All the staff was very accommodating and respectful. Especially the owner, she even remembered my name the next time I came in. The Salon looked very clean, all the nail techs were very friendly and attentive when it came to how i wanted my nails (French tip Gel-x on hands and French Gel pedicure as well). I came in with some family and my boyfriend and we call came out very satisfied. Prices were about average over all. $50 for a basic pedicure and don't remember the exact price for the manicure. I rolled with it and asked for short acrylic and a natural color( had on red before) not all of the red was taken off of my nails, my nails are un even and lumpy and thicker than my thighs. I came here for a quick fix after my acrylic broke. I came in at 4:30 (mind they close at 5 because it is a Sunday) and was done by 4:45! Very quick and I was very happy with how well Kim matched the shape and color. The only reason you can tell the difference is because the rest of my nails are grown out . I wasn't sure if they would have time since it was so close to closing, but as soon as I sat down with Kim I felt very comfortable! For the quick fix it was only $5, standard for a single acrylic nail repair. I will definitely be returning for a fill for the rest of my nails soon! read more

My first & last time coming to this place. Everything started off fine! Just getting a gel fill in. As MIMI was doing my nails she had a COUGHING fit. She had a mask on took off the mask to cough. Then, put it back on & tried to proceed. I told told her "can you wash your hand please". She got all upset. Aggressively grabbed her phone & pushed the chair in hard. She washed her hands. When she came back. She said " you want me to get you a mask as well". I said no I don't need a mask. She was trying to get smart with me. Anyways I kept it cool. I was about to leave but it's the middle on my fill in. She came back & then proceeded. About 5 minutes later she had another coughing fit. This time she excused herself to the back of the salon. I kept my eyes on her & made sure she washed her hands a second time. She finally finished! Thank god! In the middle of all this Coronavirus! For her to have an attitude because I asked her to practice basic hygiene is ridiculous! I won't ever be back here! And I would urge others to stay away. I'm not accusing her of having the corona virus. I am saying that she clearly was sick/ under the weather. She also kept drinking water & was went thru 2 cough drops in my presence. 0 stars! They recommended a time and confirmed with me 3 people with my name and time. At our arrival we were not greeted and when I told them we were there for an appointment they said they did not have any appointments scheduled. When I told them my name and that I made an appointment for 1pm they then said you only said two people. So what is it? No appointment or an appointment for two people? I contemplated on writing this review due to this incident that happened 12/2018 , but I couldn't help myself. My husband treated me to a pedicure while we were on vacation. When we entered the woman at the front desk asked what I wanted done and I said a pedi and said it would be 20 minutes, so we waited. Once she was done her customer greeted he and said we came to the right place and raved now much she loves getting her nails done here. ****Here's where things took a turn. After her customer left the woman behind the counter told us they were closed and would not be able to do my nails. Why the heck would you have us wait 20 minutes then !?! I now see it was because she didn't her number one and probably only customer to see her treat us so rudely... I've read the comments and this seems like a crappy overly priced nail salon so I probably saved my self some disappointment in the end. I'm sorry but I have nothing good to say about this nail salon. I'm totally disappointed that I even stopped at this nail salon. My experience, from the time I entered the salon, was not pleasant. Upon arrival I was greeted by one of the nail technicians and they asked me what service did I want. I simply said a gel mani and a pedi. I had to wait 25 minutes before I could get seen by a nail technician. When they finally called me to a chair, I picked my color and I was ready to get my nails done. Kimmy David was my nail technician and she started to groom my nails. I had a hang nail on one of my fingers and it started to bleed as she ripped it off with one of the tools and all she did was say "sorry". I brushed it off and she continued with the mani. After the mani she directed me to the chairs for a pedi. While Kimmy started to clean my toenails, she made my toenail bleed! She jammed the cleaning tool under my nail causing pain, inflammation, and bleeding. I literally almost kicked her in the face and was in agonizing pain. If you make your customers bleed, and rush through your customers to get to other customers then I will definitely not be coming back. I will never come back to this nail salon. read more

