swatches they provide. I tried really hard to communicate with their language barrier but they couldn't understand me. I had to settle for a color I wasn't happy about. I didn't get a good a foot scrub either. He did however do a good job at trimming and applying the nail polish after he removed the gel polish base because I had to remind them I didn't want gel. Then when the manicure came around they also didn't have the color from the swatches. Had to settle for another color. I requested to get an acrylic fill and almond shape. Instead I got Velociraptor nails (see photo). Took 1 shower and they were chipping off. I called the next day and they said to come in & they will fix it. I already spent 3 hours on Saturday for this subpar manicure and I will not allow them to touch my nails again. I requested half of my money back and they refused. Instead was pointed to the direction of a paper written with a marker that they don't do refunds and it's also very tiny and behind a plant. Not professional at all. See my photos. Said I needed to call owner. Owner never answered. Employee called owner multiple times NO ANSWER! Told me write down your number & name and they will call you tonight. I'll update my review if owner does call me. Update: owner called me and spent his time going over my concerns. We came to an agreement & problem is solved. When we arrived 10 minutes early, we were told 2 of the 3 nail technicians had already left for the day, despite accepting our 2 pm appointment. FIVE stars just because my all time favorite nail tech is here now. Tina manages the NEW nail salon, NAILology LV, right on the corner of Valle Verde /Sunset here in Henderson. Quick rundown: Walk-ins welcome but if you like a certain manicurist, suggest you make appt. They do mani, pedi, waxing. Gel, acrylics, dip powder techniques. Clean and sanitation procedures followed. Yes Pedi bowls are lined. I didn't catch entire price list, but gel mani is in line with the other nail salons I've been to. Loyalty rewards card! Spend $25+ ea visit =1 stamp. After 5th one, get $10 off next visit! That's just 5 visits as opposed to ten at most places! I usually have Tina do ombre for my nails. She's great at picking colors and I trust her suggestions. Great application technique. My pet peeve, thick polish applied. Luckily the nail salons I go to frequently, I have nail techs that rock! The salon is still in soft opening mode, signage, decorating touches still being worked on. That's how it goes though for family owned operations. I'm just happy that Tina's here! read more

Had an appointment and didn't have to wait too long. While getting pedicure heard someone mention that there were all new people - the team stated that they were under new ownership and all new staff, gave me pause but I was already invested so continued on. Had a basic pedicure which came with about a 1 minute massage. Ok, maybe that is how it works. Got my nails done, dip powder. She dipped each nail 4x. Not what I was used to, but hey, maybe this was good. No cutting of cuticles, no lotion, no massage. Out the door $104 before tip. Now, less than a week later, nails are pulling up and toes look like they have gone a month plus. Won't be going back to this place. read more

I have been coming here for years now it's the only place I go when I am able to get a pedicure. We buy gift cards all the time too. I was told hold onto the gift certificate because of Covid closures I was able to use it again earlier this year NO issue. Today I was told that's a "different" Nailology the certificate says 690 valle verde they're 119 valle verde. No they aren't I'm literally in there and address is printed plus I know where I bought this $50 certificate and use them at. The cards are all printed 690 as they tell me this this isn't 119. She says ok but it's expired so too long won't take my remaining $30 left on there I paid for when I was told months ago it was NO issue since I already paid for this ahead of time that the expiration was written wrong that was the day I purchased not expired. First off I have to say this place did not mislead me about what time I could actually get service and I appreciate that. Another woman came in while I was there and asked if there was any availability and the employee said, "it will be about a 30m wait, is that ok" and the woman said "no problem". So many nail salons will tell you anything to get you in and waste your time because there's no possible way they can get you in a chair with 10 other people in line. This place does not do that from what I see. There was no rush yet they moved expeditiously. Very clear, orderly and really cute decor. I got my eyebrows waxed, a fill and pedicure. I used to come here when it was under different management. It was great under the management then, but now it's just not good. I got a gel pedicure and they didn't clean up the nails or cuticles at all. I also got a full set which happens to be the absolute worst full set I have ever gotten in my life! The shape of each and ever nail was uneven and left with acrylic under the nails as well as leaving acrylic residue on the cuticles. So expensive and so bad, will never come here again. I've been going to Tina for awhile now. I don't trust anyone else to do my gel mani!!! NO ONE. She is the absolute best. Their pricing is very good and they have a really good selection of colors; for both regular polish and gel. I always make an appointment because they tend to be busy and booked. I love how you can accumulate points every time you get a service done. I don't remember how many points you need but when you reach a certain amount you receive $10 off your next service!! I've attached my two most recent gel manicures. The first one unfortunately doesn't truly show the color but still!! Nailology is my regular salon.