They actually take the time to converse with you and do their utmost to meet you needs. The salon is clean and organized. Great Pedicure!!! My technician was Vicky, she was wonderful! I called ahead and scheduled an appointment but they take walk-ins too. It was a Saturday morning and they got busy about half-way through my appointment yet Vicky didn't rush through my pedicure at all. The water was actually warm (great on a rainy day and a nice change from the other places I have been). After a short relaxing soak while sitting in a good massage chair, my pedicure began. They used some moisturizing rub for my legs and let me feet soak while taking off my old polish. Then she used two different exfoliating gels and one of those scrubbing stones. My feet were so smooth! After that Vicky gave me one of the best foot massages ever! Their lotion was moisturizing without being greasy. Vicky really took her time and didn't rush. It was very relaxing. After that she used a hot-stone to finish the foot massage, excellent bonus. Finally she did my pedicure. I have difficult toenails that are easily ingrown but she did a great job without hurting me at all :) As far as the polish Vicky did a great job, even the sides are painted (definitely not like other pedicures where they just paint the top and you think that if you had done that you wouldn't have got paint on your skin either). My toenails look great! An added bonus was the drying station. It sounds silly but it was nice to be able to leave me feet on the floor instead of a weird angle. The customer service was great, all the staff was friendly, and the salon did not have the usual chemical smell. I had a Deluxe Pedicure which I think was $40, a regular Pedicure was $26 I think, and a Mani/Pedi was $36. read more

I know this nail place gets pretty busy on the weekends, so I decided to try it on a mid afternoon during the week. The lady that did my pedicure was nice and gave a really good foot massage. The place was clean and the price for a pedi was reasonable ($25). I really suggest calling in for an appointment because they are located in a busy shopping center and the price is cheaper compared to other nail places in Henderson so this is why they might not be as attentive to your needs during busy days. read more

I've been to this place a couple of times and each time Kim has done a great job on my nails. The last two times, I took my mom with me and each time my mom had a bad experience with her manicurist. Today, Mimi was doing my mom's manicure and the whole time she was on her cell phone not paying attention to my moms manicure, laughing, speaking loudly on her cell phone, holding it with her shoulder to her ear. The whole time she was so unprofessional. Didn't speak to my mom at all , just was on her cell phone having personal conversations in her native language while my mom sat there getting a terrible manicure. No customer service at all. Kim does a great job; however, I will not be going back because of the way they treated my mother. It's too bad they lost two customers today instead of one. My mom's long-time manicurist, Mary, just bought this salon. The former owner didn't take care of the building or the supplies inside so it's been quite an uphill battle to get this business back on its feet. The spa pedicure is wonderful-- the nice warm water treated with moisturizers, the massage chairs, and the foot/calf rub you get will be so relaxing, you'll be snoring in no time. Mary is the sweetest lady in the enTIRE world and she does everything in her power to make sure you are happy with the service(s) you receive. She accomodated the french tips that I wanted-- a thicker white band than usual since my nails grow super fast. Many manicurists will look at you cock-eyed or flat out agree to do what you ask but do what *they* want anyway. Not Mary, she's a super star! The shop is still "up and coming" as the owners are working on improving the aesthetics of the shop and the quality of materials left behind by former management, so give it the benefit of the doubt and feel good about supporting a business that's well on it's way to fabulous. My best friend and I tried this place because she lives in the Henderson area now. The staff was relatively friendly, but the quality of the work was not so great. We both got full sets of pink and white powder with gel and my set got filed unevenly and when I pointed it out, she continued to file it, making it worse and more crooked. I also had several nails that I had to show her were inconsistent lengths, which more filing still didn't help. Plus, both of our sets started pulling up on the sides within a week. When I went to my usual nail salon two weeks later, he had to pull the whole set off because two nails had internal cracks and he popped them off way too easily. Spend the extra 5 or 10 bucks on a set elsewhere. read more
